    Based on the firmlevel and technologylevel perspectives, the article takes the comparative case study on BD vs. HD DVD in the compact disc industry and Android vs. iOS in mobile operating system industry and investigates how technology sponsors’ appropriability strategy affects the emergence of dominant designs. The case analyses show that, on the one hand, the more open strategy by technology sponsors may attract more component providers which contributes to enlarging the size and diversity of standard alliances, thereby increases the likelihood of the emergence of dominant designs; on the other hand, encouraging component providers to participate in the development and commercialization of technology standard may also contribute to the improvements on technology standard, which in turn may attract more component providers. The selfreinforcing effects between size and diversity of standard alliances may eventually lead to the emergence of dominant designs; technology flexibility may not only be influenced by appropriability strategy, but also by the inherent characteristics of technology specifications established by technology sponsors in standard development process. The higher level of technology flexibility means more revisions and improvements, which may compensate for the initial design shortcomings with specific technology standard.

    Combined internationalization with innovation management theory, the paper constructs an impact mechanism model of overseas network embeddedness on technology innovation. Based on the questionnaire survey of 314 export-oriented manufacturing enterprises in China’s Yangtze River Delta region, the results indicate that: overseas network embeddedness has a stronger influence on exploitative technology innovation than leveraging technology innovation. Initial entry speed strengthens the relationship between overseas network embeddedness and technological innovation, but post entry speed has a different moderating function between overseas network embeddedness and technology innovation. The results reveal the internal mechanism between overseas network embeddedness and technology innovation, and how to provide advice for enterprises to embed overseas networks and improve technology innovation.

    As main sources of competitive advantage, technology innovation and business model innovation play important roles in the process of enterprise development. This paper examines the interaction between technology innovation and business model innovation through data collection by means of questionnaire survey. The results show that there is a strong correlation between the above two, but the interactions between them only can be achieved when certain threshold values are exceeded. In addition, their direct and interaction effects are proved significant and positive for promoting enterprise competitive advantage. The conclusions implies that to coordinate the technology innovation and business model innovation would be of great enlightenment for enterprises better seeking "innovation-driven development".

    Technology or business upgrades generate new value and amplify some of the previously uncaptured value. As an intermediary variable between technological innovation and business performance, business model innovation plays a very important role. Uncaptured value generated during technology or business upgrades and resource bricolage are two emerging issues for the growth of startups, and they are related to why and how to innovate in business models. Based on a single case indepth analysis of a startup, it is found that: (1) unrevealed mechanisms and driving factors of business model innovation;(2) business model innovation is not only a cognitive activity and process, but also a practical activity and process;(3) the business model structure conceals values uncaptured, but different values uncaptured require different bricolage behaviors. Finally, based on these findings, entrepreneurial companies are provided with countermeasures to identify value uncaptured, carry out bricolage activities, and innovate business models.

    Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding realizes the docking of private capital and technological innovation projects of Scitech SMEs and micro enterprises, effectively solving the financing problems of Scitech SMEs and micro enterprises. At present, the Internet financial ecosystem is in chaos, and the development of Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding is still imperfect. The construction of financial ecosystem of Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding should focus on the risk control ecosystem. Using the theory of financial ecosystem, based on the Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding operating mode, it sorts out the logic and structure of the financial risk control ecosystem of Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding. This paper summarizes the current risks of Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding from three perspectives: the risk behaviors of ecological subjects, the internal and external risks of ecological environment and the risk categories of ecological relations, so as to study and construct a perfect financial risk control ecosystem of Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding. Suggestions for improving the financial risk control ecosystem are put forward from three aspects of giving full play to the role of ecological subject, promoting the improvement of ecological environment and maintaining the balance of ecological relations, in order to improve the risk control and financial supervision of Internet ecotechnology crowdfunding, promoting its standard operation, and guide social capital to promote technological innovation and the development of Scitech SMEs and micro enterprises.

    The collaborative development pattern of city group has a tremendous impact on the innovation and the transformation of the urban centers and other member cities. Taking the Wuhan city circle as an example, calculating the efficiency of the two stages of the innovation and transformation of nine cities in the Wuhan city circle during 20072016 based on the twophase DEA model. The study finds that the spatialtemporal differentiation of twostage efficiency in Wuhan Metropolitan Area is clear, and the efficiency gap between member cities and central cities shows a narrowing and then expansion trend, which restricts the improvement of the overall efficiency of all. Accordingly, it is proposed that in the process of the development of city groups in the future, attention should be paid to strengthening the effectiveness of coordination policies, optimizing the distribution of scientific and technological resources among central cities and member cities, and rationally planning the spatial layout of the development of the central cities, and promoting regional development. The overall improvement of scientific and innovation and transformation efficiency.

    The paper uses the Bicomb software to extract the high frequency keywords related to the financing of intellectual property rights in Nanjing City, and uses the social network analysis method to draw the network of pledge financing of intellectual property rights in Nanjing. On this basis, the subnetwork evolutionary characteristics of government, banks and other subjects are studied. The research results show that the government policies have shown the trend from “subsidized financing cost” to “creating financing environment”. Furthermore, the professionalism of the banks is gradually increasing, but the risk tolerance has not been improved significantly. Finally, the cooperation between investment and financial institutions is further deepening, and venture loan will become the new direction of intellectual property pledge financing in Nanjing.

    This paper uses the threestage DEA to measure efficiency of innovative industrial clusters, and the threeforce model based on catastrophe progression method is used to evaluate the ability of innovative industrial clusters. The results show that traditional DEA model highlights the cluster of innovative industries, while threestage DEA focuses more on the innovation of innovative industrial clusters. Efficiency of clusters is spatially differentiation, and the values of efficiency of southern coastal areas are higher. Ability of independent innovation of innovative industrial clusters is developing in parallel with international competitiveness, however, due to the heterogeneity of innovative industrial clusters, contribution of benefits and the other two forces of simultaneous development are unbalanced abnormal. Effectiveness of innovative industrial clusters is declining from the coastal to the inland, effectiveness models are in four types: strong force with strong effect,strong force with week effect,weak force with strong effect,weak force with weak effect.

    Research on the relationship between innovation investment and output of high tech industry is an important basis for improving the efficiency of industrial innovation. On the basis of literature review, this research constructs the index system of innovation investment and output of China's pharmaceutical industry, and introduces the coupling model to empirically analyze the innovation investment and output data of pharmaceutical industry from 2005 to 2017. The results reveal the comprehensive level, correlation and coordination of coupling relationship between innovation investment and output of China's pharmaceutical industry. This research has both theoretical and empirical values for the innovation and development of high technology industry.

    Under the "two-way squeeze" of high-end manufacturing reversion in developed countries and low-end manufacturing transfer in low- and middle-income countries, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries has become a major theoretical and practical issue that China urgently needs to resolve. Based on the calculation of industrial integration degree, this paper uses multivariate linear regression model to explore the direct driving effect of technological innovation on the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry, and uses the intermediary effect model to explore the basic path of technological innovation to drive the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. The research results show that technological innovation has a significant direct driving effect on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing; Industrial integration is the basic path for technological innovation to drive manufacturing transformation and upgrading. China's manufacturing and information industries have a low degree of integration and there is a downward trend in fluctuation, which restricts the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, policies that promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries must not only inspire technological innovation, but also promote industrial integration, and must also strengthen the interaction between technological innovation and industrial integration.

    Based on the data of China's small and mediumsized listed companies from 2012 to 2016, paper empirically studies the influence paths of different types of corporate social responsibility information disclosure on innovation sustainability. The study shows that the quality of information disclosure to shareholders and employees can significantly ease the financing constraints, Which positively affects the sustainability of enterprise innovation. The quality of information disclosure to suppliers, customers, consumers, society and environment partially alleviate the financing constraints,but it is still positive to the sustainability of corporate innovation. Moreover, the research shows that stateowned companies are more sensitive to the quality of corporate social responsibility information disclosure. The above conclusion shows that small and mediumsized board enterprises should pay attention to fulfill and disclose the social responsibility to different stakeholders, which has a positive effect on easing financial constraints and maintaining the continuity of innovation.

    Based on internationalization theory and dynamic capability theory, the internationallyoperated enterprises in Anhui listed companies were selected as research objects, by collecting the secondhand data, using multiple regression discusses the complex relationship between enterprise the degree of internationalization, dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage(financial advantage, market advantage, technology advantage).The research results show that the degree of internationalization, dynamic ability and competitive advantage of enterprises are significantly correlated; and the dynamic ability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the degree of internationalization of the enterprise and the financial advantage and market advantage, and has no intermediary role in the relationship between the degree of internationalization and the technical advantage.

    This paper introduces GVC factor into the enterprise value creation system, reveals both the influence mechanism of intangible assets of enterprise on value creation and the regulation mechanism of GVC on intangible assets factors.Then, this paper puts forward the research hypotheses and constructs the mechanism framework model.On these bases, this paper selects evaluation method and constructs measure model of the influence on the enterprise value creation of intangible assets from the perspective of efficiency.Based on Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper conducts an empirical research for revealing both the influence on the enterprise value creation of intangible assets and the regulation mechanism of GVC on intangible assets factors.At last, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the efficiency of enterprise value creation of China under GVC.This paper found that: brand equity, intellectual property, technology innovation, product function and quality of human resources has a positive effect on the enterprise value creation, and the number of human resources and tangible assets has a negative effect; GVC factor has a positive impact on the enterprise value creation, but its impact strength is small; the GVC has a positive regulating effect on the impact of intangible capital on the efficiency of enterprise value creation.The following strategies can effectively enhance the efficiency of enterprise value creation, such as "embedded GVC system", "pay attention to the construction of enterprise brand", "strengthen the enterprise technology innovation and intellectual property accumulation" and "promoting enterprise human resources quality".

    The era of cocreation & sharing with extensive application of Internet technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to enterprise management. This paper takes Shenglong's "group boss system" which is concerned by the society as the research object, explores the cocreation & sharing mode and its constituent elements through grounded theory, and uses the theory of organizational cooperationcompetition and the theory of goal integration to analyze the intrinsic logical relationship between the elements.     Based on the panel data of 29 provinces and cities in the China Hightech Industry Statistical Yearbook from 2000 to 2017, Firstly, the DEAMalmquist index model is used to measure the innovation efficiency of China's hightech industry. Secondly, on this basis, the method of regression discontinuity is used to analyze the impact of tax incentives on the innovation efficiency of China's hightech industry. The conclusions of the study indicate that: (1) The innovation efficiency of patent as output index is higher than the innovation efficiency of new product sales income as output index, and the innovation efficiency level with the new product sales income as the output index is at a low level, this shows that the contradiction between China's high scientific research input and low actual output still exists. (2) The preferential tax policy has a significant positive impact on the innovation efficiency of China's hightech industries, and it is found that the preferential tax policy has different policy effects on the stage of technology research and development and the stage of technology transformation. (3) A reasonable combination of preferential tax policies and enterprise scale and government subsidy can increase its policy effect.

    This paper firstly based on the production function theory to abstract the profitability and R&D degree are two key factors of R&D tax incentive effect. Secondly, based on the 2012-2015 national hightech enterprise survey data, the panel regression method was used to test the 15% tax rate policy respectively. With the validity of the R&D deduction policy and its influencing factors, the empirical results show that: First, the 15% tax incentive and the deduction policy can stimulate the innovation of the enterprise, and the effect of deducting the incentive is significantly better than the 15% tax rate. Second, the 15% tax rate policy incentive effect is greatly affected by the company's profitability, while the additional deduction policy is greatly affected by the company's R&D investment; third, the 15% tax rate incentive policy for hightech manufacturing, service The incentive effect of industry and cultural industry is not significant, and the deduction has significant incentives for hightech manufacturing and cultural industry research and developmentintensive industries. Fourth, 15% tax incentives have better incentives for higher maturity enterprises. The R&D expenses deduction has a strong incentive effect on enterprises with lower maturity.

    Research & development investments & fiscal subsidies are internal factors & external conditions that affect the growth of military enterprises. In this paper, the annual panel data of the listed military industrial enterprises from 2010 to 2017 were selected,& the systematic generalized method of moment estimation was used to analyze the internal relationship between R&D investment & enterprise growth, as well as R&D investment & enterprise growth under the effect of financial subsidies regulation. Our results reflect that the R&D investment intensity is positively correlated with the growth of military industrial enterprises. The incentive effect of R&D investment on growth is "disappeared" after financial subsidy adjustment. The research conclusion of this paper provides new evidence that the R&D activities of listed military enterprises in China affect the growth of enterprises & a new perspective for studying the economic consequences of R&D investment of military enterprises & how to adapt to the process of military & civilian integration.

    The thriving at work of defense science&technology R&D personnel is the driving source to promote thesustainable development of China's defense science &technologyindustry.Its formation mechanism receivesmore and more attentionfrom researchers and managers in recent years and needs to be empirically explored more indepth.Based on trait activation theory and selfdetermination theory,weconstructa mediated moderation modelabout the relationship between calling orientation and thriving at work.Empirical data is collected from 607 defense science&technology R&D personnelin 5military and industryresearch institutesand enterprises.The results showthatcalling orientation of defense science&technology R&D personnelhas a significant positive impact on thriving at work; Developmental performance appraisal positivelymoderates the relationship between the two factors above.Autonomous motivation mediates the relationship betweencalling orientationandthriving at work.The positive moderate effect of developmental performance appraisal on the relationship between calling orientation and thriving is achieved through the mediatingeffect of autonomous motivation.These findings can help military and industryorganization increase staff's thriving atwork and improve the performance of management.

    Any activities can be regarded as knowledge activities based on knowledge perspective. The knowledge activities in corporate universities not only include knowledge transfer activity, but also include knowledge create activity and application incubate activity. The knowledge activity and the dominant degree are diversely by various corporate universities. This paper draws on the process of grounded analysis to sort out the milestones of corporate universities by multi-case study, analyzes the typical modes of the knowledge activities in the corporate university and summarizes the corresponding capability support systems. The findings of this study are as follows: First, Models of corporate universities are not absolutely but presents diversity. With the upgrading of the knowledge activities, the models of corporate universities are gradually evolved into different. Second, the knowledge transfer is not the only way for the knowledge activity. Corporate universities should pay more attention to the characteristics of knowledge activities holographic. Third, the corporate universities need to build up the vision of the key capability support systems to implement the functions better, especially in accordance with the characteristics and rules of the knowledge activities which construct the key capability support systems about different models of corporate universities.

    As the core theory of enterprise management, dynamic capability has been widely discussed since it was put forward, but there is lack of an overview of visualization study in China. Moreover, in the Internet era, the management environment of enterprises has changed dramatically, and it is urgent to update the understanding of dynamic capabilities. This article uses the bibliometrical method, based on the software of CiteSpace, comprehensively analyzes data from Web of Science and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure. Analysis found out that the heat of dynamic capability is gradually rising. The United States, China and European scholars are the main strength in this area. Dynamic capability is rooted in subject of economics and management but received various attention. Teece, Jiao Hao and Wei Jiang et al. are the core scholars. There are still problems like the distribution of the cooperation network is not tight enough. Based on the analysis results, three future study suggestions are proposed: to strengthen the quality of Chinese scholars' international dialogue. To enhance the cooperation network of scholars, institutions and countries. To expand the explanatory power to the new organization phenomenon.
