    This research presents a case study that examining the product innovation model of the platform organization form interorganization interactive perspective. Our study first identify different product innovation links in platform organization, then, induce the interaction features from all these links to describe product innovation model of platform organization. Our research findings show that, the platform organization improve product innovation efficiency through networking model, which have three interaction features such as: independent initiating, arbitrary bridging and coprofit coordinating. Specifically, the platform organization can adapt to rapid environmental changes though initiates all product innovation links independently by internal subunit; arbitrary bridging expands the interaction scope and reduce the vacuum zone between all innovation links; coprofit coordinating coordinate the common interest among different innovation links to improve the product quality control. Our conclusion extend product innovation theory of platform organization, also enrich product innovation model based on platform architecture.

    The booming new economy in China provides many opportunities for Chinese enterprises, and also provides lots of challenges for their innovation management. The paper analyzes the impacts of new economy environment on organizational innovation and summarizes the innovation characters of new economic organization based on the consideration of the characters of new economy. Through that it emphasizes the importance of the integration of technology innovation and business model innovation, and then explores their relationships from the perspectives of contradiction and unity. A new dual innovation system is therefore proposed by us, and its connotation, extension and dimensions are discussed. Finally, it builds a framework for this system, and analyzes its approaches and realization models based on case study.

    To achieve highquality development is the fundamental requirement of China's economic development in the new era. Highquality development cannot be separated from the promotion of technology innovation. Based on the gray relational analysis, the evaluation model of the coupling coordination degree is established between the technology innovation system and the highquality economic development system to assess the coupling coordination degree of 30 provinciallevel regions in China. The research results show that China's regional technology innovation and highquality economic development have initially achieved well coordinated development, but there is still a long distance from superiorly coordinated development. At the same time, there are some differences among different regions, and the differences between central and western provinces tend to increase further. Deeply analyzing the essence of coordinated development, strengthening the capability of technology innovation and implement the concept of comprehensive development are the necessary ways to promote regional highquality development with technology innovation.

    The industry cluster provides the platform for technical standards diffusion, and firms with higher network power have stronger capacity on technical standards diffusion. However, the influencing path of network power on the technical standards diffusion is not clear. Based on industrial cluster environment, the influence of network power on technical standards diffusion is analyzed. Furthermore, the chain mediating role of knowledge transfer and technological innovation is explored. Using the test method of chain mediating role, the empirical research is carried out based on 283 enterprises in the manufacturing industry cluster. The research conclusions are as follows. On the one hand, network power has a significant direct impact on technical standards diffusion. On the other hand, knowledge transfer and technological innovation not only play a mediating role respectively in the positive influence of network power on technical standards diffusion, but also play a chain mediating role. According to the research findings, practice suggestions to promote technical standards diffusion in industrial cluster environment are proposed. 

    Under the 2008 SNA framework,the regional R&D capital stock was calculated,and the regional innovation efficiency was measured by Network DEA method.Based on this,the spatial panel model was used to investigate the influence of opening to foreign trade and opening to domestic trade on the innovation efficiency of regions in China from 2000 to 2015.The results show:the innovation efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that of the central and western regions;The improvement of openness to foreign trade and to domestic trade can significantly improve the comprehensive efficiency of regional innovation,what is different is that the openness to foreign trade can bring about the improvement of the efficiency of regional knowledge innovation,while the openness to domestic trade mainly improves the commercialization efficiency of scientific and technological achievements;from the perspective of regional influence,the openness to foreign trade has a significant effect on the improvement of comprehensive efficiency of innovation in the eastern region,while the openness to domestic trade has mainly improved the comprehensive efficiency of innovation in the central and western regions.Based on this,some policy suggestions are put forward.

    As an important supplement to government investment, private investment provides more and more financial support for enterprise green technological innovation,and plays an important role in stimulating the innovation vitality of enterprises. In order to further guide and encourage private investment, using environmental regulation as a medium variable, using Stata15.0 software and Matlab2016 software, based on the data of private investment, environmental regulation and green technology innovation of the 11 provinces and cities in the Changjiang Economic Belt from 1999 to 2016 to establish a spatial Dubin model under Knearest neighbor spatial weight matrix. The results show that the green technology innovation of enterprises in various regions of the Changjiang Economic Belt has a significant spatial agglomeration effect. Single private investment has a certain role in promoting technological innovation, but since private investment is currently concentrated in the low end of the industry, it is not integrated with environmental regulation. To this end, we should create a good investment environment, promote the effective supply of private investment, establish an environmental reversal mechanism, guide the healthy development of private investment, play a regional synergy, promote green technology innovation,and achieve highquality economic development.

    Regional innovation is an important driving force for economic growth, and patent technology transfer is one of the main ways of regional innovation.The paper divides the patent technology transfer into three dimensions: interregional patent inflow, interregional patent outflow, and intraregional patent flow.The paper discusses the impact of the geographical distance, economic distance and industrial structure distance on the abovementioned threedimensional regional patent technology transfer, and the regulatory effect of the regional innovation environment in the above effects.The regional panel data of China from 2001 to 2015 is constructed.Based on the Tobit model, the above effects are empirically tested.The conclusions are as follows: ①the patent technology transfer outside the region is obviously weaker than the patent technology transfer within the region, and the spatial imbalance is obvious; ②in the multidimensional distance, the industrial structure distance has a significant impact on the regional patent technology transfer and the impact is regulated by the regional innovation environment.The decrease in industrial structure distance has led to the inflow and outflow of patent technology outside the region decrease, and the increase of patent technology flow within the region, but with the improvement of the regional innovation environment, the effects above have been weakened.Finally, the article proposes corresponding policy recommendations based on the regional level.

    Based on the technology gap theory, the concept of industrial technology security was put forward according to a new perspective. A new technical gap rate was structured for measuring industrial technology gap creatively, and an evaluation model (SQE model) was built too. An "EntropyGRA TOPSIS" model was used to evaluate industrial technology security. Then, worldwide, statistical patent data of 5G industry from 2000-2016 is used to do empirical study. The results show that the technology security of China's 5G industry has been on the rise, and there has been no significant growth from 2000 to 2008, and has witnessed rapid development from 2008 to 2014. In terms of scale, the value is increasing step by step, and the security is continuously improving. In terms of quality, the overall value is increasing slowly, it slow down among the first stage, and it grows at a high speed among the second stage. In terms of efficiency, the overall value improves slowly, showing a stage fluctuation process.

    How to realize sustainable development of traditional manufacturing enterprises in developing countries is a pressing task in theory and practice. With the development of new technologies, such as Internet, large data and artificial intelligence, the process of creating new values has changed gradually in a "intelligent and networked" world. Industrial chain division will be reorganized, industry innovation and crossborder integration are encouraged. The traditional line of industry will disappear and new activities and cooperation will be produced. Form, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading play an increasingly important role. To this end, the concept of industrial design, the Internet and the traditional manufacturing industry "three industries" integration innovation concept is proposed. From the perspective of the evolution of the innovation theory, the internal mechanism and the development path of the "three industries" integration innovation are expounded, and the collaborative and emerging manufacturing innovation platform is constructed by the interactive evolution of the three, and the design and interconnection are finally promoted.     Besides market innovation and technology innovation, designdriven innovation has become the third approach for companies to achieving success in market competition. Companies with strong design innovation capability tend to occupy unique position sin the market with special competitive advantages. Based on team learning theory, this study builds a "behaviorcapabilityperformance" dualmoderator model to explore the mechanism and contextual conditions of how team boundary spanning behavior affects new product development performance. The empirical findings show that:①team boundary spanning behavior has a positive influence on new product development performance;② design innovation capability plays a mediating role between boundary spanning behavior and new product development performance; ③ team knowledge sharing moderates the relationship between boundary spanning behavior and design innovation capability, that is, the more knowledge sharing among a team, the greater the positive influence of boundary spanning behavior on design innovation capability; ④ team monitoring plays a moderating role between design innovation capability and new product development performance, that is, the stronger team monitoring, the greater the positive influence of design innovation capability on new product development performance.

    There exists dispute on the interactive relationship between enterprise financing activities and research & innovation.Most of the researches focus on the impact of enterprise financing activities on research and innovation,but there is no unified opinion on how research and innovation affects financing activities.This paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between enterprise financing activities and research & innovation,and puts forward that the difference in ownership of enterprises is an important situational factor that leads to the heterogeneity of the interaction relationship between the two parties.Based on the mechanism,the PVAR model is constructed to analyze the sample of the listed companies in strategic emerging industries from 2011 to 2016.The findings are as follows:①all four kinds of financing activities have a positive impact on research and innovation,among which the internal financing has the strongest effect on research and innovation,the government subsidy is the second,and the last is debt financing and equity financing;②research and innovation can effectively improve the external financing capability of enterprises,but has little effect on internal financing and government subsidies;③the incentive effect of internal financing and government subsidy on research and innovation of nonstateowned enterprises is higher than that of stateowned enterprises,but the influence of research and innovation on equity financing and debt financing is higher than that of non stateowned enterprises.

    The relationship between openness and enterprise's innovation performance has become one of the hot issue in the field of open innovation.Through the literature review of related fields, the theoretical hypothesis model between innovation openness and enterprise's innovation performance is established in this paper.This paper discussed the factors affecting the relationship between open innovation and enterprise's innovation performance through the Meta analysis method, pointing out that the strength of the relationship between these two variables are under the influence of the cultural dimension, type of industry, scale of enterprises as well as the method of measurement.Conclusions are as follows: innovation openness has significant positive effect on innovation performance of enterprise; Compared with the enterprises under the background of western culture, the innovation penness of enterprises under the background of oriental culture has a greater impact on the innovation performance; the relationship is stronger in the high and new technology industries and largescale enterprises in comparison with other type of industries and enterprises; Besides, measurement of dimensions of innovation openness and innovation performance also affect the relationship between them.These conclusions have a certain guiding significance for the enterprise to implement the innovation and opening strategy under specific conditions.

    Innovation depends not only on management's decisionmaking, but also with the support of employees inseparably ,then how does the vertical pay gap(pay gap between management and employees) affect corporate innovation? Based on the theory of the tournament and the theory of social comparison, the article use the Tobit covering with the sample of the Ashare nonfinancial listed companies in China from 2007 to 2015 to examine the above relationship.The research shows that the vertical pay gap can play the role of championship incentives for corporate innovation, and the promotion effect on the innovations number is significantly in the lower pay gap group ;at the same time, corporate finance constraints will adjust the relationship between vertical pay gap and corporate innovation reversely; executive compensation premium can significantly increase the quantity and quality of enterprise innovation, and employee compensation premium will significantly reduce the company's innovations number ,but improve the quality of innovation, and the incentives for nonstateowned companies is more significant. The research suggests both promoting company's remuneration design and strengthening corporate innovation for financial support and the talent building. 

    This paper constructs the relationship model among entrepreneurs' external relationship construction, dual opportunity capability and startup innovation. Empirical results based on the sample of college student entrepreneurs show that entrepreneurs' construction on external relations has an inverted Ushaped relationship with the innovation performance of startups; the construction of external relations also has an inverted Ushaped impact on the exploitative opportunity ability of entrepreneurs, but has a positive impact on the exploratory opportunity ability of entrepreneurs. Moreover, the exploitative opportunity ability of entrepreneurs has an inverted Ushaped effect on innovation performance of startups, while exploratory opportunity ability has a significant positive effect on innovation performance of startups. This research affirms the important role of external relations and entrepreneurs' opportunity ability in promoting the innovation performance of startups, and provides practical reference for college students' entrepreneurship and innovation.

    The coordination of intergovernmental relationships is conducive to the effective convergence and integration of innovative resources and elements, thereby improving the effectiveness of policies. Taking the BeijingTianjinHebei as an example, the article constructed a multilevel, centrallocal relationship model, then analyzed the correlation between the characteristics of the central government policy partner network and the characteristics of policy diffusion, the characteristics of the local policy partner network and the characteristics of policy implementation. The study found: Central government departments have formed the coreedge network structure with the Ministry of Science and Technology at its core; Beijing government departments presented coreedge network structure with Zhongguancun Science and Technology Management Committee at its core; Tianjin government departments presented starbased network structure with Tianjin Science and Technology Committee at its core; Hebei did not form a stable network relationship. The degree of centrality in the cooperation network of the central policy subjects is related to the proliferation of policies; the mediating centrality and degree centrality of the cooperation network of local policy subjects are related to the intensity of policy implementation.

    The innovation of local government governance system has brought new opportunities and challenges to the regional "intelligent" industry.Based on the theory of evolutionary economics, taking the intelligent industrial cluster of Zhuhai, Shenzhen Port industrial zone as the research object, using the data of industrial economic index before and after the innovation of government governance in the 2015-2017 of 173 above-scale intelligent manufacturing enterprises as samples, this paper creatively uses the SIENA model to make an empirical evolution study on the cooperative development path of government governance innovation and regional "intelligent" industry under the supervision of big data from a dynamic perspective.The results show that the promotion effect of government governance using big data supervision and innovation on the development of regional "intelligent" industry is more obvious, and in the development cycle is manifested as the synergistic evolution stability of governance innovation, industrial economic development and local social contribution.Therefore, it gives the policy enlightenment which is beneficial to the government's modern governance innovation and the regional "intelligent" industry's cooperative development.

    Based on motivated information processing in group theory, this study proposes and empirically testes a multiplestep multiple mediator model between authentic leadership and team creativity from a group information processing perspective. Using survey data from 95 teams, it finds that authentic leadership positively affects team creativity through two group information processes: "team constructive controversy" and "team perspective taking" which forms a multiplestep multiple(chain) mediator model between them. It discusses theoretical and practical implications for authentic leadership and this chain mediator model.

    Based on the perspective of work pressure source, this paper inquires 234 “90” after new generation employees, explores the mechanism of challenge stressors on new generation employees’proactivereactive innovation behavior, and reveals the moderate mediation of organizational support and work resource.Using the data from the questionnaire survey, it performs the expirical analysis by multiple regression.The results show that challenge stressors has positive influence on new generation employees’ proactive innovation behavior, and has negative influence on new generation employees’ reactive innovation behavior.Organizational support has mediating effect between challenge stressors and new generation employees' proactivereactive innovation behavior.Work resource moderates the relationship between challenge stressors and new generation employees’organizational support.At the same time, work resource moderates the mediated effect of organizational support in the relationship between challenge stressors and new generation employees’ proactivereactive innovation behavior.

    When discipline has been in twodimensional space of academic community and bureaucracy organization, discipline evaluation of university dissociate on the twodimensional coordinate system of administration and academic.Discipline's evaluation which on the administration and academic field have different characteristics in terms of evaluation context, subject, purpose, direction, logic, standard and method respectively.At present, the characteristic of academic field are declining while the characteristic of administration field is dominant on discipline's evaluation of China, which suppresses construction body's enthusiasm and construction practice's innovation. The evaluation of worldclass discipline's construction should adapt to the fundamental characteristic of discipline and objective laws of discipline's development.Exploring the growing model of discipline's evaluation with following discipline's developing and comprehensive; innovating process management based on “discipline person' s participation; and exerting thirdpartyevaluation while weakening administration’s controlling are the necessary paths of evaluation mechanism of worldclass discipline construction.

    Public procurement of innovation (PPI) has been at the heart of innovation policy resurrecting the demand side with dual functions on improving public services effectiveness and promoting technological innovation. Through a literature review, this paper reviewed the research progress of public procurement of innovation from the aspects of methods, mechanisms and barriers. In a theoretical point of view, public procurement of innovation with public procurers, innovative suppliers and intermediaries as the major actors, is essentially a system that is coupled by procurement process and innovation process. The system consists of three important mechanisms: transaction realization mechanism, innovation generation mechanism and innovation diffusion mechanism; In a practical point of view, framework conditions, organizational capabilities, identification and signaling of needs, and risk management are the main barriers to the policy effectiveness of public procurement of innovation. Finally, this article summarized the theoretical framework for researches of public procurement of innovation and proposed three areas for future researches.
