    With the enhancing entrepreneurship penetration, the country and even the whole society needs to strengthen the attention to quality of entrepreneurship, to encourage more high quality, innovative entrepreneurial activity. But what is the innovation of entrepreneurial activity? How to improve the quality of entrepreneurship? The understanding of such issues is still vague. To this end, this paper discusses the innovation strategy and its evolution mechanism of different types of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of technology and nontechnology innovation. The study found that the fusion technology innovation and non-technology innovation, entrepreneurship is essential to enhance the quality of technical innovation is a major way for manufacturing enterprises to enhance the entrepreneurial quality; secondly, enterprise innovation strategy of different types of manufacturing different evolution paths, but is based on the demand of users, weigh the novelty and practicability based on continuously improve product or service value-added ability, promoting mechanism to improve the quality of the entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial activities to reveal the source of innovation, has important significance to improve the quality of entrepreneurship.

    Patent collaboration is result of interplay by diversified factors in aspects of society, technology and institution, while interaction effect among these factors has not yet been researched enough. By integrating three aspects of factors, diffusion mechanism was discussed the impact of social capital on patent collaboration in the different scenario of absorptive capacity and patent protection strength. Empirical research was employed to examine validation of theoretical hypotheses by using method of ERGM based on samples in graphene technology field. Empirical results illustrated that social capitals have direct impacts on patent collaboration, i.e., patent collaboration is positively boosted by degree centrality and triangle structure embeddedness, but negatively restrained by structural hole and star structure embeddedness respectively. Moreover, absorptive capacity can positively moderate the relationships between structural hole and patent collaboration. Furthermore, both absorptive capacity and patent protection strength would together positively moderate the impact of degree centrality upon patent collaboration. 

    The formation of entrepreneurial ecosystems is the impetus contributing to successful entrepreneurship and the important measure to implement the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" national strategy. Technology can have a profound and widespread impact on economic and social development, as the important force of innovation and entrepreneurship, how research institutes promote the formation of efficient technology entrepreneurial ecosystems is an important question that lacks research. Based on the case study on Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, this research opens the black box of the formation of research institutes' efficient technology entrepreneurial ecosystems, analyses the five key elements of the formation of efficient technology entrepreneurial ecosystems, and puts forward corresponding theoretic propositions. The research results expand the research on entrepreneurial ecosystems, and have practical guiding significances for research institutes' practice of the formation of efficient technology entrepreneurial ecosystems and technology commercialization.

    The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the fundamental way to realize the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and the economic value of industrialization. It is an important means to enhance national economic strength and international competitiveness. In this paper, DMTO as a case, to construct the transformation model of largescale scientific and technological achievements. It is found that the transformation of DMTO technological achievements is driven by the government, capital as the link, through a large number of venture capital, pilot technology and industrial test to improve technology and accumulated practical experience, the use of innovative technology service model in science and technology project transformation model. The structure design of the transformation pattern of largescale scientific and technological achievements includes four main bodies: the role of the government is to use the policy to guide the enterprises to invest the funds into the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The main task of R&D institutions is to develop prototype and provide technical support for the construction of the pilot platform and improve the results. Enterprises under the guidance of the government in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the construction of the pilot platform for venture capital to capital as a link to promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The pilotscale platform is mainly based on the prototype of results for technology optimization, technical service and marketing promotion. DMTO scientific and technological achievements into the model can give full play to the strengths of the parties, it provide a new model of paradigm largescale transformation of largescale scientific and technological achievements to China.

Based on a simple metaanalysis on the existing literature,the article briefly summarizes the definition of case study research and its characteristics,applicationconditions, research design processes and other important issues, so as to improve the standardized and scientific. The operation process of case study method is taken as an example in the field of domestic public management. we compare single case and multiple case study to analysis and generalize the case study operational approach under different number of cases, providing reference for the researchers.

    This paper takes Logistic model to study the symbiosis between anchor enterprises and science and technology town by the case of Ali and Hangzhou future science and technology town. The conclusions show that the symbiosis between Ali and science and technology city is mutually-beneficial mode in general. For the growth of Ali will promote the development of science and technology city, and the development of city will feedback the Ali. And the parameter difference from 2013 to 2016 shows that the symbiosis between two parts has changed from dominance symbiosis to mutually-beneficial symbiosis.

    According to the content, "science and technology service industry"was divided into five subsectors. This paper set the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as the main research object, processed the input and output data during 2010-2016, and applied the superefficient DEA model, combining with the window analysis to evaluate the efficiency level of the five subdivided technology service industries in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The research results show that the inefficient scale is the common factor that leads to the inefficiency of the overall technical efficiency of the science and technology service industry in the researched regions; the inputoutput structure of China's science and technology service industry needs to be optimized, and the scale effect should be expanded; the overall technical efficiency levels and trends of the science and technology service industry in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are significantly different. Based on those result, the improvement suggestion was put forward for the five subdivided technology service industries in the national and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.

    Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2015,the article measured the agglomeration level of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the spatial GINI coefficient,while the green innovation efficiency of China's equipment manufacturing industry was measured by the SuperSBM model with nonexpectation output.The effect of agglomeration on green innovation efficiency was empirically tested by using the spatial econometric analysis method and the construction threshold model.The results show that there are regional differences in the green innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry,which is measured by SuperSBM model.The influence of equipment manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency has a significant Ntype relationship with double threshold effect.The effect of equipment manufacturing industry cluster on the green innovation efficiency presents an increasing positive nonlinear effect in the east and the northeast region,the equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration in central China on the green innovation efficiency declines first,and then grows,the influence of equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration in the western region restricts the green innovation efficiency,showing the inverted N type relationship.The research and development investment intensity and energy consumption are positively correlated with the green innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.The urbanization level,environmental regulation and the green innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry are significantly negatively correlated.To improve the development quality of equipment manufacturing,we must enhance R&D investment and independent innovation capability,as well as promote the agglomeration and greening development of equipment manufacturing industry.

    In recent years,industrial technology innovation strategic alliances are developing rapidly,but there are many problems such as low stability and low efficiency.Therefore,how to improve alliance stability and improve alliance performance is a pressing problem at present.This paper based on the theory of cooperative management,from the target of resource synergy,synergy,synergy,synergy,innovation of knowledge collaborative study on the stability of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance,and members of the trust as a moderating variable,the members of the alliance of resource synergy,synergy,synergy,knowledge object relationship coordination,collaborative innovation has a positive impact on alliance stability,stability of the alliance members trust had positive effects.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to improve the stability of the alliance.

    With the introduction of network capability as an intermediary variable, the two dimensions of governance mechanism—relational and contractual governance mechanism discuss the influence of network governance mechanism on innovation performance of new ventures and the intermediary role of network ability are explored. The results of the empirical study show that the relationship governance and the contract governance both have positive correlation effects on innovation performance. The empirical results show that with the continuous strengthening of the incubator network mechanism, the innovation performance can be significantly improved.

    In recent years, researches have begun to explore the social dynamic factors that play an important role in employee's voice in the workplace based on the perspective of organizational voice climate. This research attempts to continue such effort. In order to stimulate enterprise's innovation vitality, this paper proposes a preliminary construct named voiceoriented culture. First, it defines the connotation of the concept of voiceoriented culture and constructs a three level structure model. Secondly, it analyzes the cultural constraints and the practical foundation for the construction of voiceoriented culture in Chinese enterprise, in the social cultural background of the intertwined tradition and modernity. At last, it proposes the process and path to build voiceoriented culture under the guidance of PDCA cycle rule, in order to provide some scientific guidance for Chinese enterprises to build an open culture to make full use of staff intelligence.

    Based on the data of Ashare listed companies in China's Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2007 to 2016, the impact of QFII shareholding on innovation investment and corporate value was studied. The regulatory effect of the characteristics of the industry and executives and the intermediary effect of innovation investment were discussed in detail. The study found that: QFII shareholding promoted enterprises to increase innovation investment, and the characteristics of the industry and executives have a regulatory effect in this relationship; QFII shareholding was also conducive to enhance corporate value, and innovation investment have an intermediary effect. Finally, it is proposed that the government and enterprises should pay attention to the positive role of QFII and formulate relevant policies to attract investment from QFII.

    The intellectual property is becoming more and more important in the course of knowledge economy. The impact of various competitive situations on firms' licensing is studied using a large number of Chinese enterprises' patent licensing data. The empirical analysis shows that firms incline to license out their patents with deteriorating of the competition environment, expanding of the technology market and increasing of the density of competition. But, there is an inverted Ushaped relationship between the licensing propensity and the number of real technology providers. The number of technology providers is far from reaching the inflection point in China. The R&D strength of enterprises plays a decisive role in the licensing process, stronger competitors have obvious effect on the licensing act, and the weaker competitors promote this process. It also found that the licensors do not refuse or delay the licensing when the licensees are also competitors. In addition, the stateowned enterprises have an ineffective response in the licensing process, but the private sectors are more sensitive and efficient. Finally, the policy recommendations are proposed according to the market situation in China.

    Based on the empirical data of Chinese listed hightech companies in business groups, this paper firstly demonstrates that debt financing can promote R&D investment in business groups. Moreover, the internal capital market has 'winnerpicking' mediating effect under different property rights and organization structures. Finally this paper demonstrates the internal capital market has 'interrelated guarantee' moderating effect. The conclusions enrich studies on the relationship between debt financing and innovation investment in business groups.

    As a kind of institutional arrangement and rule design, innovation policy plays an important role in guiding, supporting and promoting the development of enterprise mainstream and new stream innovation.On the basis of constructing the function model of the mainstream and new stream innovation policy, the paper surveys the middle and senior managers of 164 large and mediumsized scitech enterprises around the new generation, variation, selection and synergy of the innovation policy demand in four periods.The research results show that the implementation of entrepreneurial innovation incentive mechanism, perfecting the government innovation fund system, setting up the technology innovation risk monitoring system, constructing the high end, specialization, the characteristic creation space, pushing the science and technology innovation coupon are the most urgent and effective policy means for the government to promote the dynamic evolution of enterprise mainstream and new stream innovation, and achieve sustainable innovation and development.Accordingly, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.

    Drawing on the upper echelon theory, using 321 technological mergers and acquisitions(Tech M&As) events from A-share listed companies, through regression analysis, this paper examines how the working experience of board chairman and general manager influence decision-making of Tech M&As. The empirical results show that working experience heterogeneity of board chairman and general manager can promote companies to carry out larger size of Tech M&As. Meanwhile, general manager's technical sensitivity has positive effect on the relationship between working experience heterogeneity of board chairman-general manager and transaction size of Tech M&As. In addition, board chairman-general manager's tacit cooperation can intensify positive effect about general manager's technical sensitivity. The conclusion develops upper echelon theory in Tech M&As' situation, which provides empirical evidence for the decision-making of technological mergers and acquisitions.

    The development of diversity management is bringing more and more attention to inclusive climate. But there is no study on the impact of inclusive and employee creativity. This paper integrates social exchange theory and takes knowledge sharing as mediating variables to conduct and verify the path model of inclusive climate affecting employee creativity, in order to clarify the role of inclusive climate on employee creativity. In this study we take 380 employees and 113 leaders of enterprises from Fujian, Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing and other areas as study samples and use the structural equation modeling to verify the research hypothesis by MPLUS. The results show that inclusive climate are significantly positively related to knowledge sharing,but has no direct effect on employee creativity; While knowledge sharing have a mediating effect. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as the establishment for suggestions, the fair system of human resources, the integration mechanism of decisionmaking information and the platform of knowledge sharing which can provide a theoretical reference for the enterprise to improve employee creativity.

    Previous researches on employees' innovation behavior are carried out based on the individual motivation perspective of organizational behavior, from internal motivation and external motivation. From the perspective of impression management motivation of social psychology, this paper distinguishes between positive and defensive impression management motivation and explores its different effect mechanisms on innovation behavior. The results show that:①Assertive impression management motivation has positive impact on innovation behavior, while the defensive impression management motivation has hindrance impact on innovation behavior.②Role identity plays a mediator role in the process aforementioned.③The positive/negative supervisor's feedback intensities the positive/hindrance impact of assertive/defensive impression management motivation on role identity. These results not only explore the new path of influencing employees' innovation behavior from the perspective of social psychology, but also enrich and expand the theoretical system of individual innovation behavior in China. Further more, the application of impression management motivation in the field of organization management is expanded, and the divergence of existing researches is explained.

    The knowledge spillover theory of entrepreneurship (KSTE) describes a particular source of entrepreneurial opportunities which originate from the unexploited or underexploited knowledge in incumbent knowledgecreating firms through labor mobility. To begin with, this paper summarizes the development of the theory. Then, we review empirical studies on KSTE from the national, regional and firm levels. Finally, this paper concludes by identifying major limitations and future research directions.
