    MLP is an analysis tool for the marketization of new technologies, which combines the evolutionary economics and technical research. This paper analyzes the process of green technology innovation based on MLP, identifies the innovation stages by using social network analysis, fuzzy Delphi method and fuzzy uniform preference relationship. It finally takes the 3D printing technology as an example to verify the scientificity of the research on the green technology innovation process based on MLP. The results find that the process of green technology innovation includes three stages: technological niche, technical regime and socio-technical landscape. And the technology regime is divided into three periods of introduction, construction and maturity.

    This paper systematically reviews the evolution, characteristics, motivations, entry patterns, organizational structure, and effectiveness of the internationalization of Chinese research institutions in the past 40 years of reform and openingup.The research results show that internationalization of research institutions has undergone four phases: sprout period, starting period, adjustment period, accelerating period.And it shows a rapid growth of investment scale, diversification of investment entities, rich and varied forms, and transition to major countries along the “One Belt and One Road”.Expanding the international market, tracking and acquiring technological frontiers, nurturing domestic R&D talents, and evading the risks of political, economic, cultural, and scientific differences between home and host countries are the main motivations for Chinese research institutions to “go global”.Multinational corporations have entered the host country with modes such as M&A, greenfield investment, and joint R&D alliances in their own strengths, and have presented a variety of organizational structures such as integrated R&D networks.Finally, In view of the difficulties faced by Chinese research institutions, this paper puts forward a research prospect from the aspects of model transformation, organizational strategy reform, cooperation among emerging economies and policy integration.

    Market demand is the internal source of technological innovation. However, the existing research does not include product market and technology market in the analysis of the improvement of innovation capability. As a result, the existing research cannot comprehensively reflect the influence of market demand on innovation activities. Based on the theoretical model that derives the correlation between market demand and innovation, the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2016 are used to test the impacts of the market demand factors on the R&D investment and innovation efficiency in terms of the quantity and quality of innovation activities. The results are as follows: firstly, the domestic market demand not only significantly stimulates the R&D investment intensity, but also improves innovation efficiency, so the cultivation of domestic market demand improves both the quantity and quality of the innovation activities; secondly, the impact of export trade on R&D investment is not obvious, but it is significantly conducive to the improvement of innovation efficiency; thirdly, the import trade and technology trading market attenuate both the quantity and quality of innovation activities, so they are the main factors hindering the effectiveness of market innovation and attention should be attached to neutralizing the two negative factors; fourthly, at present, China's innovation activities are still driven by capital and the investment of human capital in R&D is high, but its contribution is relatively limited. The above research provides an important basis for China to adopt differentiated demand stimulus policies to enhance regional innovation capabilities in the new era.

    The upgrading of intellectual property services has an important impact on the overall efficiency of incubator services. However, there is still a lack of research on the influencing factors of intellectual property services upgrading. This article from two dimensions(start-up company and incubators)to analyze the influencing factors of incubator intellectual property service upgrading. The results show that: human resources quality, property rights awareness, entrepreneurship and innovation potential;plan design, information mining, network support, service platform, policy support, etc. have a significant impact on the upgrade of incubator intellectual property service.

    Under the trend of economic globalization and the strategy of innovationdriven development, aiming at meeting the challenges of the sustainable transformation and growth of regional low carbon innovation network efficiency as well as the characteristics of the nondirect correlation between environmental regulation and low carbon innovation network efficiency, this paper calculates the regional low carbon innovation network efficiency through modified JSBM model and describes the dynamic evolution and regional heterogeneity based on the Kernel density function mode.In view of environmental regulation and constructs a nonlinear threshold model for FDI knowledge spillover and regional low carbon innovation network efficiency.Moreover, it discusses the threshold effect and timing changes of environmental regulation and explores the mechanism between FDI knowledge spillover and low carbon innovation network efficiency.The results show that: the overall development of China′s low carbon innovation network efficiency is more convergent and the gap of the regional is expanding during the sample period.The human capital and absorptive capacity are significantly positive correlated with low carbon innovation network efficiency.Policy support and market competition are to some extent the negative effect on low carbon innovation network efficiency.The increase of environmental regulation intensity promotes FDI knowledge spillover to improve the efficiency of low carbon innovation network.The spatial and temporal heterogeneity of the threshold effect is obvious and there is a big difference in the same regional in different years.

    In this paper, it takes innovation output of 29 provinces during 1985-2015 as the research object. Specifically, it uses the amount of patent applications received as the basic data analysis to research the spatial characteristics and correlation and of regional innovation output of 29 provinces based on Moran′s I index, VAR model and block model. The results show that regional innovation output in China have shown strong spatial agglomeration, and its spatial pattern presents nonequilibrium and spatial heterogeneity. The regional innovation output in China can〖JP〗 be divided four plates. The first is "agent plate", the second is "bidirectional spillover plate", the third is "net beneficial plate", the fourth is "main beneficial plate". While the four plates are reflexive, the correlation between the plates is also very significant. These conclusions will help to discover the change trajectory of regional innovation, and correctly understand their regional innovation capability and the influence of geographical characteristics of difference, and the different position and function of each region in the associated network, in order to better explore the transfer mechanism and development strategy of regional innovation.

    Regional innovation integration of urban agglomeration is of farreaching significance to promote the optimization and integration of regional internal resources and drive the innovative development of surrounding cities. This paper uses stochastic frontier knowledge production model to study the innovation potential of ChengduChongqing city cluster and Pearl River Delta city cluster, and uses onestep innovation nonefficiency model to analyze the main factors influencing innovation potential. The results show that the innovation of the ChengduChongqing urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is improving efficiency with the innovation resistance reducing, and the gap is narrowing, compared to the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, ChengduChongqing urban agglomeration has greater innovation potential, at the same time. There are significant differences in innovation efficiency among cities within urban agglomerations. In order to further improve the innovation efficiency of urban agglomerations, we should further transform the mode of economic development and opening wider to the outside, strengthen government support for innovation, optimize the environment of innovation, and improve the level of industrial agglomeration.

    Based on the data of Chinese Ashare listed companies of strategic emerging industries from 2007 to 2016, this paper analyzes the relationship between tax preference and the enterprise technology innovation from two dimensions involving enterprise R&D and patent output. We discover that the tax preference yields a positive effect on enterprise independent innovation and effectively promotes the R&D investment and patent output. Further study based on the industry to which the enterprise belongs finds that there are significant differences in the effect of tax preference on enterprise innovation in eight strategic emerging industries: it has an incentive effect on the R&D investment and patent output in the new generation of information technology, highend equipment manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, but it has a restraining effect on the innovation investment of the new energy industry and the patent output of the bioindustry and the new energy automobile industry. The conclusion of this paper explains the existing research about the "incentive effect" and "inhibition effect" of the preferential tax policy to some extent and has significance concerning policies in improving the innovation tax incentive system.

    In complex dynamic environment,knowledge collaboration behavior(KCB) is powerful support for activities of industrial clusters innovation(ICI).It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct knowledge collaboration behavior model of industrial cluster innovation in complex dynamic environment(CDEIKCBM).Based on the analysis of the coupling law of industrial cluster innovation and knowledge collaboration behavior (including "factor coupling","target coupling" and "process coupling"),this paper constructs a knowledge collaboration behavior model of industrial cluster innovation in the complex dynamic environment (CDEIKCBM).Compared with previous studies,the model not only reflects the dynamic evolution law of the changing time,but also reflects the intrinsic relation nature of industrial cluster innovation and knowledge collaboration behavior.Thispaper also reveals the "circular feedback relationship" between KCB and ICI.This study can provide useful help and inspiration for the related research of industrial cluster innovation.

    This paper discusses the impact of industrial convergence on the innovation efficiency of China's equipment manufacturing industry from both theoretical and empirical aspects,as well as the regulating effect of network centrality and network heterogeneity on the relationship between them.Based on the panel data of 7 subindustries of interprovincial equipment manufacturing from 2006 to 2015,ISCNFI index measurement model and beyond logarithmic frontier analysis method based on output distance function were used to measure the change of industrial integration degree and innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry respectively,and then the panel regression model was used to test the theoretical hypothesis.The empirical results show that there is an inverted ushaped relationship between the degree of industrial integration and the innovation efficiency of China's equipment manufacturing industry.Network centrality strengthens the role of industrial convergence in improving the innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry,while network heterogeneity weakens the role of industrial convergence in improving the innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.

    Using the data of directors of Ashare listed companies collected from CSMAR and the data of VC fundrasing and investment collected from PEdata during 2009 to 2016,this paper investigates the influence of venture capital firm(VC) holding directorships in listed companies on VCs’ fundrasing and investment.Results show that:①holding directorships in listed companies can increase the amount and times of VC’s financing;②holding directorships in listed companies can increase proportion of VC investing in earlystage and hightech enterprises;③market status negatively moderate the relationship between directorship and fundrasing and investment.

    Previous research mainly discusses the path of organizational innovation from the perspective of organizational growth,few documents study the influence and mechanism of organizational decline on organizational innovation.Based on prospect theory,behavior theory and open market theory,the paper analyzes the impact of organizational decline on the organizational innovation,and also discusses the moderate mechanism of the relationship between organization decline and organizational innovation from the internal factors (concentrated power structure,slack resource) and external conditions (environmental munificence).The results show that organization decline is positively associated with organizational innovation.Internal factors (concentrated power structure, slack resource) moderate positively the relationship between organizational decline and organizational innovation.External conditions (environmental munificence) moderate positively the relationship between organizational decline and organizational innovation.This study further enriches the path theory of organizational innovation,it has a certain decisionmaking value for enterprises to explore the value of organizational decline to promote innovation practice.

    This paper analyzes the relationship of firm value with financing constraints and R&D investment from panel data in 2005-2016, which are international business enterprises listed in China. The empirical results show that the financing constraints have no significant effect on the R&D investment intensity of the internationalized enterprises, and have significant negative correlation with firm value in the whole sample and in the high financing constraint group. The R&D investment plays a mediating role, which can significantly improve the internationalized firm value and have lags to the firm value. There is a positive correlation between the degree of internationalization and the R&D investment, and the Ushaped relationship with the enterprise value in the whole sample group. Among the control variables, real effective exchange rate and the ROE are positively correlated with the value of the international business enterprises, and the firm size is negatively correlated. The conclusion has the reference value for Chinese enterprises to participate in international market competition effectively and to realize sustainable development.

    In this paper the authors selected China private listed company as the research sample, using the 2476 group data formed from the passed four consecutive years, make empirical analysis on enterprise R&D decision making motivation and effect based on the perspective of managerial mower and then draw the following conclusions: firstly, managerial mower has a positive effect on R&D investment; secondly, managerial mower has a positive effect on the company growth; thirdly, investment in R&D has positive effect on the growth of the company; fourthly, R&D investment plays a partial intermediary role between managerial power and the company growth. At the same time, this paper also discusses the moderating effect of the enterprise operation ability between R&D investment and growth, the results show that: the stronger the enterprise operation ability is, the effect of R&D investment on company growth will be much stronger. 

    Performance evaluation of Newhigh Tech enterprise certification policy is an important policy to support and encourage the development of high and new technology enterprises, but the effect of which is still unclear. On the basis of data in database China's industrial enterprises in 2007,2010 and 2011, the paper uses DifferenceinDifference model to test our hypothesis. Through the empirical study, it gets the conclusion: first, the identification policy of hitech enterprises helped to enhance market value and market share of enterprises; second, the impact of the policy on the growth of corporate R&D input was not significant; third, the policy had more important influence on large enterprises related to the small and mediumsized enterprises. Based on the empirical results, it puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions to provide inspiration for policy improvement.

    As the impact of Patent Assertion Entity on patent system is expanding, American scholars and government agencies have begun to conduct a series of investigations and studies on it in recent years. According to the latest research data, there are some deviations and deficiencies between the understanding of Patent Assertion Entities and the actual situation in some domestic studies. Based on the Federal Trade Commission survey and the latest empirical data, this paper analyses the types, operation modes, litigation strategies of Patent Assertion Entities and their impact on technological innovation. This paper studies the measures taken by the United States to reform the litigation system, and puts forward some suggestions for China.

    The "doubleedged sword" effect of employees' career adaptability lead to the "management dilemma" in general organization. Whether this dilemma existing in special organization especially in the context of military industry under Chinese culture or not, further empirical exploration and verification research is needed. Based on the perspective of multidimensional theories, we construct a process model that mechanism of career adaptability on innovative behavior and turnover intention for military industry R&D personnel. 727 R&D personnel from 6 military industry enterprises and research institutes are surveyed with questionnaire. The results show that:①career adaptability negatively predicts turnover intention, and innovative behavior partially mediates the relationship above; ②proactive personality and altruistic behavior positively moderate the relationship between career adaptability and innovative behavior separately; ③altruistic behavior completely mediates the positive moderating effect between career adaptability and innovative behavior. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are also discussed.〖JP〗

    On the basis of the interview of knowledge employees' innovation behavior, this paper analyzed the connotation of knowledge employees' perception of innovation ability, and developed a multidimensional measurement scale of knowledge employees' perception of innovation ability in Chinese context. The questionnaire was used to test the reliability and validity of the scale by the two phase survey. The results showed that the scale included 5 dimensions, including professional planning ability, continuous learning ability, active change ability, selfefficacy, and risk tolerance ability. The results not only help to clarify the dimensions of the perception of innovation ability of employees and predict the innovative behavior of employees, but also help individuals and organizations to guide and shape the creative ability of knowledge employees.

    Given to the fact that the research on boundaryspanning behavior is relatively lagging and presents a fragmented feature, this research first clarified the connotation of boundaryspanning behavior, then used the knowledge map method to conduct quantitative analysis of relevant literature on boundaryspanning behavior and the following conclusions were drawn:①the research hotspots are to explore the antecedents and outcome variables of boundaryspanning behavior as well as application of information technology in boundaryspanning behavior. China mainly studies the relationship between boundaryspanning search, organizational performance and innovation;②the research frontiers of international boundaryspanning behavior are to explore the relationship between boundaryspanning behavior and social capital, and application of institutional logic in boundaryspanning behavior. Besides, research on boundary spanner are discussed . On this basis, the antecedent variables, outcome variables and contingency factors of crossborder behavior were sorted out, the integrated framework of international boundaryspanning behavior research was constructed, and suggestions for promoting the development of boundaryspanning behavior research were put forward. 
