    The selection on innovation models is affected by complex internal and external factors.More details about the interactions between factors and innovation models need to be studied.This paper analyzed the impacts of successful probability and innovation cycle on enterprise radical innovation and incremental innovation in perspective of Complex Adaptive System perspective.The results show that, Firstly, successful probability has a positive effect on the number of surviving enterprises, and it is more significant to the incremental innovation enterprises.Successful probability is positively related to the average capital of the two types of enterprises.When the radical innovation successful probability is equal to or higher than 1/2 probability of incremental innovation, the radical innovative enterprises average funds is higher than incremental innovation enterprises.Secondly, there is not obvious relationship between innovation cycle and the number of surviving enterprises, but there are obvious impacts on innovation average funds.Thirdly, the successful probability and innovation cycle have synergies effect on enterprises average funds.And it's more evidence on radical innovation.

    Team innovation is critical to enterprise's sustainability. Existing literatures primarily investigate the antecedents of team innovation from team characteristics and process perspectives. Actually, external activities and internal-external interface activities is taken more seriously. This study establishes a mechanism model of team boundary spanning behavior's influence on team innovation performance by taking resource depletion as mediator variable and team trust as moderator variable. Through the statistical analysis of 510 team members in knowledge service industry, it is found that the three dimensions of team boundary spanning behavior (diplomatic behavior, coordination behavior and detection behavior) have a positive impact on team innovation performance, and team trust plays a completely moderating role between team diplomatic behavior, coordination behavior and detection behavior. Resource depletion plays a negative mediating role between team trust and team innovation performance.

    In practice, with the increasing incentive policies about maker space, opportunistic behavior such as changing name and brand has been much more severe. It is urge to evaluate the maker space scientifically. In theory, the evaluation model of traditional incubators is no more applicable to maker space, as the characteristics of open service interface and multi-agent collaborative innovation of maker space. This research introducing a new perspective of platform bases on the observations of maker space, integration qualitative and quantitative methods to build a SDM model with three dimensions about maker space competitiveness evaluation, which includes factor supply, demand agglomeration and platform match. The empirical results show that supply chain resources are very important in the dimension of entrepreneurship factor supply, the importance of diversity and participation than number and size of enterprises in the dimension of entrepreneurship demand agglomeration, and attention should be paid to combine online and offline service, hard rules, and soft culture in the dimension of platform match.

    The practice of inclusive innovation is consistent with the "everyone participates in innovation activities and everyone shares innovation results" advocated by the current "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation".In this paper,we have collected 265 valid data from some enterprises in Qinba mountain area and verified the relationship between inclusive innovation practice and innovation performance by PLSSEM model method.The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between innovation costs; innovation facilities,innovative subjects and inclusive innovation performance,but government support and corporate cooperation have no significant positive correlation with innovation performance.We believe that systems and policies for inclusive innovation need to be developed and promote inclusive innovation.It is not necessary to invest a lot of manpower and financial resources.Instead,we should optimize innovative facilities,encourage local people to participate widely in innovative activities,support innovative entrepreneurs to work with businesses to develop applicability and lowcost products,and help to create an atmosphere of promoting concept change and encouraging innovation.

    In this paper, the data of 30 provinces (municipalities and districts) in China from 2006 to 2016 are selected to construct the dynamic spatial Doberbin model and the intermediary effect model. This paper studies the direct effect of technological innovation on economic growth and its indirect effect on economic growth by promoting the transformation of industrial structure. The research results show that: there are positive spatial spillover effects in China's economic growth, and the process of economic growth has dynamic and positive continuous characteristics. In the direct effects, the technological innovation in this region has positive effects on economic growth, but the technological innovation in the surrounding areas has a significant negative impact. The rationalization of industrial structure has a significant negative impact on the economic growth, but the advanced industrial structure has a significant positive impact. The combination of technological innovation and industrial structural transformation alleviates the degree of inhibition of the rationalization of industrial structure to economic growth. In the indirect effect, the transformation of industrial structure is the intermediate transmission link between technological innovation and economic growth, and the rationalization of industrial structure and the advanced industrial structure both have positive intermediary effects. The direct effect of technological innovation in this region on the economic growth is greater than the indirect effect, but the direct effect of peripheral technological innovation on economic growth is smaller than indirect effect.

    This paper applies SBM directional distance function to measure green total factor productivity (GTFP) growth for Chinese 30 Provinces over the period 2006 to 2016. We also build a dynamic panel threshold model with environmental regulation as threshold variable, and then we empirically examine the nonlinear relationship between innovation quality and GTFP growth. The results show that China's GTFP growth is generally low and has significant differences under the constraint of undesired output. There's a threshold effects between innovation quality and GTFP growth. Further grouping studies show that the impact of threshold effects and innovation quality on GTFP growth are heterogeneity. In eastern the threshold value is higher than other regions, but the effect of innovation quality and GTFP growth is bigger. To improve the GTFP growth we could enact more stringent environmental regulation measures in the eastern China, and the other regions should explore other factors besides innovation to improve the GTFP growth.

    From the perspective of industrial agglomeration external effects, panel data of four industrial parks including Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, Yixian Science and Industry Park, Modern Industrial Park and Microelectronics Industrial Zone from 2010 to 2016 are collected, and an empirical analysis is conducted to analyze the dual effect relation between industrial agglomeration and ecological environment and reveal internal function mechanism. Results show that industrial agglomeration of manufacturing industry will have both positive and negative external effects on ecological environment, whose functional mechanism depends on two intermediary variables of green technology innovation and foreign direct investment. When the level of industrial agglomeration is low, the mediator variable green technology innovation in the influence of manufacturing agglomeration on ecological environment is not obvious, while foreign direct investment plays an intermediary role in the influence of manufacturing agglomeration on the ecological environment. That is to say, industrial agglomeration of manufacturing industry will enlarge the scale of foreign direct investment, thus imposing negative impacts on the ecological environment. On the contrary, when the level of industrial agglomeration is high, green technology innovation plays an intermediary role in the influence of manufacturing industrial agglomeration on the ecological environment. Namely, industrial agglomeration of manufacturing industry will accelerate green technology innovation, which has positive impacts on the ecological environment. However, as the mediator variable, the effect of foreign direct investment on the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and ecological environment is not significant.

    Manufacturing sertivization is an important path for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.From the perspective of intellectual property,this paper studies the driving force of the attribute property of the political economy of intellectual property to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing sertivization.In the process of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing sertivization,which are upstream integration,downstream integration,upstream and downstream integration,no engaged in manufacturing.The attribute property embodied in intellectual property creation,intellectual property application,intellectual property protection and intellectual property management are the capital attributes and commodity attributes,these all can bring rent and high profits to the manufacturing enterprises.This is the internal driving force for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing services.

    The research of platform enterprises has become a popular and valuable research topic in strategic management field with the development of the platform economy. However, it has not yet been clearly explored the mechanism that how the platform enterprises use complementary assets to promote the ambidextrous innovation. Therefore, this article constructed a theoretical model of complementary assets, platform leadership and ambidextrous innovation, and explored the relationship between those. It has found that general complementary asset has a significant positive impact on exploitative innovation, and specialized complementary asset has a significant positive impact on exploration innovation. Both complementary and specialized complementary asset are positively related to platform's influence and leading force. Platform's influence and leading force are positively related to ambidextrous innovation. Platform's coordination has positive impact on exploitative innovation. Platform leadership plays a mediating role in complementary asset and ambidextrous innovation. It was important theoretical and practical guidance for guiding platform enterprises to achieve sustainable and innovative development.

    From the perspective of socioemotional wealth theory, this paper uses the Chinese listed Ashare family firms from 2012 to 2015 as research samples to analyze the effect of political connections on innovation performance of family firms, as well as the moderating effect of institutional environment on the relationship, from two aspects of R&D investment and R&D output. The empirical results show that, political connections are negatively correlated with innovation performance of family firms, both from the aspect of R&D investment and R&D output, and good institutional environment will weaken the inhibitory effect of political connections on innovation performance. So family firms should weigh the gains and losses of socioemotional wealth and political connections, to avoid shortterm oriented strategies. The government should create a better institutional environment with good financial, legal and operating environment, to enhance the innovation performance of family firms and reduce the spaces for political rentseeking.

    Based on the resourcebased theory and transaction cost theory, this paper discusses the impact of different corporate R&D models on innovation performance in an open environment, and analyzes the mediating role of knowledge and technology as well as the regulatory role of internal R&D.The study used the data of 816 hightech enterprises in Hebei from 2014 to 2016 to conduct longterm and shortterm comparative tests.The results show that different cooperative R&D have different effects on innovation performance, the effects of overseas cooperation are always the greatest.The longterm effects of Industrygovernment cooperation andIndustryUniversity cooperation are strong, the shortterm effect of IndustryInstitute cooperation is strong.Knowledge and technology play a mediating role between them.Internal R&D is enhancing the cooperation performance of IndustryUniversity and Industrygovernment, and weakening the cooperation performance of IndustryInstitute and overseas.Research is of great significance for the selection of R&D strategies for hightech companies.

    The highrisk feature of Research and Development (R&D) activities indicates that it will face financing constraints. Does the trade credit shortterm financing affect R&D investment? This article takes China's 2009 to 2016 GEM listed companies as a sample to discuss the impact of trade credit financing on R&D and the role of property rights. The result shows that: the more trade credit a company receives, the lower its investment in R&D. The shortterm solvency pressure brought by trade credit financing can inhibit the R&D investment of the enterprise; the inhibition of trade credit financing on R&D investment intensity is more obvious in private enterprises. This paper shows that trade credit financing mainly shows the risk effect of the debt repayment pressure to R&D, rather than the financing support, especially for private enterprises. In the absence of perfect financial market, shortterm financing cannot support longterm investment. The government needs to alleviate the financing constraints of private enterprises and improve the financial market to reduce the negative impact of the shortterm debt repayment pressure on the R&D activities of enterprises.

    Hightech enterprises are an important support for scientific and technological innovation leading global competition, and research on innovation performance of hightech enterprises is widely concerned. However, there are few studies focus on the effect of social capital on innovation performance of hightech enterprises. Based on the case study method, this paper attempts to explain the formation mechanism and output effect of the social capital of hightech enterprises, and puts forward the ways to give play to the function of social capital and realize the improvement of innovation performance. The research results show that Hightech enterprises should not only change their cognitive awareness and enhance performance innovation through the positive effect of social capital output, but also constantly optimize the social institutional environment and strengthen resource complementation, to reduce the disadvantages caused by social liabilities which hinder hightech enterprises to achieving the innovative performance.

    In the context of deeply integrated Civil-Military development, it is necessary to guide civilian enterprises to participate in the R&D of the military industry, so that the insufficient high-end supply capacity of weapons and equipment could be improved. Under the current circumstances, there is a technological gap between civilian and military enterprises, while the low conversion rate of military achievements resulted in asymmetric technology spillovers. This paper establishes a game theory model to analyze the impact on R&D competition of military and civilian enterprises, in terms of the technology gap and conversion rate of military achievements. The findings are: Technology gap and conversion rate of military achievements do affect the willingness of civilian enterprises to conduct R&D in different ways, creating barriers for civilian enterprises to participate in competition; Maintaining a moderate technological gap between military and civilian enterprises and increase the conversion rate of military achievements could increase the overall efficiency of R&D for the whole society. In addition, promoting joint R&D between military and civilian enterprises may bring a better Pareto Effect of R&D for the whole society.

    As carrier to implement the civilmilitary integration development strategy, the creation of civilmilitary integration innovative demonstration zone should serve the demand of overall national security concept, try first on the system and mechanism, explore the replicable development new paths and new models. Corresponding to the demands of political security, military security, economic security, scientific and technological security etc., fully using the advantages of typical area's resource endowments, this paper has put forward five models of civilmilitary integration innovative demonstration zone includes military demand traction type, national defense military industry supporting type, dualuse industry cluster type, militarycivilian science and technology integration type, integrated development type. According to the common and individual needs of different models, this paper has established a set of threelevel evaluation index system which covers military needs, national defense mobilization capability, economic foundation, industrial foundation and other elements, and then proposed suggestions on about the list of supporting policies needed to realize the innovation of system and mechanism.

    Based on the resourcebased view and the organizational learning theory,a theoretical model of the influences of knowledge employees' dual social network on the innovation performance of enterprise is constructed from two aspects:knowledge employees' individual social network and organizational social network.The roles of knowledge sharing,organizational learning and resource integration in the influence mechanism of knowledge employees' dual social network on the innovation performance of enterprise are analyzed using the survey samples of 1332 technology enterprise.Research results show that:there are three paths for the influence of knowledge employees' dual social network on the innovation performance of technology enterprise,and resource acquisition and integration,knowledge sharing and learning,and employee dynamic innovation play an intermediary role respectively; Under different types of enterprise culture,there are significant differences in the influence characteristics,influence focus and influence mechanisms of knowledge employees' dual social network on the innovation performance of enterprise.The internal integration dimension affects the innovation performance of enterprise mainly through knowledge sharing and organizational learning,and the external adaptation dimension affects the innovation performance of enterprise mainly through tacit knowledge dissemination and resource integration.

    How to correctly handle the unimplemented ideas of employees is an important topic for leaders. Because it can stimulate their creativity and maximize the effectiveness of organizational resources. Basing on integrating selfdetermination theory and LMX theory, this paper explores the relationship between R&D team members' creative deviant behavior and their creativity, and the influence of leadership feedback behavior on the relationship between them. The results show that creative deviant behavior has a significant positive impact on individual creativity. Innovative selfefficacy has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between creative deviant behavior and creativity. The three types of leadership feedback have different crosslevel moderating effects between creative deviance behavior and creativity. Innovative selfefficacy partially mediates the moderating effect of leadership feedback on the relationship between them. The conclusion of the paper not only provides a theoretical basis for individuals and leaders to cope with the failure of creativity, but also provides a new mode of thinking on how to create a supportive atmosphere for creativity.

    Humble leadership is a new research hot topic of leadership in recent years. Based on social exchange theory and resourcebased theory, this paper introduces resource integration and resource sharing as a dual intermediary variable, establish a model with organizational legitimacy as a regulating variable. Using SPSS23.0 and AMOS20.0 to carry out regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis statistical test, this paper explores the effect of resource sharing, resource integration and organizational legitimacy on the relationship between humble leadership behavior and secondary entrepreneurial performance. The results show that resource integration and resource sharing play a partial intermediary role between humble leadership behavior and secondary entrepreneurial performance. Organizational legitimacy plays a positive regulatory role between humble leadership behavior and resource integration and resource sharing. Among them, humble leadership behavior plays a more positive role in resource sharing. The humble leadership behavior has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance in the context of secondary entrepreneurship. Finally, the results are discussed and prospected.

    Ever since the 1980s, the issue of organizational inertia has been one of the core research topics in the area of strategic management. However, up till to now, scholars have not reached any agreement on "what is organizational inertia?" and "how does it impact organization performance?". And this nonconsensus hinders the further development of organizational inertia theory, reducing the theoretical and practical implications of the following relevant studies. Against this background, we do a systematic literature review on organizational inertial in this paper. First, we category the relevant studies on organizational inertia according to the term of "organizational ecology", "environment adaptation" and "the coupled view", and then we extract and purify the main points of each category of organization inertia studies. Second, we summarize and clarify the findings of every category on the aspects of concept definition, evaluation and effects on performance. At last, on the basis of our literature review, we construct the conceptual framework on organizational inertia in order to enlighten the future relevant research on the issue.
