  • Research on the Mutual Trust Mechanism of Collaboration Ability in Public Creation Team Clusters Based on the Network Trust Routines

    Based on the differences of subject status and uncertainty of trust scene in multi-stage trust association of public creation team clusters, taking the network trust routines as a starting point, an analysis framework of mutual trust mechanism of team clusters collaboration ability is proposed. Based on complex node trust behavior, circular interactive trust model, and extended evolutionary trust path of research on network trust routines as analysis dimensions, from the multi-agent, multi-stage and dynamic trust scenarios of multi-team collaboration and mutual trust, this paper summarizes the concept of cooperative ability mutual trust mechanism and combs the multi-trust objects, dynamic foundation of trust and long-term stability of trust mechanism. With the help of the EOL model of HeXie Theme, this paper induces the theme of mutual trust of collaboration ability under multi-team collaborative innovation in the initial stage, development phase and transition phase, reciprocity of roles and ability transition. Based on this, it constructs a mutual trust mechanism that includes the cognitive trust for the start-up period, the structural trust in the development period and the emotional trust in the transformation period and explains their respective connotation of management and content and function. The article broadens the scope of application of network inertia, deconstructs the conceptual characteristics and problem-oriented orientation of mutual trust in team clusters and expands the research ideas of mutual trust mechanism based on the analysis of HeXie Theme discrimination. It is of some reference value to establishing and perfecting the multi-team trust mechanism in complex dynamic competition environment.

    This paper takes the open innovation as the perspective,takes Jiangxi Thinker Investment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Thinker") as the case study object,and uses the SPS case study method to analyze the three aspects of creative acquisition,creative transformation and open innovation evolution process in the crowd innovation space.The study found :First of all,the crowd innovation in the space of creative access to exploration,screening and activation of three stages; Secondly,in the creative transformation process of the crowd innovation space,the innovationdriven experience changes from investors to suppliers to the enterprise itself.Finally,the process of open innovation in the crowd innovation space creates three different types,and the innovation subject experience is composed of "creative market".The city "to the second landlord" and then to the "innovation broker" transformation.The main theoretical contribution of the study lies in the introduction of open innovation into the crowd innovation space and the illustration about role and function of innovation subject.The management significance of the research is to sum up the successful experience of the crowd innovation space development which can be referred to by other spaces.

    Biosafety is a key component of the overall national security concept, western developed countries, such as United States, have begun to build national laboratories for biosafety based on the Biosafety Level Four Laboratory(P4).This paper investigated the important biosafety national laboratories abroad, including strategic orientation, management and operation mechanism, core technology research and development, laws and regulations, personnel training system, international cooperation, etc. The overall characteristics of foreign national biosafety laboratory were analyzed, and in contrast to the challenges and problems to deploy national laboratory for biosafety in our country, the suggestions were proposed for the construction of biosafety national laboratory rely on large scientific Installation with the core of P4 Laboratory.

    This paper combined the science and technology financial inputoutput analysis framework with the discrimination of ownership. Assuming that "the technologies we used to master will not be forgotten" in science and technology finance activities, it uses SequentialDEAMalmquist method to estimate the efficiency of science and technology and heterogeneity of China's provincial and manufacturing subindustries from 2000 to 2014. The results show that: there is a significant overestimation of the calculation without the restriction of ownership discrimination, which can't reflect the true level of China's financial efficiency in science and technology; regional survey found that science and technology financial efficiency growth rate of eastern area was the highest, which was followed by central area, western area and northeast area, and this increment was mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency; the study of manufacturing subindustries found that the overall efficiency of science and technology increased steadily, but mainly due to the improvement of technological progress, and the space for further improvement of technical efficiency was large enough. Compared with the lowtech manufacturing industry, the hightech manufacturing sector is facing more serious discrimination in ownership; the possible reason is that there is a "double extrusion effect".

    The recent researches on place based policy provide a new perspective and approach for the study of Xiong'an New District.By summarizing the practical application of the place based policy in foreign countries,we find that it has the characteristics of flexible application,incompletely in accordance with the existing administrative divisions and the diversification of policy objectives.Theoretically,the existence of agglomeration externality,labor market friction and spatial correlation effects provide theoretical rationality for the place based policy,but its function is restricted by many factors.In the empirical evaluation,present researches mainly use the quasinatural experiment methods based on microbig data to estimate the policy’s causal effects,but in reality,the specific effects vary greatly.The same policy's effects may exist big difference in different locations and periods.Therefore,the construction of the Xiong'an National New District should take into account fairness and efficiency,promote regional coordination and conduct targeted assessments.

    The effects of multidimensional proximity on regional industryuniversity cooperative innovation are studied,including the static influence on the performance of cooperative innovation and the dynamic influence on the formation and maintenance.Based on the patent data from the National Intellectual Propery Administration of China,the negative binomial regression model and logistic regression model are used .The results show that the technology proximity has an inverted U type impact on the innovation performance and the formation and maintenance，when the geography proximity has a positive impact.The social proximity can not only help to form and maintain the cooperative innovation relationship but also positively moderate the relationship between technology proximity and the cooperative innovation,and it does not have a significant impact on the innovation performance.In addition，network proximity has a positive impact on the innovation performance and the formation and maintenance and it will positively moderate the relationship between technology proximity and the formation and maintenance.

    This paper uses collaborative innovation as an intermediary variable and environmental regulation as a regulatory variable to construct a theoretical model of the relationship between the agglomeration of producer services and technology transfer. Taking China's provincial data from 2002 to 2015 as a sample, a multiple regression analysis method was used to study the mechanism of technology transfer in the region affected by the agglomeration of producer services. The results show that: agglomeration of producer services has a positive impact on technology transfer; collaborative innovation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between producer services agglomeration and technology transfer; environmental regulation has positive relationships with collaborative innovation and regional technology transfer. The regulatory effect of environmental regulation on the relationship between agglomeration of producer services and regional technology transfer is achieved through the intermediary of collaborative innovation. The study provides a theoretical basis for revealing the role of producer services agglomeration on regional technology transfer, and provides a theoretical reference for the promotion of producer service agglomeration, multiagent collaborative innovation, and regional technology transfer.

    Under the new normal background of innovation, the existing literatures have paid attention to the economic consequences of enterprise innovation investment at the micro level, while the industry performance in the mediumview has rarely been studied. Taking the A shares listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the research object, this paper explores the influence mechanism of enterprise innovation investment on industry growth, and the adjustment effect of the industrial R&D environment and the market power of the enterprise.It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the intensity of innovation investment and the growth of the industry.The industrial technical environment and policy environment playthe positive regulatory effect on this improvement, but the market power of the enterprise will weaken the positive relationship.In addition, the above findings are not affected by the endogenous problems, and the results of the robustness test have not changed after considering other alternative explanations.This paper suggests that it is necessary to build an innovative synergy system involving government, industry and enterprises.The innovation investment of enterprise and the sustainable development of the industry will be promoted through the support of innovation policies, the integration of superior resources and the construction of good environment.

    In transitional economy,firm's innovation performance difference is not only caused by entrepreneurial institutional environment,but also influenced by top managers' mental models.In order to explore the internal mechanism of institutional environment's influence on innovation performance,we introduce entrepreneurial orientation as the mediator and CEO narcissism as the moderator according to the integration of institution theory and upper echelon theory.Through empirical analyses to a sample of new hightech enterprises from Beijing,Jilin,Gansu,Chongqing,Shanxi and Fujian provinces,the results show that entrepreneurial orientation plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial institutional environment and firm innovation performance; CEO narcissism moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial institutional environment and entrepreneurial orientation,and the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation positively.These results expand institution theory and upper echelon perspectives,and provide implications for firms to improve innovation performance.

    The promotions and optimizations of SMEs' innovation performance are very important to the economic development of our country. From the perspective of innovation value chain, considering the ownership nature and life cycle of enterprises, their industries and the regions that they are located, this paper uses twostage additive decomposition DEA model to evaluate the R & D efficiency and economic output transformation efficiency of SMEs. The outcome shows that: if we look at the enterprises' ownership nature, we can find out that the two stages efficiency of stateowned enterprises is low, while the differences of the two stages efficiency of private enterprises is quite limited, but the R & D efficiency of joint ventures is far higher than that of their economic output transformation efficiency; from the perspective of industry, this paper finds that the research and development efficiency of enterprises is generally higher than that of their economic output transformation efficiency, more specifically, the gap between the two stages efficiency of information technology is large, followed by other industries, and the gap of pharmaceutical and biological industries is not significant; In terms of the regions, the two efficiencies of enterprises located in the eastern, central and western regions showing "high, low", "low, high" and "low, low" respectively; from the perspective of enterprises' life cycle, there are significant differences in innovation performance of enterprises at different stages of the life cycle. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.

    Using Data of Companies listed on SME Board and ChiNext, also adopting the propensity score matching method, we study the effect of VC on companies' patent portfolio strategy and whether this effect is influenced by the industrial experience of VC.The patent portfolio strategy is measured by the diversityfeature and scalefeature.Our findings are as follows: VC can significantly improve both features of patent portfolio; the industrial experience of VC is the mechanism of improving the diversityfeature, not the scalefeature. The conclusion is of great practical significance to optimize the patent strategy of China's entrepreneurial enterprises..

    Under the situation of the technology gap between countries and enterprises is continuously convergence. To have all the elements of innovation and piled up in the physical way, it not necessarily lead to successful innovation, but to lay in a unique innovation culture environment. In this paper, in a biological perspective to introduce the correlation theories of innovation culture and innovation culture gene, to design a theoretical model of enterprise innovation culture gene based on the double helix of biological gene, to analyze the elements, structure, evolution mechanism and application of this model. It's expecting for providing a new way to cultivate positive innovation culture, also offering a theoretical support for later quantitative evaluation research.

    With the rapid development of Internet and high technology,entrepreneurial activities are facing a higher degree of uncertainty,the interaction between ventures and customers and entrepreneurial learning have increasingly become the key factors for the success of entrepreneurship.This paper takes the new ventures as the research object,and integrated theories of interactive orientation,entrepreneurial learning and uncertainty,this paper puts the role of interaction orientation in promoting entrepreneurial performance,the mediating effect of entrepreneurial learning,and the moderating effect of perceived uncertainty which are testified by 217 sample data,thus explains the impact mechanism of the interaction orientation transforming into the new venture performance,and puts forward action suggestions to entrepreneurs based on the research results.

    Values is the moral evaluation standard of an individual.Different types of value guide differentiated behavior choices.This study explores the internal operating mechanism between entrepreneurial team members multidimensions value consistency and entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of equity allocation fairness.The empirical study of 175 entrepreneurial teams indicates that entrepreneurial team member'sselftranscendence valueconsistency and openness value consistency have positive role in promoting entrepreneurial team's performance .But selfenhancementvalue consistency and conservative value consistency have negative influence on it.The fairness allocation of ownership will enhance the relationship between selftranscendence valueand openness value consistency and entrepreneurial performance, while will weaken the relationship between selfenhancementvalues consistency and entrepreneurial performance.

    Unlike traditional topdown job design,job crafting emphasizes employee's bottomup proactive behavior.Employees redefine and craft the content and manner of the work,change their relationships with others and awareness of their work,with the purpose of obtaining the personal wellbeing and the significance of their work.At present,domestic research has not yet involved in the development of knowledge workers’job crafting scale.Therefore,based on the current domestic research status,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to carry out research on it.In the framework of this article,it first elaborates the background and significance of the research,building the frame of research.Secondly,in the course of literature review,the concepts of knowledge workers and job crafting are defined.Then it reviews the researches of job crafting scale.Thirdly,based on the main ideas and operational processes of grounded theory and qualitative research,the statements from the interviews are collected,compared,summarized and refined.Eventually it obtains dimensions and definitions of job crafting by open coding and spindle coding.At last,according to the result of qualitative research and quantitative method,the knowledge workers’job crafting scale is developed.

    The Porter hypothesis has triggered a large number of empirical studies on the impact of environmental regulations on enterprises' technological innovation. This paper investigate the effect of environmental regulations from a new perspective that we study the moderating effect of different types of environmental regulations (commandandcontrol and marketbased regulations) on the green performance of different technological learning patterns by building an environmental learning curve model, based on the panel data from China's industrial enterprises over 2001-2016. The results show that the commandandcontrol regulations provide stronger incentives for improving the green performance of enterprises' technological leaning than marketbased regulations. Moreover, only the green performance of enterprises' learningbyresearching can be improved by the commandandcontrol regulations among three technological leaning patterns analyzed. In addition, the nonlinear moderating effect of these two types of environmental regulations are insignificant. These findings yields important implications for reasonably designing and choosing different types of environmental regulations to encourage enterprises' technological learning and reduce air pollutants emissions.

    It is always a controversy in the academic community that material rewards promote or inhibit the behavior of knowledge sharing.Clarifying the impact and mechanism of material rewards on knowledge sharing helps to understand the existing research on the issue of the impact of material rewards on knowledge sharing and promote the further development of the theory.Based on the existing literature,this article clarifies the controversial relationship between material rewards and knowledge sharing,constructs a mechanism framework of material rewards for knowledge sharing and further analyzes the causes of disputes from the perspective of integration.Finally,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research,it is proposed that in the future,indepth studies can be conducted by dividing knowledge types,refining material rewards and reward objects,introducing new perspectives,introducing new adjustments and intermediary mechanisms.This paper constructs the framework of the mechanism of material rewards for knowledge sharing,not only deepens the understanding of the material rewards impact on the knowledge sharing and promotes the further development of the theory,but also can better direct the corporation to use material rewards to manage the knowledge of employees.

    It is the core problem of open innovation to identify the influence of network structure capital on technological capability, but the present studies aren't to reveal systematically the procedural mechanism that shapes the influence relationship. Based on the adjusted intermediary model and enterprise sample data, the paper's research results show that network centrality and network scale can improve the efficiency of external knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer, while network diversity can only positively affect the external knowledge acquisition. The external knowledge transfer has only a positive effect on the technological innovation capability, while the external knowledge acquisition has a significant positive relationship with the technological fundamental capability and technological innovation capability. Knowledge distance can't moderate the mediating effect of external knowledge acquisition on the relationships between network centrality, network scale and technological basic ability, network diversity and technological basic ability, and the relationship between technological innovation ability and network diversity. But knowledge distance moderates completely the mediating effect of external knowledge transfer on the relationship between network centrality and technological innovation ability, and the relationship between network scale and technological innovation ability.

    Microinnovation,as an innovation model emerging in the Internet environment,has been attracted more and more attention from researchers. Microinnovation is not only an effective and feasible way of innovation for large and mediumsized companies to maintain innovative flexibility,but also an important strategy for small and microcompanies to catch up with the market leaders and seek for growth and development. This paper carries on simple combing on the concepts,characteristics,types,dynamic mechanism,operation mode and its impacts on innovation performance of microinnovation,and have sketched it's rough outline. Then briefly discusses the development trend and prospect of microinnovation under the background of "Internet plus",big data driven and systematic and ecological environment of innovation.
