    Based on the theory of psychodynamic field, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of creators' policy perception on innovation behavior,and focusing on the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition and the moderating effect of innovation self-efficacy.Based on the structural equation model analysis of 380 creators' sample data.The results show that: firstly, the positive effect of creators' policy perception on innovation behavior is significant.Secondly, knowledge acquisition plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between creators' policy perception and innovation behavior.Thirdly, the moderating effect of innovation self-efficacy on the positive relationship between policy perception and innovation behavior is not significant, but the moderating effect is significant in the positive relationship between knowledge acquisition and innovation behavior, and has a significant moderating effect on mediating effect of knowledge acquisition between policy perception and innovation behavior.This research conclusion further deepens the understanding of the relationship between creators' policy perception and their innovation behavior, and has a certain reference role in promoting the innovation practice of creators.

    The Maker-space has gradually become a hot spot for current research.Building an efficient cooperative innovation network can improve its operational performance.There are more and more researches working on the decoupling of the current cooperative innovation network.Research on the interactive relationship between the knowledge network and the cooperation network can reproduce the mechanism of the real network completely.Based on the perspective of double-network,this paper decouples knowledge network and cooperative network,explores the impact of the operating mechanism of Maker-space and the cooperative strategy of entrepreneurs on the performance of network innovation,and simulates the dynamic evolution structure of Maker-space knowledge network and cooperative network and the interaction between the two networks by using mathematical modeling and simulation methods,so as to suggest for improvement for raising the operational efficiency of Maker-space.The results suggest that the probability of re-connection of the corporate partnership relationship will have a greater impact on the network innovation performance and this probability has a relatively reasonable range.Moreover,the structures of the knowledge network and the cooperative network have great differences under the double network embedding mechanism,and there is an interaction in the dynamic evolution process.

    As a new financial model based on the Internet, Internet finance affects enterprise R&D innovation by improving the allocation efficiency of financial resources.Based on panel data of 278 prefecture-level cities, the article analyzes the impact of Internet finance on enterprise R&D innovation, and explores the impact of industrial development, traditional financial development and human capital on the innovation effect of Internet finance..The empirical results show that Internet finance has significantly promoted enterprise R&D innovation, and this conclusion still valid after a series of robustness tests.Further research finds that industrial development, traditional financial development, and human capital level are complementary to Internet finance, which are conducive to enhancing the innovation effect of internet finance.In addition, the heterogeneity study finds that Internet finance has significant innovation effects in cities with lower levels of science and education and lower-level cities.Location factors are not the reasons that affect the significance of Internet financial innovation; the innovation effect of Internet finance in cities with high level of opening up, marketization and economic development is greater than that in other cities.

    Based on entrepreneurial network theory,entrepreneurial learning theory and entrepreneurial growth theory,an internal logical model among the dual embeddedness of entrepreneurial network,college students' dual entrepreneurial learning,Self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance of new enterprise is constructed.From the data of 168 college students' start-ups,an empirical study was conducted by using structural equation model.The paper shows that the positive influence of network structural embedding on performance of college students' start-ups is more significant than that of network relational embedding.The positive influence of network relational embedding on college students' entrepreneurial learning is more significant than that of network structural embeddedness.Entrepreneurial learning plays a partial intermediary role between the relational embedding of entrepreneurial network and the structural embedding of entrepreneurial network upon the entrepreneurial performance.The effect of entrepreneurial learning on network relational embedding is more evident.Self-efficacy can regulate the positive impact of network structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness on entrepreneurial performance.

    Urban networking is the inevitable result of the development of urban agglomeration to the advanced stage, and innovation network is an important support to improve regional innovation ability.Based on the research object of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the paper analyzes the structural characteristics and spatiotemporal evolution of the innovation network by using social network analysis method,Ucinet and ArcGIS software, and then explores the driving mechanism of innovation network evolution of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The research results show that:(1)The innovation network density of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster is constantly increasing and the inter-city innovation connection is significantly strengthened;(2)The innovation network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster has evolved from the single core in the early stage to the"1+2"spatial pattern in the middle stage,with Beijing as the core and Tianjin and Shijiazhuang as the fulcrums, to the"multi-center and multi-level"pattern in the middle and later stage;(3)The non-parametric empirical analysis of QAP reveal that geographical proximity and institutional proximity have a positive effect on inter-city innovation cooperation, while knowledge base proximity plays a negative role.Economic proximity and cognitive proximity only exerts driving impact on innovation cooperation in the early stage.

    Based on the data of Yangtze River Economic Zone from 1997 to 2017, the spatial Dubin model is used to do the empirical analysis on the effect of science and technology innovation and financial development on industrial agglomeration.The results show that there is an obvious industrial agglomeration spillover effect in Yangtze River Economic Zone, and there has formed the self-promoting ability of industrial agglomeration; science and technology innovation and financial development have positive effects on industrial agglomeration, and there are differences in short-term and long-term effects; The interaction items of science and technology innovation and financial development have a negative effect on industrial agglomeration, and the degree of influence is different under different weighting matrices.To this end, we should promote the regional cooperation in Yangtze River Economic Zone and give full play to the spillover effects of regional cooperation; fully stimulate the science and technology innovation of Yangtze River Economic Zone; correctly guide the service direction of financial development; strenuously improve the level of government behavioral services, and profoundly stimulate the innovation Value of human capital; correctly guide science and technology innovation and financial development, focus on long-term effects and build on the prosperity of the industry.

    In this paper, the principal component analysis method is used to calculate the intensity of inter-provincial intellectual property rights (IPR) protection in China from 2007 to 2017, and the spatial relationship of inter-provincial IPR protection in China is identified by the gravity model.On this basis, the social network analysis approach is employed to analyze the spatial correlation network structure of inter-provincial IPR protection in China.The results show that: Firstly, there exist significant regional differences in the intensity of IPR protection among provinces in China, and the intensity of IPR protection among provinces does not exist independently.Secondly, the spatial correlation of IPR protection among provinces in China presents a typical network structure.The network connectivity is good without obvious hierarchy, but the degree of spatial correlation needs to be strengthened.Thirdly, due to different levels of economic development and geographical location, different provinces have different performances in the spatial correlation network.Finally, the spatial correlation network of China's inter-provincial IPR protection is inseparable, and different sectors are interdependent.A good platform for information exchange is constructed by the spatial correlation network of Chinese IPR protection.

    It is a weak link to study the impact of factor price distortion on R&D input and industry differences in manufacturing industry from a meso-perspective.Under the background of industry heterogeneity, this paper clarifies the theoretical mechanism of factor price distortion affecting R&D input, then we use non-linear panel threshold model makes in-depth analysis by using sub-sectors of Chinese Manufacturing Industries’ data.The results show that factor price distortion has obvious restraining effect on R&D capital investment and R&D manpower investment in manufacturing industry, and Industry heterogeneity plays an important regulatory role in this process.Furthermore, we use panel threshold model is used to explore the effect of industry heterogeneity factors.The results show that there are significant differences in the impact of factor price distortion on R&D input among different threshold ranges of industry characteristics such as market competition, capital intensity, average enterprise size and openness.The study of this paper provides certain enlightenment for comprehensively deepening the market-oriented reform, optimizing the efficiency of factor resource allocation, improving the transformation and upgrading of independent innovation in manufacturing industry, and further promoting the construction of an innovation-oriented country.

    China's economy is undergoing an important transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The transformation and upgrading of regional manufacturing is the top priority in promoting quality reform and building China into a manufacturing powerhouse.In this context,this paper brings intellectual property protection and regional manufacturing upgrading into a unified theoretical framework for the first time,and uses China's provincial panel data from 2003 to 2017 to empiratively test the effect mechanism and marginal effect of intellectual property protection on regional manufacturing upgrading by using the mediation effect and panel quantile model.The findings are as follows:Firstly,intellectual property protection has significantly promoted the transformation and upgrading of regional manufacturing,and there is a certain path dependence in the upgrading of regional manufacturing.This conclusion is still valid after the endogenous problem is alleviated and the robustness test is carried out.Secondly,The promotion effect of intellectual property protection on regional manufacturing upgrading is mainly achieved through transmission mechanisms such as innovation incentive effect,human capital allocation effect and international technology spillover effect,in which innovation incentive effects for upgrading regional manufacturing is the most effective,the impact of international technology spillovers effect, and the effect of human capital allocation effect is limited.Thirdly,the marginal effect of intellectual property protection on the upgrading of regional manufacturing industry presents an inverted u-shape,which indicating that there is an "optimal strength" in intellectual property protection.

    Taking the technology stock level as the threshold variable, this paper decomposes the production equation of high-tech industry, and finds that there are significant differences in the elasticity of technology output among regions.Based on this, 29 regions are grouped to establish the frontier, measure the innovation efficiency of knowledge production and achievement transformation, and study the actual impact of innovation efficiency on the competitiveness of regional high-tech industry.The results show that: ①under the high elasticity of technological output, the first developed areas have achieved a high-speed growth far beyond other areas; ②the innovation efficiency in product production, that is, the promotion of achievement conversion rate, can significantly promote the improvement of industrial competitiveness; ③ the promotion of total factor productivity in knowledge production, and the significant expansion of industrial competitiveness, which are the icing on the cake factors However, the technical efficiency improvement in knowledge production has no significant impact on industrial competitiveness.

    Improving the supplier innovativeness can effectively enhance manufacturer product innovation.Draw from the social capital theory and the knowledge based view,we construct a theoretical model from the viewpoint of the manufacturer about the impact of various dimensions of manufacturer-supplier social capital on supplier innovativeness.Through a questionnaire investigation to 216 manufacturers in China equipment manufacturing industry,the theoretical logic of the relationships among manufacturer -supplier social capital,manufacturer-enabled supplier knowledge integration and supplier innovativeness are verified by using the structural equation model analysis method.The results show that all dimensions of manufacturer-supplier social capital facilitate supplier innovativeness positively.Both dimensions of manufacturer-enabled supplier knowledge integration facilitate supplier innovativeness positively.Manufacturer-enabled supplier knowledge integration plays different mediating roles between manufacturer-supplier social capital dimensions and supplier innovativeness.Accordingly,the results reveal the process of manufacturer-supplier social capital to enhance supplier innovation,and provide guidance to manufacturers as how they may develop suppliers' innovation potential.

    Value proposition,as the core element of business model,elaborates the product characteristics and value orientation,and describes the enterprise's value commitment to customers,and how to develop new and effective value proposition to make enterprises stand out in the competitive environment has attracted much attention.Although existing studies believe that internal and external resources affect the company's value proposition,there is little in-depth discussion on the internal mechanism of the formation of value proposition.Through the exploratory single case study method,this paper analyzes how the case enterprises construct novel and effective value propositions by the screening of organizational alertness ability,and then summarizes the formation mechanism and path of value propositions.The research shows that: value proposition is an effective and feasible decision result after the organization carries on the "preliminary analysis-interpretation judgment" processing process of internal and external information clues.At different stages of development,the focus of organizational alertness changes from endogenous alertness to exogenous alertness and then to endogenous and exogenous multi-source alertness.And the judgment results are different under different alertness mechanisms,leading to the change of the dominant type of value proposition from "economic value proposition" to "emotional value proposition" and then to "technical value proposition".

    The international operating activities of Chinese enterprises show obvious ambidextrous characteristics of both exploration and utilization.In order to study the impact of the the balanced and the joint dimension of two internationalization activities on innovation performance,this paper starts from organizational ambidextrous theory and institutional theory,and conducts hierarchical regression on sample data of 403 Chinese multinational enterprises to discover: the balanced and the joint dimension of exploratory internationalization and utilization internationalization have a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance; the host country regulatory regime has played a moderating role in this relationship.As the level of the regulatory regime improves,the effect of ambidextrous internationalization on innovation performance has increased.The research conclusions provide an empirical evidence for the division of internationalization activities into exploitative internationalization and exploratory internationalization in the field of international business,enrich and refine the application research of institutional theory in the field of internationalization,and have certain practical implications for Chinese multinational enterprises.

    Military-civilian science and technology collaborative innovation is an important part of improving the overall competitiveness of the country's science and technology.In recent years, military-civilian technology collaborative innovation has achieved rich results, but many problems have emerged.These problems seriously hampered the in-depth development of military-civilian technology collaborative innovation.It is necessary to systematically design its military-civilian scientific and technological collaborative innovation mechanism.Based on the core ideas of the integrated mobilization theory, drawing on its organization model and the theoretical mechanism of the operating mechanism.For the unclear military-civilian scientific and technological collaborative innovation mechanism, this paper systematically designs the military-civilian scientific and technological collaborative innovation mechanism.This paper proposed the military-civilian technology collaborative innovation should under the guidance of management institutions, the resource elements and functions of military-civilian science and technology collaborative innovation are integrated into the military-civilian technology collaborative innovation service platform to provide related services for the two major sectors of the military-civilian technology collaborative innovation process and the achievement transformation process, and the relevant operation support mechanism also been proposed.The military-civilian science and technology collaborative innovation work has realized integrated, agile, modular, and efficient management of, and further improved the management system of military-civilian technology collaborative innovation.

    The technological innovation capability of military enterprises not only affects the development of the national economy, but also the security strength of national defense.This paper takes the data of 80 listed military enterprises in 2013-2017 as a sample to test the impact of military enterprises' competitive strategy on technological innovation and the role of equity incentives.The research results show that the differentiation strategy and the cost leadership strategy have a direct positive impact on technological innovation, the differentiation strategy has a more effective impact, and the equity incentives have a stronger intermediary role in the impact of the differentiation strategy on technological innovation.

    Creative deviance has attracted more and more scholars' attention.However, the research about what factors influencing creative deviance is still in the exploring stage.Based on the interactionist theories of creativity, we create a theoretical model to investigate how perceived underemployment influence turnover intention.The moderating role of LMX and LMX differentiation are also explored.By using HLM with the data from 46 teams including 220 employees, we obtained the following results.First, perceived underemployment is positively related to creative deviance.Second, LMX is negatively related to creative deviance.Third, LMX moderates the relationship between perceived underemployment and creative deviance, that is, with the level of LMX increasing, the positive relationship between perceived underemployment and creative deviance becomes weaker.Finally, LMX differentiation is positively related to creative deviance.

    Applying social learning theory, social exchange theory, and Bandura′s reciprocal determinism, based on 365 leader-employee pairing data, a regulated chain mediation model is constructed, with organization-based self-esteem and felt obligation for constructive change as mediation variables, and error aversion culture is used as a moderating variable, to explore the influence of authentic leadership on employees′ deviant innovation.The empirical results show that: authentic leadership positively affects employees′ deviant innovation; organization-based self-esteem and felt obligation for constructive change play a part of mediating role between authentic leadership and employees′ deviant innovation respectively, and both play a chain mediating role between authentic leadership and employees′ deviant innovation; error aversion culture negatively regulates the relationship between authentic leadership and employees′ deviant innovation, organization-based self-esteem and employee′s deviant innovation, and felt obligation for constructive change and employee′s deviant innovation.

    Employee creativity within organizations is the prerequisite and fundamental source of organizational innovation. Although the stimulation of employee creativity in organizations has become an enduring research topic and has obtained quite abundant research outcome. However, there are few systematic summaries about the stimulation of employee creativity in organizations from multiple levels and multiple perspectives, let alone its new dynamic that is the spirituality. This paper sorts out the related researches of the stimulation of employee creativity within the organization. At first, starting from the theoretical basis of employee creativity stimulation, this paper summarizes the classical theories of employee creativity stimulation. Second, according to the logical order of individual, team and organization, this paper sorts out and discusses the motivation mechanism of employee creativity from multiple perspectives. Third, with?the?development?of?research, spirituality within the organization has gradually become an emerging power to stimulate employee creativity. This paper summarizes the motivation mechanism of employee creativity based on spirituality from multiple perspectives. In the end, this paper looks forward to the future research direction, with a view of promoting the development of the research on employee creativity motivation mechanism.
