Based on the data at the provincial level from 2001 to 2017,the relationship between regional innovation ability and resource dependence in regional economic development is analyzed through the system GMM estimation method and the impulse response function. The results show that high resource dependence can lead to the decline of regional innovation ability,so the negative extrusion effect exists, and the low regional innovation ability will increase the resource dependence, and there is bidirectional interaction. It is very easy to form a vicious circle. If the resource-intensive areas continue the traditional extensive development,it is difficult to improve the regional innovation ability. The areas will be forced to lock in traditional path dependence, and it's difficult to achieve the sustainable high-quality development of the economy and society.

The flow of innovation factors is not only the key to optimize resource allocation but also the internal driving force of industrial structure adjustment. On the contrary, the change of industrial structure will promote the innovation subject to carry out innovation through micro-effects.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1998 to 2018,this paper studies the interaction between the flow of innovation elements and the change of industrial structure and the spatial spillover effect. The regression results show that the flow of R&D personnel can promote the upgrading of the local industry and the rationalization of the industrial structure in other regions, and at the same time the flow of R&D personnel also inhibits the rationalization of the local industrial structure and the upgrading of the spillover industries. The flow of R&D capital has a restraining effect on the upgrading of industrial structure in this region and the rationalization of industrial structure in other regions, while it has a promoting effect on the rationalization of industrial structure in this region and the upgrading of industrial structure in other regions. In the process of industrial structure change, the rationalization of its structure promotes the flow of R&D personnel and R&D capital, but inhibits the flow of R&D capital in other regions.

This paper considers green growth as the measure criterion of the quality of China's industrial development. Then Based on the panel data of China's 34 industrial sectors during 2011-2017,we apply EBM model to build Green Growth Index for measuring the green growth of industry. In addition, the GMM method is employed to test the roles of process innovation and product innovation in the relationship between environmental regulation and industrial green growth. The results show that the environmental regulation significantly promotes both process innovation and product innovation, while it plays a greater role in process innovation. Both the two innovation forms have significantly positive effects on industrial green productivity growth, which is mainly contribution of product innovation.Furthermore, while both process innovation and product innovation mediate the causal link between environmental regulation and industrial green growth, product innovation has a slightly stronger mediation effect than process innovation. The result also shows that product innovation is the best choice for complying with environmental regulation and motivating industrial green growth practices. These findings help us open the black box of the relationship between environmental regulation and industrial green growth. Finally, this paper presents some important implications for policy-makers and enterprise managers to promote industrial green growth practices in China.

Based on the data collecting from 186 enterprises in China to make a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis, this paper explores the critical configuration of ambidextrous innovation and the interaction among three types of dynamic capabilities and firm size. The results show that there are two equivalent paths to support Chinese enterprises to achieve exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation respectively.Further, absorptive capacity as the core condition, combined with different levels of opportunity identification, resource bricolage and firm size can greatly promote ambidextrous innovation. On the other side, resource bricolage is the combination of "exploitation and exploration";the possibility of ambidextrous innovation can be greatly improved when resource bricolage jointly opportunity identification, among which the large-scale enterprises with abundant resources have obvious advantages. The research adopts the configuration research method of QCA to promote the causal logic of enterprise innovation behavior choice from the single-dimensional perspective to the overall perspective of multi-dimensional interaction, and clarify the relationship between various types of dynamic capability and ambidextrous innovation,as well as the dependence/substitution relationship between different capabilities.

This article uses the listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share as the research sample, and classifies the annual main business income of each listed company manually in order to calculate the unique operating degree index of related and unrelated diversification using the entropy index method. At the same time,it uses the knowledge width method to measure the quality of invention patents as the proxy variable of substantial innovation, and empirically tests the impact of related and unrelated diversification on substantive innovation. The research found that,on the whole level, the deepening of related diversification will promote the quality of invention patents; while the degree of diversification is inversely u-shaped with the quality of invention patents.Through calculation,it can be found that the degree of unrelated diversification of most enterprises is on the left side of the critical value of inverted U-shaped relationship, that is,it promotes the quality of invention patents; through the heterogeneity test,it can be found that the promotion effect of related diversification and the inverted U-shaped relationship of non-related diversification are more significant in state-owned enterprises. The research of this paper has important guiding significance for enterprises to choose the appropriate direction and degree of related and non-related diversification to improve their substantive innovation ability.

As a specific industrial policy in China, policy "high-tech enterprises identification" present significant impact on R&D activities and innovation strategies of enterprises. On the basis of distinguishing the innovation efficiency of technology R&D stage and technology transformation stage, this paper uses 14 156 micro sample data of Chinese listed companies in 2008-2017,by adopting three-stage DEA model to measure the innovation efficiency of sample enterprises. Moreover, paper studies the impact of high-tech enterprise identification policies on the innovation efficiency of enterprises in the two stages through counterfactual estimation and medium effect model. The results show that the policy has positive impact in promoting innovation efficiency of Chinese listed companies in the stage of technology R&D.But the policy has a significant inhibitory effect on the innovation efficiency in the stage of technology transformation.Distinguish the main body of enterprises, the policy has a more significant impact on the state-owned enterprises and the enterprises that have implemented the equity incentive and have not obtained the venture capital. The empirical analysis of its influence mechanism shows that the policy affects the innovation efficiency of enterprises in the stage of technological R&D by two ways: easing the financing constraints of enterprises and improving the long-term liabilities. However, the policy also causes R&D investment of enterprises to "squeeze out" operating costs, advertising expenses and other expenses of enterprises, thus inhibiting the innovation efficiency of enterprises in the stage of technological transformation.

In order to stimulate the allocation effect of innovative elements of civil-military integration and promote regional innovation development.Based on the theoretical mechanism and constraint environment analysis of the impact of civil-military integration on the efficiency of innovation factor allocation, this paper divides the innovation factors into two dimensions: capital and talent, and estimates the provincial integration panel data of 209 military industry listed enterprises in China from 2007 to 2018 by using the spatial dynamic panel model. The results are as follows:promoting civil military integration can improve regional innovation capital and talent to improve the efficiency of the allocation of innovative elements.Promoting military civilian integration can change the spatial competition pattern of innovative elements and improve the efficiency of allocation of innovative elements through "adjacent complementarity" and "joint interaction" between adjacent regions or regions with comparable technology. The main synergy environment has a restrictive effect on the spatial allocation effect of civil-military integration innovation elements. However, the promotion of civil-military integration in the coordinated environmental disadvantaged zone does not have a significant effect on the spatial allocation of innovative elements, and it may even inhibit the improvement of the efficiency of innovative element allocation in the region.
