    Implementing large science projects is an important measure to build an innovative country and to enhance international competitiveness for us. Although China has successfully implemented a series of famous large science projects such as "two bombs and one star" and "manned spaceflight", there are still some limitations during the organization and management of the SG project. Based on the current organizational structure of China's large science projects, this paper summarized the existing problems in the SG project through researches and interviews. Then, by drawing lessons from the advanced management thought and experiences of the NIF project and the DARPA organization, this paper put forward some suggestions for the organization of the SG project, in order to provide management support for the implementation of the follow-up large science projects.

    The article which based on reproductive competition examines the relationship between unbalance sex ratio and entrepreneurial decisionmaking , the moderating effect of marital status ,and the influence of sex ratio imbalance on the entrepreneurial decisionmaking of four different populations from the macro and micro levels by using data CSY (1996-2014) and CHFS (2011). The results of robust research show that there is a significant positive correlation between sex ratio imbalance and entrepreneurial decisionmaking, and the marital status has a significant negative moderating effect. And the sex ratio imbalance is only positively related to the unmarried male population's entrepreneurial decisionmaking, and is not related to the decisionmaking of unmarried women / married men / married women population. The article provides new insights into human economic behavior and results, proving that certain biological attributes may have an impact on human economic behavior (such as entrepreneurship), filling the existing theory blank. However, in order to solve the employment problem and achieve economic growth purposes, the article thinks that the Government should not deliberately manipulate the sex ratio imbalance to encourage people to choose entrepreneurial activities, but the Government should develop personalized entrepreneurship policy for unmarried male entrepreneurs.

    Firstly, task selection process of members in crowd innovation community can be taken as innovation diffusion. The evidences can be found from four aspects: task features, members' autonomy and heterogeneity and community hierarchy in crowd innovation process; secondly, task selection process of members is simulated based on multiagent modeling; lastly, three experiments are carried out in light with Open Ideo community, the results show that selection behavior model based on innovation diffusion is effective, and core members, task complexity and community recommendation impact on the selection behavior. It is the base to explore the running mechanism of this innovation mode.

    The survival and growth of new companies are closely related to the types and development methods of entrepreneurial opportunities. However, there is little research on how to develop entrepreneurial opportunities to promote the growth of new enterprises. This paper explores the impact of the matching of business model design and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition on the growth of new enterprises through crosscase analysis of four companies. Research shows that:entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and business model design can enhance entrepreneurial performance by leveraging new business advantages and overcoming new business disadvantages;The matching of business model design and entrepreneurial opportunity has a significant impact on entrepreneurial performance. Different matching results have different effects on performance. The matching of novel business models with discovered entrepreneurial opportunities or creative entrepreneurial opportunities can produce better entrepreneurial performance. The matching of efficient business models with creative entrepreneurial opportunities can produce better entrepreneurial performance, the matching of efficient business models with discovered entrepreneurial opportunities on entrepreneurial performance is uncertain.

    Despite the rapid development of remote telecommunication technology, a large number of existing studies show that patent inventions are largely dependent on the geographical proximity of information. Taking 1331 renewable energy technology patents in China from 1992 to 2009 as subjects(Due to the time lag of the citation, the actual patent retrieval period is to 2016), the study take advantage of experimental design method of Jung Won and Jaffe to explore whether the geographical proximity of the patent citation will increase over time. The conclusions indicate that geographical proximity of individuals, universities, companies and other kinds of invention patents will increase with time and that the government will be less affected. In addition, because the cities in a region belong to different provinces, the findings cannot prove that the geographical proximity of regional patent citation will also increase with time.

    Based on the 1996-2015 panel data of 32 countries along the "One Belt and Road", using the USSBM model and ML index to measure and evaluate the lowcarbon development efficiency of these countries, and then empirically analyzing the impact factors of the overall lowcarbon development efficiency for countries along the "Belt and Road". The results showed that: ①The overall static efficiency level of lowcarbon development for countries along the "Belt and Road" was low, and pure technical efficiency was the main factor affecting the efficiency of lowcarbon development;②Technological progress was an important boosting factor for technological efficiency growth of lowcarbon development for countries along the "Belt and Road", and the scale efficiency was a major obstacle;③Capital investment, energy consumption, carbon emissions and industrial structure all have significant inhibitory effects on the overall lowcarbon development efficiency of countries along the "Belt and Road", but economic development, technology input, labor input and trade openness can promote the growth of lowcarbon development efficiency. Finally, putting forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting technical efficiency of lowcarbon development.

    Based on Chinese granted patent data, this paper built indicators and measured degree of technological specialization of Chinese 30 provinces between 2001 and 2015, showed the patterns of specialization and their spatial and temporal disparities.By using threshold panel model, we further investigated the nonlinear relationship between different types of technological specialization and regional economic growth, to provide the suggestions for different regions about choice of priority areas in technology innovation.Result shows that, In general, the technological division coefficient in the west was higher than it in the east, the variation trend was increased at first and decreased afterwards; Only a handful of areas were specialized in the field with high technological opportunity, large parts of areas were specialized in the technology field of their own advantages industries;There are nonlinear relationship between technological specialization and economic growth, when innovation ability is low, division will significantly promote the growth, when technology innovation ability is high, the effect of technological division is not significant, and specialized in different fields would have different effects on economic growth.

    With the fluidity of innovation resources and knowledge enhancing increasingly, a staged breakthrough from independent innovation to collaborative innovation is happened in the equipment manufacturing industry. And collaborative innovation network become the main form in equipment manufacturing industry innovation. With the cooperative patent data of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang from 1985 to 2017, this paper explores the evolution of collaborative innovation network structure of the equipment manufacturing industry. Result shows that: ①the enterprises are the main innovative subjects which shows a characteristic of "stateowned enterprises withdraw and privateowned enterprises advance", and the status of private enterprises in collaborative innovation network rise rapidly. Even though the status of stateowned enterprises decline, they are still the key nodes in collaborative innovation network. Also, the colleges and research institutes are the important practitioners and linkers. ② There exists hierarchy and structural hole phenomenon in collaborative innovation network, and the colleges, stateowned enterprises and major cities occupies the hole location.③collaborative innovation status of urban scale and provincial scale decline, and national scale become the most important collaborative innovations spatial carrier. Thus, the less developed areas should expand the innovation space scale and innovation field, and give play to the role of enterprise innovation main body and technology of a goalkeeper. Then, it's necessary to construct the innovation market systems which are conducive to the innovation resources flowing and innovative cooperation. And establishing the innovation community and industryuniversityresearch "innovation triangle" are also needed.

    Combining with the characteristics which are developmental predominance and innovative dependence of the strategic emerging industries, basing on four-three structure innovation system, and from four dimensions of R&D innovation, transformation of innovation, product innovation, and carrier innovation to construct evaluation index system of innovation capability of strategic emerging industries. Taking the four dimensions as the influence factors of industry profitability, test results show that the influence degree of the four dimensions is unbalanced, only carrier innovation has significant impact, and synergistic effect of transformation innovation and carrier innovation is obvious. Considering disequilibrium and regional difference of innovation value chain, using equilibrium criterion and composite index to design balanced innovation ability of screening system, selecting eight provinces of Guangdong, Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei as balanced promotion zone of innovation capacity for strategic emerging industries. Finally, it proposes policy suggestions of the R&D innovation advantage of innovation value chain spreading to the middle end.

    Based on the raw data of 1831 literature paper from the databases of ISI Web of Science and domestic CNKI, this study uses the literature visualization software, CiteSpace V and applies the knowledge map in Scientometrics to draw a knowledge framework and the research progress about the collaborative management. By means of literature time analysis, keyword analysis, key literature analysis, domestic and foreign research progress analysis and cluster analysis, this study seeks to find out the research progress, knowledge group and Hot spots and frontiers about the collaborative management. The results showed that collaborative management which has distinct Chinese characteristics is rooted in the concept of China management with foreign literature focusing on the supply chain coordination and domestic literature focusing on collaborative management software. Domestic research has four different development stages with the stage of the rise of collaborative management concept, the stage of the application of collaborative management concept in supply chain management, the stage of the extensive use stage of cooperative office software, and the stage of the adjustment of collaborative mechanism and mode. Besides, Collaborative software, Internet of things, collaborative products and collaborative processes have become hot topics in collaborative management research.

    In the current global economy, how to impel firms’ proprietary innovation has received increasing attention. Based on organizational learning theory, this study builds a theoretical model about technical learning, managerial learning, technological complexity, and proprietary innovation, and then employs a survey data of 252 Chinese firms to test the related hypothesises. The empirical results suggest that, technical learning has an inverted-U effect on proprietary innovation while managerial learning has a positive effect. The interaction between technical learning and managerial learning has a positive effect on proprietary innovation. Technological complexity positively moderates the relationship between technical learning and proprietary innovation while negatively moderates the relationship between managerial learning and proprietary innovation.

    This paper use mediating effect regression method and propensitymatchpointing method (PSM) to explore the influences of founder's technical knowledge assets, founder's shareholding ratio and ChairCEO duality of founders on innovation performance.Using a sample of 180 technological SMEs listed on the national equities exchange and quotations in Zhong Guancun from 2012 to 2015, we find that there is a significant positive correlation between founder's technical knowledge assets and ChairCEO duality of founders.The founder's technical knowledge assets promote the two founders' unionization through some mediating effects of the founder's shareholding ratio.The ChairCEO duality of founders can significantly improve corporate innovation performance.This study analyzes the internal mechanisms by which the founders of technological knowledge assets can improve innovation performance and confirme that the ChairCEO duality of founders are better promoters of technological innovation, which provides a new idea of corporate governance structures for SMEs in the future.

    In this article, the modularity concept is firstly introduced to analyze the theoretical connotation of the collaboration innovation. A collaboration innovation network model featuring useroriented is presented, in which the management of networking resources is discussed from an ecology perspective, in this regard above network is evolving into a selforganizing collaborative innovation ecological cycle featuring enterprise as core and networking resources dynamic optimization. Moving forward, an exploratory case regarding Haier's T series air conditioning case is systematically analyzed, in which the practices relating to the modularitybased collaborative innovation to push forward their product innovation and technology upgrading is discussed. Finally, some micromechanisms in above case for the management of networking resources are also introduced. The outcome of this paper presented could be of reference to China enterprises during their exploration in product modularity, and will also be beneficial for their construction of modularitybased collaborative innovation network combining the management for networking resources under internet age.

    According to grounded theory,the configuration dimensions of manufacturing enterprise servization are refined and confirmed based on current literature from value realization viewpoint.Taking Huawei,lenovo and Xiaomi,etc.as typical cases,optimal configuration dimension characteristics of manufacturing enterprise with different servization value realization ways are analyzed and configuration adjusting orientations are confirmed.The interacting relationship among these dimensions are confirmed based on correlation analysis and interpretative structural modeling method,and then the optimized configuration adjusting paths are offered. The research can provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for manufacturing enterprises to realize the key points of management, determine the optimal configuration characteristics, adjust the priority sequence and so on. 

    Artificial intelligence (AI) is a global trend in the development of contemporary science and technology. In the absence of human intervention, AI has gradually been able to make inventions and innovations independently. However, the current laws do not clarify the legal status of inventions independently created by AI so that the legal application tends to malfunction. First-mover advantages, the accession protection mode and the service invention protection mode are the typical countermeasures in the current theory. Among them, the service invention protection mode is more consistent with the legal order of the human domain law and the environment of patent protection in China. "AI itself" is regarded as "employee" and fictioned as "inventor" while "AI user" is regarded as "employer" and fictioned as patentee. In addition, the patent law shall open up a "green channel" for AI inventions within the examination period, draw 5% of the turnover as a special AI fund in the aspect of dynamic trading and perfect compulsory licensing terms.

    Selected samples of 212 employees and their leaders as our research targets, and studied the influence of leaders′ FAP on the subordinates′ creativity from the perspective of the Followership AntiPrototype (FAP) of the Implicit Followership Theories (IFTs). At the same time, the mediating role of work passion and the moderating role of social selfefficacy were tested. The results show that leaders′ FAP has a significant negtive predictive effect on creativity and work passion; work passion plays an mediating role between the leaders′ FAP and the creativity; Social selfefficacy plays a negative role between leaders′ FAP and work passion. Social selfefficacy weakens the work passion′ mediating role between leaders′ FAP and creativity. Therefore, the results not only explore the FAP research perspective of IFTs, but also enrich the contents of IFTs.

    The crux of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities has long been regarded as the 'last mile' issue. This paper, however, by the analysis based on RCV framework, shows that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities has insurmountable huge gap in three dimensions under current system. Although the previous policies, which promote the transformation, have been implemented a lot, the area between the top and the end of the industrial chains, that is, universities' cuttingedge technology research sector and the technology commercialization sector respectively, is still not set foot in. To solve this problem, a policy design for synchronizing the two sectors is needed. To fully inspire the university researchers' endogenous power, evaluation mechanism and scientific achievements ownership reform are necessary. On the one hand universities have to set up a 'professor series' for those scientific development researchers, on the other hand the research team should get proper intellectual property right. For the market aspect, to cultivate a group of enterprises or institutions, specializing in the further R & D of universities' nonmature cuttingedge technology, could effectively promoting the synergies between industrial chains and technological chains.

    Through combing innovation index and index system which have high acceptance both at home and abroad, a innovation index system with 3 first class index, 11 second class index and 21 third class index is built to calculate the cultural and technological fusion innovation index of 11 provinces in Yangtze River Economic Belt, which are based on three dimensions of microcosmic, macroscopic and fusion characteristics. After special analysis of the index in Hubei province from 2006 to 2015, the result shows that the gap between provinces is large and 11 provinces can be divided into three gradients. The cultural and technological fusion innovation index of Hubei is complex, which have different problems in different dimensions, and various policy measures should be taken to solve problems.

    Crossboundary innovation has become a common mode of innovation in the new era of sustainable development, it's seeming out of a familiar field and into a new field. Actually, the enterprises under the CrossBoundary thinking, based on enterprise capacity and internal and external resource, integrate the internal and external value of the enterprise reorganization the enterprise system. This paper based on the Concept, Content, Causes, Hierarchy, Field, Form, of the CrossBoundary innovation, the key success factors of crossBoundary innovation lie in the capability and organizational restructuring level of crossBoundary enterprises. Besides, the external legitimacy and strategic behavior of crossBoundary activities themselves are also the key factors affecting crossBoundary innovation performance.
