    Patents are important sources of information for studying technological evolution and industrial development since they are crucial carriers of technology and knowledge.Currently,there is lacking comparative analysis and technical knowledge mining for key nodes in the patent cluster network and nodes in the critical path.This paper constructs a patent cluster network evolution model based on key nodes and critical path,thus comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of technology evolution from both aspects of patent cluster network core patents and critical path core technologies.By searching the Derwent Innovation Index,relevant patents of silicon-carbide Schottky barrier diode (SiC-SBD) were obtained as the empirical data source from 1986 to 2017.Results show that through the analysis of changes in the number of patent applications and the number of patentees,the SiC-SBD patent cluster network has experienced germination,growth,maturity,and recession.The patents of SiC-SBD in germination phase mainly involve in basic technology research,while patents in the growth phase are device structure research.At present,the main research direction is how to improve device structure and diode performance.In recent years,the annual growth of SiC-SBD patents decreases,and the speed of technological development is degenerative,however,the value of patents is more reflected in its commercial value.The key nodes of SiC-SBD patent cluster network have a high degree of coincidence with the nodes in the critical path,which indicates that the identification of the core patents from patent cluster networks can be obtained through multi-perspective analysis.It is helpful to present the technology evolution in a more comprehensive way and provide a reference for decision-makers to identify core patents and predict the development of technology,by analyzing the evolution of patent cluster network through key nodes and critical paths.

    Based on the data of the listed companies in Growth Enterprise Market, this paper tests the impact of GVC on technological innovation in different investment environment by using Logit model and IV method.The results show as follows:① the economic region has limited influence on GVC.GVC in financial developed regions has more significant treatment effect on enterprise innovation, but there is no evident in screening effect.Optimizing regional investment environment could strengthen the treatment effect;② the administrative region has a significant impact on GVC.GVC which invests in local enterprise performs screening effect on technological innovation, but as a result of exploitation, it has negative effect on R&D investment, and the participation of the board of directors could strengthen the treatment effect.

    Drawing upon innovation diffusion theory and process oriented view,a conceptual model of Internet integration (Internet integration with business processes) measured using the size of Internet embedded within business processes,was presented,containing the influential factors in IS management and related hypotheses、Survey data from 196 traditional firms was comparatively analyzed using Logistic regression and Structural Equation Modeling respectively,to validate the proposed model and hypotheses.Findings showed the actual situation of general Internet technology diffusing across business processes and embedded in the activities associated with those processes,and suggested the determinants explaining the differences of Internet integration among firms,as well as a new research approach which could reveal that Internet technologies were implemented to support business activities at firm level.

    The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China proposes to fully promote the in-depth integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy. In this context, it is crucial to clarify the relationship between the Internet and regional innovation capacity. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016,the non-linear relationship between Internet development and regional innovation capability is comprehensively discussed with the threshold panel regression technology.The results show that Internet development has a non-linear effect of increasing marginal return on regional innovation ability.The two still show a positive nonlinear relationship of increasing marginal returns under the constraints of the government-supported environment, but the two show a positive u-shaped relationship under the constraints of the open environment. Further research shows that the Internet has a heterogeneous double-threshold effect on the innovation ability of different innovation subjects. Universities and enterprises show a positive u-shaped relationship, while research and development institutions show a positive law of diminishing marginal efficiency. Based on this conclusion, a targeted, effective and differentiated integration strategy of "Internet and innovation capability" is proposed.

    Based on the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2016, this paper constructs a coordinated index system for the real economy and the input of technological innovation, modern finance and human resources, and systematically measures the coordination degree between the real economy and the input factors. This paper makes an empirical analysis of the spatial and temporal differences and economic effect of its cooperative development level. The study indicates that:①the degree of coordination between China's real economy and the three major factors is volatility, with the highest degree of coordination between the real economy and human resources, the second highest degree of coordination between the real economy and modern financial factors, and the lowest between the real economy and technological innovation. All of them showed the highest degree of coordination in the eastern region, followed by the central region and the lowest in the western region;②the center of gravity of the coordination degree between the real economy and the input of various factors moves southwest, and the central and western regions are becoming an important supporting area for the construction of modern economic system in the new period;③the regional relative differences in the coordinated development of the real economy and technological innovation factors are expanding. The relative regional differences in the degree of coordination between the real economy and modern finance, the real economy and human resources are shrinking. But the differences between the eastern and western regions are the largest, the hyper-density gap is the main source of inter-regional difference;④at the national level, the coordinated development of the real economy and the input of the three major factors is conducive to the improvement of total factor productivity, resulting in a significant high-quality development effect, but this effect shows some heterogeneity in different regions.

    China's manufacturing industry participates in international division of labor by embedding global value chain, and the evolution of global value chain shows a convergence trend.Based on the data provided by TiVA database, this paper uses the method of value-added trade to measure the location of the global value chain of China's manufacturing industry.It is found that the location evolution of the global value chain of China's manufacturing industry experienced three stages (GVC1.0, GVC2.0 and GVC3.0) during 1995-2014.During the GVC1.0 period, the position of global value chain continued to decline; during the GVC2.0 period, the position of global value chain accelerated; during the GVC3.0 period, the position of global value chain steadily increased.Then building the measurement model of the convergence of global value chain position,and testing global value chain position of absolute σ convergence, absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence of China's manufacturing industry.The test results show that absolute σ convergence,absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence existing in the evolution of global value chain of Chinese manufacturing industry.However, the absolute β divergence and conditional β convergence exist in the location evolution of the global value chain in high-tech and high-tech manufacturing industries.The conclusion of the study provides new evidence for promoting China's manufacturing industries to move up the global value chain.

    Science and technology finance brings new development opportunities for China's industrial upgrading. As the core of economic development, whether the structure optimization and upgrading of manufacturing industry is affected by science and technology finance is worth exploring. In this paper, the direct and indirect effects of science and Technology Finance on manufacturing industry structure are studied from the perspective of rationalization and upgrading by using the data of manufacturing industry subdivision at provincial level in China from 2010 to 2016. The study finds that science and technology finance has a direct role in promoting the rationalization and upgrading of manufacturing industry structure, and its direct impact has regional heterogeneity. From the rationalization point of view, the impact of science and Technology Finance on the rationalization of manufacturing structure in coastal areas is lower than that in inland areas; from the advanced point of view, science and technology finance can significantly promote the upgrading of manufacturing structure in coastal areas, while the impact on inland areas is not significant. In addition, through the indirect impact of science and Technology Finance on the optimization of manufacturing industry structure, technological innovation and factor market development play an active intermediary role in the process of the impact of science and Technology Finance on the optimization of manufacturing industry structure.

    Entrepreneurs allocate time on developing external ties and building internal abilities.Different allocating strategies will affect new ventures′ performance via resource structuring and deployment.Combing the research on the entrepreneurs′ time allocation and resource management,based on a sample from the Xi′an New District in China,we find that:1) there exists a positive relationship between time spent on developing external ties and new ventures′ resource structuring,and then improving new ventures′ performance.2) There is a positive relationship between time spent on building internal capabilities and new ventures′ resource deployment,but the mediating effect is not significant.3) In the competitive environment,the balance effect of time spent on developing external ties and building internal abilities on resource structuring is positive and significant,while the complementary effect is not significant.Considering the constraint of entrepreneurs′ time and the lag effect of internal abilities,though entrepreneurs are inclined to spend more time on developing external ties at the early age,they should pay equal attention to both in the long term.

    This paper uses sustainable development theory and upper echelons theory, selects listed companies in heavy polluting industryof Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2017 as research samples, and take the implementation of the New Environmental Protection Law as an event window to analyze the effect of technology innovationon environmental performance and the moderating effect of executive tenure on this effect.This paper finds: there is a significant positive correlation between technological innovation and environmental performance.The moderating effect of theexisting tenure is an inverted U type.And the moderating effect of theexpectedtenure is positive.Considering the implementation of the New Environmental Protection Law, this paper finds that the positive relationship between technological innovation and environmental performance, as well as the positive moderating effect of the existing and expected tenure are more significant.These conclusions can help us deeply understand the importance of the New Environmental Protection Law, strengthen management of human resources, and promote technology innovation.

    In the background of the shift of China's economic growth and the adjustment of new growth drivers, innovation is the key driving factor of the economic development and the transformation of manufacturing industry.Although state-owned enterprises are the main force of promoting the competitive advantage of national economy, there are still some institutional obstacles to independent innovation.This paper takes the stated-owned listed companies in manufacturing industry as a research sample, which undertake mixed ownership reforming in 2013-2017 listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares.This study empirically tests the impact of the shareholding structure on the innovation performance of enterprises and analyze the moderating effect of board configuration on the relationship between shareholding structure and innovation performance.The research shows that:①the richer the equity of the enterprise and the higher the equity balance are, the better the firms' innovation performance is; the higher the concentration of equity is, the worse the firms' innovation performance is;②The proportion of executive directors in the board of directors weakens the role of equity diversity in promoting innovation performance, and strengthens the restraining effect of equity concentration on innovation performance;③The proportion of economic directors strengthens the positive effects of equity diversity and equity restriction on the firms’ innovation performance.

    During the period of the reform in economic structure that firm could be improved resource utilization efficiency from financing decision making.To do so,it aims to utilize financing and debts facilitate innovation performance growth.This paper selects listed companies on Chinext from 2010 to 2018 as research samples,and empirically tests the relationship between the firm financing-decision making and the innovation performance.This research-based on the perspective of debt governance findings: Firsthy,as a whole,the financing decision making of GEM enterprises is significant correlated with its innovation performance.Secondly,the commercial credit financing and bank loan financing are negatively correlated with corporate innovation performance.Thirdly,the equity financing is positively correlated with the firm innovation performance.Finally,from the financing term structure,the negative effect of long-term borrowing on corporate performance is much higher than that of short-term borrowing.The purpose of this study is to explore a more reasonable enterprise financing mode of gem,and provide reference and inspiration for China's gem enterprise financing decision.

    Managing the network properly is vital for the defense industry alliances' collaborative innovation. The focus of policy attention reflects the comprehension of the government on how to manage the network, meanwhile the deviation of attention during implementation shows the tactic changes in multi-level governmental sectors. By use of manually constructed word kit, calculating TF-IDF values as well as Cosine similarity, we did a large-scale semantic mining analysis on 96 policy documents and 1926 news articles to detect the government's preference for the strategies on network managing, as well as the strategic deviations in the process of implementation and advocacy. Network establishing is prior to the other two network managing strategies. Governmental sectors are inclined to be loosely embedded into the network, taking hand-off network managing tools. Network versioning is limitedly adopted. Strategic deviation adjustment could be found during implementation, however, the policy advocacy was in high consistency with the local government's strategic dimension.

    "Insider" is a kind of traditional and informal division of identity that generally exists in military industry enterprises.The rich resources that contained in this special status have an important impact on military industry R&D personnel's working attitude and behavior.Based on the conservation of resources theory, we examine the process mechanism and multiple interaction effects of perceived insider status on its turnover intention and innovative behavior.A questionnaire survey for 712 R&D personnel and the results show that: ①perceived insider status predicts turnover intention negatively and innovative behavior positively, and working calling partially mediates the above relationship;②proactive personality positively moderates effect of working calling on turnover intention and innovative behavior;③the three interactions of working calling, proactive personality and organizational career management on turnover intention and innovative behavior are significant respectively.When proactive personality is high and organizational career management is low, the negative relationship of working calling and turnover intention is stronger.When both are low, the positive relationship of working calling and innovative behavior is stronger.

    Evaluating the stability level is an effective way to regulate and guarantee smooth operation of the strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem. Given the performance of the innovation ecosystem stability, the paper builds evaluation index system of stability level of regional strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem from three dimensions of structure, function and benefit. Then weights of indicators are assigned via entropy weights and analytic hierarchy process, and evaluation method of the stability level of strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem is designed based on rules. Finally, strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem in Heilongjiang is taken as an example for empirical research, and optimized tactics for ensuring the stability level of innovation ecosystem are proposed.

    Accurately identifying the symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem and promoting its symbiotic development is an important condition for the healthy and sustainable development of regional innovation.On the basis of revealing the interactive symbiosis law based on Lotka-Volterra model among R&D innovation, applied production and commercialization populations of regional innovation ecosystem, using the grey estimation method for model processing, constrcting the symbiosis relationship index and symbiosis level index model, combined with the relevant data of 30 provinces, the classified evalution results and countermeasures of symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem in China are provided in this paper. The result shows that, the interaction between R&D innovation activities and application production activities is the best in China, while the interaction between application production activities and commercialization activities is the worst. The symbiosis status of regional innovation ecosystem is poor in China, except Guangdong, Shanghai and Hunan which are in the stage of reciprocal symbiosis, the remaining provinces are in the stage of parasitism and reverse antibiosis, and the gap in symbiotic development between different provinces is very wide. To effectively improve the efficiency of R&D and innovation, to continuously enhance the comprehensive ability of applied production, to expand the breadth and depth of commercialization, and further to promote the simultaneous and coordinated development among them, are the core paths for enhancing the symbiosis of innovation ecosystem in the vulnerable regions.

    Based on the theory of punctuated equilibrium and upper echelon theory,using the panel data of 902 manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2007 to 2017,this study empirically analysis the impact of positive and negative leap in R&D investment on firm performance and the moderating effect of executive overconfidence.Results show that both positive and negative leap in R&D investment can significantly improve firm performance.The executive overconfidence positively moderates the relationship between the leap in R&D investment and firm performance.This study fills the research gap between R&D leap on firm performance by uncovering the mechanism,contributing to the innovation punctuated equilibrium theory.It also generates novel practical insights for managers to further leverage the psychological characteristics of executives on improving firm innovation and performance.

    Based on the social information processing theory, this paper explores the cross-level impact of differentiated transformational leadership on employee creative performance, especiallythe mediating role of employee psychological safety and the moderating role of team error management climate.Using paired questionnaires and taking 74 leaders and 264 subordinates as samples, a hierarchical linear model was established.The empirical results show that: (1) team-focused transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee creative performance, while individual-focused transformational leadership has a significant negative impact on employee creative performance; (2) psychological safetyplays a partialmediating role between team-focused transformational leadership,individual-focused transformational leadership and employee creative performance,respectively;(3) Team error management climate not only positively moderates the positive relationship between team-focused transformational leadership and psychological safety, but also positively moderates the negative relationship between individual-focused transformational leadership and psychological safety.

    Social network theory provides a new perspective and method for the study of talent mobility among organizations.However,there is a lack of in-depth institutional exploration of the content characteristics,formation and impact of the network.In view of this,based on the concept connotation,classification and measurement methods of the enterprise relationship network formed by the flow of talents between organizations,this paper constructs an integration framework including the elements of antecedents,consequences and context factors based on the existing literature.
