    Online technology transaction platform can improve the management level of technology information and the operation efficiency of online technology marketplace through the prediction of transaction trend and identification of trading potential. Based on the theory of online technology marketplaces and patent information analysis,it put forward the analysis index of online technology transaction trend prediction,and constructed the prediction model and related process methods. It also took the online listing patent data of Guangzhou intellectual property trading center as an example to carry out quantitative measurement and evaluation analysis. The results show that the technology transaction trend prediction model and process proposed in this study have applicability and operability. It can analyze the technology resources of online platform,determine the different prediction types and their key impact indicators,and establish an analysis system based on technology field classification. The research results can provide reference for the design of technology information management strategy based on its own characteristics and the improvement of information service specialization.

    This paper starts from the phenomenon of "clustering" in the joint patent network of electronic information materials industry in China,Using the National Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) Patent Database as a data source,through the modularity index of G-N algorithm,dynamically identify the structural characteristics of the joint patent network community in the industry and analyze the positional relationship of the community from the overall level. The results show that there is an obvious community structure in China's electronic information materials industry; The community structure in the innovation network has the characteristics of tight internal connections and sparse external connections,its system characteristics show that the size and quantity of the community remain relatively stable within a certain time frame; The community acts as a leader and broker in the innovation network. Through the in-depth analysis of the joint patent network community,this paper helps to understand the cooperative research and development behavior of enterprises,at the same time,it provides a new perspective for the research of network community governance and network power allocation.

    How to grasp the opportunities of entrepreneurship in the context of rational entrepreneurship has become a common concern of entrepreneurs. 34 entrepreneurs were selected as research samples,and text mining and multi-case matching analysis were used to analyze and encode the development process of entrepreneurial opportunities,so as to explore the cognitive mechanism behind entrepreneurial behavior. The research results show that in the stage of opportunity discovery,entrepreneurs use the anti-factual thinking to promote entrepreneurial vigilance and entrepreneurial patchwork to form ideas,and through the rejection and convergence of old and new cognitive systems to form a mental model to reveal entrepreneurial opportunities. In the opportunity assessment stage,entrepreneurs reveal the cognitive mechanism of entrepreneurial opportunity assessment through multiple rounds of repeated interactions between risk and benefit perception and perception to form first-person opportunity beliefs and third-person opportunity assessments. In the opportunity development stage,entrepreneurs have formed opportunities to develop internal and external mechanisms. The external mechanism is centered on “exploration-oriented-business model innovation-new enterprise growth”,and the internal mechanism is centered around the cognitive factors such as empathy and effect reasoning. The results have important theoretical and practical value for promoting the development of related research on entrepreneurial cognition theory.

    Based on the panel data of 277 cities from 2003 to 2017 and the difference-in-differences(DID) model,this paper makes a systematic empirical study on the effect and mechanism of low-carbon city pilots on low-carbon technology innovation. The research finds that: The first batch of pilot projects,which were generated from top-down designation and targeted mainly at provinces,did not effectively promote low-carbon technology innovation,while the second batch of pilot projects,which were self-declared from bottom-up and targeted mainly at cities,significantly promoted low-carbon technology innovation. The mechanism of policy effect is to reduce the crowding out effect of administrative command environmental regulation,increase the support of policy-based R&D subsidies and promote the upgrading of industrial structure,while the transmission mechanism of increasing the number of scientific and technological R&D employees and improving the agglomeration degree of economic factors is not obvious. Environmental regulation,city size and resource abundance play a regulating role. For key environmental protection cities,cities in two-control areas,carbon trading pilot cities,larger cities and cities with low resource abundance,low-carbon city construction plays a more significant role in promoting low-carbon technological innovation.

    Based on the panel data of 212 prefecture level cities in China from 2008 to 2018,this paper constructs a difference-in-difference model to evaluate the policy impact of smart city construction on Urban Science and technology innovation capacity,and makes an expansion analysis of urban heterogeneity. It is found that the policy pilot of smart city has a significant impact on the regional technological innovation ability,and the better the city's scientific and technological innovation foundation,the more prominent the policy effect. Therefore,it is proposed that the construction of smart city should optimize the investment structure of scientific and technological innovation,build a collaborative innovation platform,improve the achievement transformation mechanism,and innovate spatial layout,so as to create a scientific and technological innovation ecology and enhance the strength of scientific and technological innovation as a whole.

    Technological innovation is an inevitable requirement to implement the innovation-driven manufacturing development strategy and achieve the upward trend of the manufacturing industry against the background of the novel coronavirus pandemic,while technological innovation is inseparable from the practice of the craftsmanship. Based on the improved entropy method,the paper constructs an evaluation index system of craftsmanship and technological innovation capability,and introduces a coupling coordination model to analyze the results of the measurement of craftsmanship and technological innovation capability in 31 provincial regions of mainland China from 2011 to 2018. And then coefficient of variation and Theil index are involved to examine the regional differences in the level of their coupling coordination. The empirical results show that craftsmanship and technological innovation capability of 31 provincial regions in manufacturing of China have been significantly improved,and the coordinated development relationship between those is obvious,but there is still a certain gap with the realization of good coordinated development. Although the overall difference in the coupling coordination degree between four regions is relatively large,it is shrinking; the provincial coordination difference is gradually narrowing,and the reduction degree of inter-regional coordination difference is greater than that in the region,and the rate of intra-regional contribution is much higher than that between the regions.

    The high-quality development of regional high-tech industries requires the effective supply of innovative elements. Based on the PSR (pressure-state-response) model to build an evaluation index system for the supply of innovation factors in high-tech industries,the global entropy method is used to evaluate the effective supply of innovation factors in China,and to measure the degree of coordination of supply of innovation factors. The index and the coordination degree of the subsystems evaluate the effective supply level of innovation factors. Based on this,the regional innovation factor supply in China is divided into five gradients,and the obstacle factor diagnosis model is used to analyze the effective factors affecting the innovation of high-tech industries in each gradient province and city. The main obstacles to supply realization. The study found that the main barriers affecting effective supply have changed from the pressure and status layers in 2009 to the response and status layers in 2018. The development level of high-tech industries has become a major obstacle. Provinces and cities should take into account the main obstacle levels and obstacle factors of their own supply of factors,combined with the gradient of their current supply of innovation factors,and take targeted measures to achieve effective supply of regional high-tech industry innovation factors through the combination of strong chains,complementary chains,and fixed chains.

    This paper selects the panel data of 122 listed companies in China's new energy industry from 2011 to 2017,establishing the panel vector autoregressive model (PVAR) to study the dynamic interaction between government environmental subsidies,enterprise R&D investment and environmental performance,investigating the incentive effect of government subsidies on enterprise innovation and the feedback effect of enterprise innovation on government subsidies. The research results show that,on the one hand,government environmental subsidies have an impact on enterprises' R&D investment and environmental performance with a lag of 1-4 years. Subsidies promote enterprises' R&D investment,and the promotion effects in non-state-owned enterprises are more significant than in state-owned enterprises,and the effect of subsidies on environmental performance is quite different among enterprises with different property rights,the subsidies significantly inhibit the environmental performance of state-owned enterprises and effectively promote the environmental performance of non-state-owned enterprises. On the other hand,R&D investment and environmental performance of enterprises can promote the follow-up government subsidies with a lag of 1-4 years and 1-2 years respectively,and the government pays more attention to the "result-oriented" policy with environmental output as the reference in the subsidy decision of state-owned enterprises,while the evaluation of non-state-owned enterprises is "process-oriented" with R&D investment as the main indicator. The research results can provide references for adjusting the environmental subsidy policies of China's new energy enterprises and improving the level of environmental R&D and environmental performance of new energy enterprises.

    Based on the resource-based view and path dependence theory,with high-tech enterprises as the research object,a theoretical model of precipitation redundancy,cross-border search,strategic flexibility and enterprise innovation performance is constructed. Used SPSS23.0 and Amos24.0 software for empirical testing. The results show that an inverted U-shaped relationship exists between precipitation redundancy and innovation performance of high-tech enterprises. Technology knowledge cross-border search and market knowledge cross-border search play an intermediary role in the inverted U-shaped relationship between precipitation redundancy and innovation performance. Strategic flexibility plays a regulatory role in the inverted U-shaped impact of precipitation redundancy on the innovation performance of high-tech companies. The research confirms the importance of proper precipitation redundancy for high-tech enterprise innovation. The research results help to fill the gap in the research on the relationship between precipitation redundancy and high-tech enterprise innovation performance,and have certain reference value for enterprise management practice.

    Drawing from the organizational motivation and the Expectation Confirmation Theory,from the view of purchase motivation,this paper investigates the driving force of disruptive technology continuous adoption intentions.Divided purchase motivation into efficiency motives,mimetic isomorphic motivation and normative isomorphic motivation,described the influencing micro-mechanism of purchase motivation on disruptive technology continuous adoption intentions.Using the sample of 198 recent purchasing managers of a cloud computing service ,an empirical research on the relationship between purchase motivation and disruptive technology continuous adoption intentions have been done,and the intermediary effect of satisfaction and cognitive lock-in has been examined.The results show that purchase motivation have a positive impact on the disruptive technology continuous adoption intentions; satisfaction and cognitive lock-in play the partial intermediary role between purchase motivation and disruptive technology continuous adoption intentions.

    Based on the data of 1281 companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share market from 2010 to 2017,this paper analyzes the impact of stock liquidity on the enterprise innovation based on enterprise heterogeneity.It is found that,on the whole,stock liquidity can inhibit the enterprise innovation,and has a greater inhibitory effect on the later stage; enterprise scale and industry factors are the important factors that affect the relationship between "stock liquidity and enterprise innovation",that is,stock liquidity promotes the innovation of large enterprises and traditional industries,but inhibits the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises and high-tech industries.Further mechanism research shows that stable institutional investors and trading institutional investors play a double intermediary role in the relationship between stock liquidity and enterprise innovation.Although stock liquidity has opposite effect on both,they eventually lead to the decline of enterprise innovation.

    Network embeddedness is an important factor that affects enterprise innovation. Based on the study that the network embeddedness can improve the innovation ability of the enterprise,this paper further explores the role of network embeddedness in the innovation ability of enterprises under the condition of knowledge search. According to the data of 224 advanced manufacturing cluster enterprises in Jiangsu Province,the empirical analysis is carried out by using the model of "network embeddedness-knowledge search-enterprise innovation capability". The research results show that the stronger the enterprise network embeddedness and knowledge search ability is,the stronger the enterprise innovation ability is; the improvement of network embeddedness promotes knowledge search; the utilization type knowledge search mediates between network embeddedness and enterprise innovation ability. Therefore,it is necessary to constantly adjust the position of enterprises in the cluster network,improve knowledge search,especially the utilization type knowledge search capability,realize the complementary advantages of resources within the cluster,and improve the innovation ability of enterprises.

    Based on the collaborative innovation network and knowledge management theory,this paper deeply analyzes the effect of alliance dual stickiness on innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge flows,and establishes the model of alliance dual stickiness knowledge flow innovation performance. The knowledge hidden and knowledge absorption ability are introduced in this model as adjustment variables. Through making hierarchical regression analysis on 166 sample data,the results show that the innovation performance are positively affected by hard technology stickiness and soft technology stickiness,the knowledge diffusion and knowledge spillover has partial intermediary role between alliance stickiness and innovation performance,the regulating roles of knowledge hidden and knowledge absorptive capacity are partly realized by the mediating effect of knowledge flow. Knowledge hiding directly or indirectly regulates the relationship between the dual alliance stickiness and innovation performance. Knowledge absorption ability has an inverted U-shaped regulating effect between knowledge diffusion and innovation performance. Based on this conclusion,it is proposed that alliance enterprises should correctly understand the influence of different alliance stickiness on innovation performance,and emphasize the informal contracts construction based on knowledge rationalization hidden. In the later stage of alliance cooperation,new network nodes are appropriately added and knowledge acquisition channels are broadened. The stable partnership is formed by orderly knowledge flow,so as to drive the improvement of innovation performance.

    Employees' knowledge sharing behavior has attracted enough attention in the academic circle,but there is still a lack of in-depth understanding of employees' knowledge hiding behavior in the workplace. Trough collecting data with 306 employees of intellectual organizations,this paper constructs a moderated dual mediating model to test the effects of organizational psychological ownership on knowledge hiding,including the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior and citizenship fatigue,and the moderating role of transformational leadership based on the social exchange theory and resources conservation theory. The empirical results show that organizational psychological ownership negatively predicts knowledge hiding; organizational citizenship behavior and citizenship fatigue positively mediate the correlation between organizational psychological ownership and knowledge hiding. In addition,transformational leadership has a moderated role between organizational psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior,and moderates the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between organizational psychological ownership and knowledge hiding,the mediating effect is relatively stronger with high transformational leadership and relatively weaker with low transformational leadership. The research conclusion not only enriches the theoretical research on knowledge hiding and citizenship fatigue,but also provides a reference for the effective knowledge management of enterprises.

    By utilizing the methods of geospatial analysis,social network analysis,and stochastic actor-oriented model,and using the amount of papers co-authored data of Chinese university in 2006 to 2016 as the basic data,this paper probes into the evolution's characteristics and influence factors of China's universities knowledge collaboration network.The researchfound that: Cooperation have become increasingly frequent in China's universities knowledge collaboration network,it currently experiencing the active period.China's universities knowledge collaboration network has a small-world feature.China's universities knowledge collaboration network presents a core-periphery structure with hierarchies,985 project universities and 211 project universities have always taken an important position in the network.In the spatial pattern,the network connections are dense and strong in the east but sparse and weak in the west,the spatial relationship of universities shows a certain attenuation law of geographical distance.China's universities knowledge collaboration network is made up of seven relatively stable university communities,the structure of university community has the characteristics of a regional aggregation which shows spatial development and spatial distribution.The structural characteristics of the university's knowledge cooperation network,the university's own attributes and the proximity of each dimension of the university have promoted the evolution of the network.The most critical factors that promote colleges to maintain or establish knowledge partnerships are geographic proximity,internet development degree,cognitive proximity,and institutional proximity.

    How to stimulate employees' innovative behaviors is a key issue for enterprises.Workplace Exclusion is a problem that employees often need to face in their work,and it is also an important reason affecting innovative behaviors.Based on self-verification theory,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of workplace exclusion on employees' innovative behaviors.A multivariate regression model was used to analyze 193 employee questionnaires.The results showed that workplace exclusion has a significant negative impact on organizational commitment,organizational identity and employee innovation.Organizational commitment and organizational identity play an intermediary role between workplace exclusion and innovative behaviors.Workplace exclusion reduces employees' innovative behaviors by reducing their organizational commitment and organizational identity.

    In recent years,research on the impacts of top management team faultlines on firm performance has attracted the attentions of the scholars. What is the influence of top management team faultlines on firm performance? Prior studies have yielded inconsistent findings. Based on cross-categorization perspective,this paper employed the data on Chinese start-up private firms during the period from 2011 to 2018,and generalized least squares method to empirically analyze the impacts of top management team faultlines on private firm growth performance,and the moderating effects of firm innovation intensity on the above relationship. Research results show that top management team task-related faultlines as well as bio-demographic faultlines have inverted U-shaped relationship with firm growth performance. Simultaneously,firm innovation intensity has significant moderating effect on the relationship between top management team faultlines and firm growth performance. Specifically,the higher firm innovation intensity is,the more obvious the inverted U-shaped relationship between top management team task-related faultlines,and bio-demographic faultlines and firm growth performance is.

    In this paper,CiteSpace V scientific metrology tool is used to draw visual knowledge maps,and using the method of combination of Metrology review and system review,to explore the key literature in the field of platform,showing the evolution track of research hotspots,thereby building an overall theoretical framework for platform research,last but not least the platform research in the Chinese context is prospected. This research finds that the theme of platform research has experienced from product innovation and architecture innovation of technology management platform,to platform pricing and bilateral market of industrial organization economics,to platform design and business model of strategic management,and the trend of cross-integration is obvious. In addition,the theoretical framework of the platform can be divided into three levels: core characteristics,theoretical basis and research methods.
