    Based on the connotation of high-quality economic development in China in the new era, the index system was constructed and the difference and spatial correlation of high-quality economic development level of China's 30 provinces from 2008 to 2017 were empirically analyzed.Three spatial econometric models are selected to analyze the impact mechanism of innovation indicators onhigh-quality economic development.The results show that:①the average level of high-quality economic development in China is 0.322.The average of central and western regions was significantly lower, and the low index of economic innovation and open development was the main reason.The spatial positive correlation of high-quality economic development in China's provinces is significant;②the innovation strength in the two stages of China is obviously low.The innovation index, innovation strength and innovation efficiency of the eastern provinces in the two stages are all at the best level in China, while the performance loss of the central and western provinces is obvious at least in one certain stage; ③there is a U-shaped curve relationship between the level of high-quality economic development and the innovation index in the R&D stage of science and technology.The innovation strength in the stage of achievement transformation is conducive to the improvement of the high-quality development level.Government support has an obvious positive moderating effect on innovation index promoting high-quality developmentin the stage of achievement transformation.

    We selected Lvyuan as a case study object and used the longitudinal case study method in order to explore the co-evolution process of disruptive technology and business model.The following research findings are obtained: (1) The gradual evolution laws of disruptive technologies and business models in each stage are summarized.The disruptive technologies have experienced the evolution of “technology integration-technology adjustment-technology upgrade”; the business models have undergone the evolution of “survival orientation-low profit orientation-brand orientation”.(2) The static adaptation and dynamic co-evolution relationship of disruptive technology and business model at each stage are analyzed in turn, which is important to achieve sustainable disruption and has important practical enlightenment for later-developing enterprises to gain competitive advantage.

    Artificial intelligence is booming worldwide and has become a new engine to lead scientific and technological progress.Based on the Derwent Innovation Index database, this paper identifies and analyses the technological opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence from the three dimensions of technology integration, innovation subject and potential market.Through the co-occurrence analysis of technical keywords, this paper studies the current situation of technology integration in the field of artificial intelligence and identifies the core technology in this field; identifies potential technical opponents in the field of artificial intelligence through patent analysis of innovators, and then discovers and expands technological opportunities; and excavates potential market opportunities of artificial intelligence technology through overseas layout analysis of patents of the same family.This study can provide a useful reference for Chinese enterprises and government agencies to make forward-looking layout of AI technology and innovation guidance policy.

    This paper constructs a logarithmic cost function model of biased technological progress under the framework of factor substitution, and estimates the impact of biased technological progress on innovation spillover effect by using China's industrial panel data from 2000 to 2017.The study found:capital and energy biased technological progress on innovation spillover has a significant negative effect, labor biased technological progress on innovation spillover has significant positive effects, while the intermediate goods had a positive effect on the partial technology progress innovation spillover is not significant.The elasticity of substitution variables into the model and found that when the capital, labor, energy and intermediate goods, the elasticity of substitution threshold were higher than that of 2.864 0, 5.234 1, 6.453 2 and 4.164 9, there has a significant positive effect to enhance partial technology progress on innovation spillovers.The findings of this paper show that the technological progress follows the innovation resources with comparative advantage, which is beneficial to enhance the spillover effect of innovation.

    Based on the data of OECD patent data base from 1999 to 2015,we analyze the current situation and trend of medical technology progress in China, from the perspective of the number of leechdom patent application and the number of medical equipment patent application.We found that the progress of China's medical technology does not grow steadily, but presents the characteristics of "jump" growth.The introduction of new medical insurance policy is the main cause of this feature, the impact of which often lags behind 1-2 years.Medical insurance reduces the sensitivity level of patients on price.On the one hand, it stimulates patients to consume more drugs and increase number of using of medical equipment, which promotes research and development intensity.On the other hand, it makes patients pay more attention to quality but not price, promoting hospitals to introduce medical equipment and encouraging manufacturers to pay more attention to research and development of medical equipment.

    The innovation internationalization is the key factor to strengthen the national international competition ability.The research constructs the national high-tech industrial development zone innovation internationalization level evaluation index system, taking 2014 to 2016 national high-tech industrial development zone along One Belt and One Road as the research object and using the PCA and QAP method to study national high-tech zone innovation internationalization level and its influencing factors.The conclusions of the study are as follows: the innovation internationalization of the national high-tech development zone is characterized by the interaction of innovation subjects, the integration of innovation activities, the flow of innovative resources and the improvement of innovation performance;there is a significant regional imbalance in the innovation and internationalization level of national high-tech zones, the innovation and internationalization level of the east coastal high-tech zones is high, and the innovation and internationalization level of the central and western high-tech zones is low;the differences in geographical location, economic development, technical level and policy quality of the national high-tech zone have significant effects on the differences in the level of innovation internationalization.The difference of natural ecological environment has no significant influence on the level of innovation internationalization.

    Based on the provincial panel data of 31 sample areas in China from 2009 to 2017,the spatial and temporal differences of influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation are analyzed by using the spatial econometric model.It is concluded that the high-quality economic development index of China has steadily increased, existed a significant spatial agglomeration and positive spillover effects, and a stronger spatial dependence effect.The variable of the R&D input intensity, R&D innovated output, the student number in universities per ten thousand and urbanization rate all have positive effects on high-quality economic development at different stages, while the impact of financial and educational expenditure is negative.The R&D investment intensity, urbanization rate and financial education expenditure in provinces with similar economic and geographical distance have positive effects on the high-quality development of economy in different stages, while the R&D innovated output, the student number in universities per ten thousand and the basic conditions of internet have negative effects.The human resource and fiscal expenditure on R&D in the western and central regions have a higher positive impact on high-quality economic development than in the eastern regions, while the positive effects of financial factors of science and technology innovation, R&D innovated output and transformation degree of scientific and technological achievements in the eastern regions on high-quality economic development are higher than those in the central and western regions.

    By analyzing the theoretical connotation and measurement of the indigenous innovation capability of strategic emerging industries from the perspective of knowledge conversion, and taking the data of 261 enterprise research institutes in Zhejiang province as samples, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the evolution mechanism of the indigenous innovation capability of strategic emerging industries.Results show that the relationship between four indicators of strategic emerging industries and innovation performance is heterogeneity, namely inverted u-shaped relationship between the innovation performance and openness, positively correlated between the innovation performance and speed, u-shaped relationship between innovation performance and frequency, positively cube relations between innovation performance and degree.By verifying the change rule of the four curves, it is concluded that the evolution process of indigenous innovation capability of strategic emerging industries is basically corresponding to the transformation process of GDSP theoretical knowledge, but there are industrial differences.

    It is an inevitable requirement for the realization of high-quality development to clarify the link mode of industrial chain and innovation chain, in order to give full play to the synergy effect of technological progress among industries, comprehensively improve the level of industrial chain, and constantly improve the overall technical connotation and innovation ability of economy.The synergy effect of technology development formed by vertical market mechanism among industries has not been clarified.Based on the theory of pecuniary externality, this paper proposes that the vertical market has a function of transmitting unbalanced information of product and knowledge via price mechanism.Through the "substitution effect" and "structural effect", the upstream and downstream related industries are connected in the utilization of knowledge and the selection of innovation direction, thus forming a synergy effect of technological progress among industries.With the empirical test of a panel data model contained Chinese input-output table and other relevant data from 2005-2017, the result shows that:①the synergy of technological progress between industries under the influence of vertical market mechanism in China is significant, and mainly through the downstream-upstream synergy path;②in terms of the subdivision of technological progress, the upstream-downstream linkage has a significant synergistic effect on technological improvement, while the downstream-upstream linkage has a significant synergistic effect on technological efficiency improvement, showing the influence mechanism of "substitution effect" and "structural effect" respectively.Based on the evidence above, governments should pay attention to the formation of effective connection between emerging industries and existing industries when implementing regional or macro innovation science and technology policies.Through the introduction of innovative production mode into related industries, the "structural effect" can be achieved in the region.And at the same time, By accelerating the flow of high-level knowledge with products, the innovation "substitution effect" of related industries in the region can be realized.Then the "island effect" in the development of industrial technology can be avoided.

    Different from existing studies that are mainly from the perspective of institutional background and entrepreneur′s capability, this paper empirically studies the crowding-out effects of over-investment on firm′s innovation ability from the distinct perspective of firm′s investment behavior.By utilizing a novel firm-level micro-data, China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES), it is found that, after controlling for some relevant factors mentioned in the literature, over-investment activities in other fields than innovation exert significantly negative effects on firm′s output of patents, new products, and brands, suggesting that the distortions of investment behavior have significant crowding-out effects on firm′s innovation ability.Furthermore, comparing with firms who haven′t over-invested, those who have over-invested are relatively lower in R&D, human capital, and management efficiency, indicating that these factors are potential mechanisms through which over-investments can impede the improvement of firm′s innovation ability.Consequently, it is suggested that a sound business environment should be created to reduce the over-investment.

    The enterprise innovation network has gradually become the source of the innovation vitality of modern enterprises.As a kind of subjective innovation, entrepreneurship can optimize the relationship embedding of innovation networks, which is an important factor driving the evolution of enterprise innovation networks.Combining with the entrepreneurship and relationship embedding theory, using the exploratory case study method, taking Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.and Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp as the objects of case study, according to the logic of "situation-process-result", this paper explores the general process of enterprise innovation network evolution in the interaction of entrepreneurship and relationship embedding.The study found that:firstly,at different stages, the development of enterprise innovation networks varies, and the roles of entrepreneurship and relationship embedding also differ.Secondly,the evolution of the enterprise innovation network follows the movement of the site, and the overall performance is "inverted U" type.Thirdly,the evolution mechanism of enterprise innovation network is characterized by market-oriented internal drive path and technology-oriented external drive.

    As a professional manager who has been engaged in capital operation and risk management for a long time, CFO's high risk aversion preference due to its professional characteristics often leads to more caution in providing capital support for enterprise innovation. But as a manager with special emotional connection with the enterprise, the founder usually has a more positive attitude towards innovation incubation. However, the literature on whether and how "founder + CFO" can influence the innovation of start-ups is rare. This paper proves that:For CFOs with co-founder status, although they are constrained by strong risk aversion intention, the improvement of risk tolerance brought by founder identity characteristics has changed the positive incentive effect on innovation, that is, CFOs with co-founder identity have higher innovation incentive effect than ordinary CFOs.As far as the incentive path is concerned, founder CFO will not only achieve innovation incentive by strengthening its own R&D investment and cooperating with technological innovation, but also obtain extension innovation through its own capital operation (equity participation and holding), which shows that the level of patents under joint venture and joint venture companies is higher. The above conclusion is still valid after eliminating endogenesis such as "self-selection and non-time-varying non-observable heterogeneity". This paper expands the research dimension of innovation-driven factors, and provides a path test for understanding how CFO as a strategic partner motivates innovation.

    This paper studies the innovative behavior of merit companies, explores the situational effect of the nature of property rights and the protection of intellectual property, and answers the question that enterprises follow "comfortable" or "enterprising" behavior after making profits.The study based on the data of the A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2017 shows that the performance expectation surplus can significantly inhibit the innovation investment of enterprises, especially in state-owned enterprises.It means that the innovation of merit companies tends to the "comfortable" behavior after making profits.Meanwhile, we find that the protection of intellectual property can promote enterprise innovation investment and reduce the negative?impact of performance expectation surplus on enterprise innovation investment with the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and the improvement of intellectual property protection system in China .Furthermore, the stronger protection of intellectual property can promote the mechanism’s effect more effectively to guide merit private companies from "comfortable" to "enterprising" after making profits.This study demonstrates the importance of optimizing the legal environment for scientific and technological innovation in the process of cultivating merit enterprises as innovative leading enterprises.

    Taking science and technology (S&T) enterprises in Beijing as the object of investigation, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the efficiency of resource allocation of S&T financial policy to promote enterprises' development.Research finds that efficiency of policies rank from high to low in the following sequence:fiscal subsidy,financial supervision, service platform,tax preferential,S&T insurance, venture investment, S&T guarantee and credit policies;the equilibrium degrees of resource allocation are different among different enterprises' kinds including ownership system, registered capital, industries type, employee size, qualifications type, established years and annual revenue;policy incentives focus on enterprises surviving in start-up stage and progressing in maturity stage, district high-tech enterprises, industries with national strategic supporting or strong market demand while incentives rarely on enterprises in start-up crisis stage and in growing stage, municipal high-tech enterprises and industries with higher risks.The following relationships should be handled in policy optimization: aiding the stronger and weaker, demand and supply, priority and balance, start-up and stamina, regulation and liberalization, independence and synergy.

    Business incubators are important carriers to improve the survival rate of enterprises and promote the rapid growth of technology companies.Tax incentives for incubators are important policy tools to support technological innovation of incubating enterprises.Based on the implementation of tax policies and related statistical data of national-level technology business incubators from 2015 to 2018, this study investigates the impact of tax incentives on technological innovation of incubating companies and the mediating role of incubator services through simultaneous equations model and fixed effects model.The findings reveal that the preferential taxation policy enjoyed by business incubators has a positive impact on the R&D investment and innovation behavior of incubating enterprises, and this effect works through the intermediary mechanism of the business incubators.

    Patent Assertion Entity (PAE) is a kind of patent commercialized operating entity based on the defects of American patent system, it acquires high license fees or settlement fees through purposeful acquisition of patents, claims of rights and litigation.PAE isn’t illegal in itself, But it may limit competition and stifle innovation, which could be illegal.By analyzing possible illegal behaviors involved in PAE operation, referring to the strategies and measures of the United States in dealing with PAE, it is proposed that China should carry out PAE prevention from three aspects: Pay attention to the root cause of governance, through the improvement of China's patent system, to curb the power and ability of PAE abuse; Perfect patent law and anti-monopoly law to strengthen the ex post regulation of PAE; The government should play an active role in guidance and propaganda, enterprises should comprehensively improve the coping ability to deploy PAEs coping strategies in advance.

    Previous studies have mainly discussed the influence of psychological contract breach on employees' negative behaviors,but few have focused on the influence of psychological contract breach on employees' positive behaviors,especially knowledge sharing.Based on the social exchange theory,this study systematically explores the internal mechanism and situational mechanism of psychological contract breach acting on employees' knowledge sharing.Based on the valid questionnaire data of 219 employees,this study found that:first,psychological contract breach has significantly negative influence on employees' knowledge sharing.Secondly,trust in supervisor plays a completely intermediary role in the relationship between psychological contract breach and employees' knowledge sharing,and with the improvement of employees' Machiavellianism,the intermediary role of trust in supervisor will be weaken.Thirdly,with the improvement of employees' Machiavellianism,the positive influence of trust in supervisor on employees' knowledge sharing will be weakened.

    Career achievement motivation is the core element of cultivating individual innovation ability and promoting innovation behavior.Whether the title of talents promoted by various national talent funding schemes has an internal incentive function has attracted much attention .According to achievement motivation theory and comprehensive incentive theory, studying the relationship between the title of talents and achievement motivation of scientific and technological talents in China's first-class universities by using the method of propensity score matching.The study found that the achievement motivation of science and technology talents in China's first-class universities is generally high, and the title of talents has a significant promotion effect on the achievement orientation, effort orientation, professional enrichment orientation and social responsibility orientation of scientific and technological talents.Therefore, we should continue to improve the national talent funding plan, handle the relationship between the title of talents and academic assessment, and give full play to the incentive effect of the title of talents on scientific and technological talents.
