    Organizational character is becoming a source of differentiation competitive advantage in new economic environment. The study is designed based on cognitive psychology. Some descriptive words for organizational character are gained by a questionnaire survey of employees. Five dimensions of organizational character in Chinese contexts are extracted by coding through qualitative analysis. And then, the differences in representation of different type organizations and in cognition of different kind employees are analyzed by the method of independent sample test. The results show that: the organizational character includes five dimensions, that is, innovation, agreeableness, openness, responsibility, and development; these dimensions can be concluded into three clusters, that is, emotion, thought and target, and thereby constitute a complete system, which is called as "Five Organizational Character" theoretical framework; there are significant differences in representation and cognition, and this indicates that the organizational character is endogenous as well as exogenous, and it is scientific that we explain it from perspectives both of personality psychology and cognitive psychology. Organizational character's dimensions and their differences in representation and cognition also give us many other important management implications for better character cultivation of Chinese enterprises.

    Given the rapid development of social economy, technological convergence attracts increasing attention in recent few years. This study investigates the effect of technological convergence on innovation performance at the organizational level. In addition to the direct effect of technological convergence on innovation, we address the moderating roles of technological knowledge maturity and technological knowledge flow on the direct effect. The empirical analyses, which employ negative binomial regression models, use data of 2025 patents granted to Chinese organizations by the USPTO. The results show that an increase in technological convergence has an inverted Ushaped relationship on innovation performance. Also, we find that the technological knowledge maturity and technological knowledge flow of organizations negatively moderate the relationship between technological convergence and innovation performance, respectively. This article finally give the policy and management implications on how to enhance the innovation performance of organizations.

    Due to the different backgrounds of investors, incubators have heterogeneity in construction goals and interest demands, resulting in different performance of incubating ability. Based on the investigation and analysis of the incubator current status and regional distribution,537 incubators in Guangdong Province in 2016 are used as samples to compare the differences from input-output perspectives. The results show that there are significant differences in incubating ability of different investment subject incubators, while government incubators contribute the most to scientific and technological innovation, the construction of soft power has not reached the expected implementation effect. Private incubators have basically achieved their initial goal and interests, contribute significantly to the level of regional entrepreneurship. However, the enterprises that are driven by "chaseprofit" are not necessarily the best in technological innovation; the incubators built by universities fail to make full use of the advantages of entrepreneurial mentors, the innovation and entrepreneurship are weaker. Based on the above conclusions, some reflections on the development of incubators are put forward in order to provide reference for the operation of incubators and government management.

    The research of organizational emotion is a new research topic of emotion rising gradually in the world recently.According to conservation of resource theory and resource based view,organizational emotion is an important organizational resource.But there is no clear explanation about resource transfer mechanism of organizational emotion,and this seriously influence intensive study of emotion theory.This paper,based on the perspective of formation and transformation of resource in the context of Chinese local culture,reveals leadermember exchange needs to go through three stages of role acquisition,role play and role habituation; Emotional interaction of internal scene of organization needs to go through three stages of emotional stimulus,emotional organism and emotional response; emotional resource shutting needs to go through four stages of individual unit,between unit,in organizational system and between system.And then,it explores the mechanism of transforming emotional resources into innovative intellectual resources.Finally,it points out future directions in organizational emotion research.

    The incubation network is an important carrier of resource integration and innovation appreciation has been pointed out by the scholars, but the researches on the incubation network performance are relative lack of. This paper mainly studies on the different effects of the impact of different incubation network governance and network negative effects on network performance, the research hypothesis has been put forward based on literature review and logical deduction, taking Xi'an and other places' incubation networks as the objects of questionnaire survey and using of layer regression method for empirical test. The results show that the contract governance mechanism has inverted U effect on the performance of incubator network, relationship governance mechanism has a positive impact on the performance of incubator network; the negative effects of the network structure and network behavior have negative impact on the performance of incubator network; Further empirical results show that the two types of network negative effects (structure and behavior) play different mediating roles, While inhibiting the performance of incubation networks.

    Taking the science and technology talent pooling area as the research object, the paper creatively introduces complex networks to determine the concentration of science and technology talents in the core cities.At the same time, the Wilson model and the field strength model are combined for the first time to measure the radiation effect of science and technology talent pooling cities.The results show that there is a large spatial heterogeneity in the gathering of science and technology talents in our country, with a multilevel coreperiphery distribution; there is a big difference in the radiation range and radiation intensity in the core area where science and technology talents gather;At the same time, the paper gives the core area distribution and radiation effect intensity of the science and technology talents in our country.Based on this, some suggestions on how to optimize the development of talent structure are put forward to relevant regions in order to provide some theoretical reference for narrowing the development of the region.

    Improving the Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)is the reality requirements of energy demand and increasing constraints of resource. However, the "porter hypothesis" and "pollution haven" inspection about GTFP are unable to achieve a same conclusion in academic circle. This paper measures GTFP in each province On the basis of SBM model. Firstly ,analyzing Technology innovation、foreign direct investment 's direct indirect effect to GTFP under environmental regulation perspective. Secondly, inspecting the "porter hypothesis" and "pollution haven" about GTFP. Finally ,exploring the space overflow effect. Results indicate that: ①Under national level, environmental regulation, technology innovation level, foreign direct investment can promote regional GTFP to net utility. "porter hypothesis" and "pollution haven" are established;②In the provinces with intermediate level of foreign investment , the "pollution paradise effect" of environmental regulation will exceed the "pollution halo effect"; In the provinces with high foreign direct investment, the "pollution halo effect" of environmental regulation will exceed the "pollution paradise effect";③In the medium level of environmental regulation, the "compensation effect" of technological innovation is greater than the negative effect of "following cost", and the "porter hypothesis" is verified; In the provinces with high environmental regulation, the "porter hypothesis" is not valid.(4) Environmental regulation, environmental regulation with technology innovation、foreign direct investment's multiply items have an negative impact on the surrounding area to GTFP, which shows that the regional polluting enterprises is only "transfer" but "transformation". Improving local pollution will hurt the surrounding areas.

    The Malmquist index method is used to measure the operational efficiency of China's technology market from 2006 to 2015, and GeoDa is used to spatially analyze the efficiency values of 30 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions). The main research conclusions include China's technology market's overall operating efficiency changes show an upward trend. Under the condition of unchanged output, the technical market's operating efficiency increases by an average of 7.2% per year. The overall increase in efficiency is rooted in the increase in the overall technical efficiency and the increase in efficiency. The small extent is mainly caused by technical changes; overall Moran's I shows that there is a negative correlation between the operating efficiency of the technical markets in each province (municipality, autonomous region), and the results of clustering analysis indicate that the eastern and northeast regions are economically developed. Agglomeration is high, while in the western region, there is a low concentration of efficiency; in terms of spatial changes, spatial concentration of technology markets is inconsistent. The concentration of technology markets in areas with low levels of economic development is much lower than in regions with high levels of economic development. After 2012, the development of posttechnology markets has become more and more consistent.

    Based on the urgency of Chinese enterprises engaged in basic research in the Post-Internet era, this paper discussed how to guide enterprises to participate in basic research. Through the category logic relationship obtained by the literature coding analysis method, this paper constructed the driving mechanism for enterprises' basic research action, which was composed of extrusion by developed countries, urge by public opinion, requirement by strong country strategic, pressure by market survival and enterprise responsibility. Among them, extrusion by developed countries,urge by public opinion, requirement by strong country strategic and pressure by market survival were external driving factors, and enterprise responsibility was the internal drive factor. The research suggested that it should improve external innovation environment and motivate the initiative for enterprise's basic research. Further, the process of enterprise basic research could be promoted to build a scientific and technological powerful nation for China.

    We focus on the innovation activity of Chinese firms, and examine the effects of technology transfer, the interaction between technology transfer and constructive conflict, and the interaction between technology transfer and destructive conflict on radical innovation performance of technology receivers. In addition, we explore the moderating role of realized absorptive capacity of technology receivers. Then we explore the relationships using data from 251 Chinese firms. The findings show that technology transfer has a positive relationship with radical innovation performance of technology receivers. The interaction between technology transfer and constructive conflict is complementary to radical innovation performance of technology receivers. The interaction between technology transfer and destructive conflict is detrimental to radical innovation performance of technology receivers. Realised absorptive capacity of technology receivers enhances the positive relationship between technology transfer and radical innovation performance.

    The previous literature preliminarily tested the relationship between information technology usage and open innovation, but they did not explore the influence mechanism of information technology usage on open innovation.Therefore, the paper studied the effect of information technology usage on enterprise open innovation and explained the influence mechanism between them from the perspective of transaction cost.The study shows that information technology is an important factor that promotes enterprise open innovation.In addition, the extension analyses show the fowling conclusions.Firstly, the promotion effect of information technology usage to vertical innovation cooperation is stronger than social innovation cooperation.Secondly, the promotion effect of information technology usage on open innovation in hightech industry is higher than in lowtech industry.Finally, the promotion of regional trust degree is helpful to enhance the promotion effect of information technology usage on open innovation.The existence of difference of transaction cost in open innovation between innovation cooperation types, industries and regions is an important factor that leads to the promotion effect of information technology usage on open innovation is different between innovation cooperation types, industries and regions, which supports the influence mechanism put forward by theoretical analysis.

    This paper selects data of private listed companies in China from 2013 to 2016 as the research sample,based on perspective of management power allocation,this paper explored innovation decision motivators and rules,the research results showed that:①based on the difference in function between R&D and marketing,innovative behavior decision tendency of technology innovation and market innovation showed differentiated evolution with the increase of management power allocation degree,specifically expressed as the management power is positively related to technical innovation and negatively related to market innovation; ②corporate growth status has significant adjust influence on the relationship between the management power and technological innovation which concrete expression to:when the corporate operation risk is higher,the promote of management power to technological innovation will be weakened,when the company profitability is stronger,the promote of management power to technological innovation will be intensified; ③corporate growth status has little adjust influence on the relationship between management power and market innovation,the influence mechanism of management power to innovation behavior won’t change by the difference of corporate operation risk and profitability.

    Strengthening the innovative ability under the background of incomplete external competitive environments is essential for the innovation-driven strategy in China. Based on the mechanics analysis of incomplete external competitive environments, this paper revisits the effects of ownership structure on innovation using theories such as transaction cost, principleagent conflict and principle-principle conflict. Based on which, the paper constructs an unbalanced panel censored dataset including ownership diversity and ownership density. Then the panel Tobit model is estimated using the above dataset and two kinds of robustness test are executed to make sure the right specification of the model. The result show that ownership structure significantly affects the innovation performance of the company through two channels, i.e., ownership concentration and ownership diversity; the relationship between innovation performance and ownership structure takes on inverse U shape; compared to ownership concentration, the ownership diversity matters more; ownership diversity is a vital channel through which the company can attain most of the necessary sources of innovation and the company can reduce the PA conflict and P-P conflict.

A well-structured regional innovation policy network means the high density of network, the equilibrium of network centrality, the restriction of the power of cohesive subgroups, and the high cooperativeness of network. The strategies of governance of regional innovation policy network include selection, introduction and stimulation of policy actors, condensation and cultivation of common values, clarification and adjustment of organizational rules, and proper resolution of conflicts of policy interests.

    In addition to the conventional role of protecting technology output,patent plays an information role in the communication between firms and their stakeholders.Recently studies have been focused on the signaling value of patents in capital market,suggesting patents as quality signals are recognized by investors.Also studies show that the signaling effect of patents depends on to what extent investors know about firms.Further,this study discusses if patents’ signaling effect depends on what investors know about firms.Specifically,this study proposes in negative signal context (firms with lower past performance,higher return volatility,higher future uncertainty),the signaling value of patents would be stronger and vice versa.Panel data analysis based on 1787 firms on Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market from 2000 to 2011 support these hypotheses.Patent number has positive effect on external financing,and the effect is stronger in negative context.Robustness test shows that invention patents have stronger signaling effect than noninvention patents,and private firms benefit more from patent signal than stateowned firms do.

    In recent years, the number of research and literature on civil military integration has increased rapidly.However, from the perspective of strategic planning, the practice of military and civilian integration is faced with the plight of the existing too numerous research conclusions and the lack of relevant theoretical support.From the perspective of process analysis, combined with the factors of technological development, technological innovation and scientific and technological organization, this paper constructs a threedimension framework for analyzing the innovation system of civil military integration.This paper focuses on the construction process and potential significance of the framework, and uses this framework to analyze the situation of military and civilian technology innovation in the main countries of the world.It is considered that the research framework can better explain the current situation of the development of military and civilian integration technology.Moreover, the construction process of the analysis framework has a good reference value for the future strategic planning of military and civilian integration technology development and other similar areas.

    The scale expansion and the efficiency improvement of science and technology innovation are two key ways to enhance a country's science and technology innovation ability. Few scholars evaluate national science & technology innovation ability combined with two factors, such as the scale and the efficiency of science and technology innovation. Therefore, the paper ensures the scale indicators of science and technology innovation based on the factor analysis method. And combined with the efficiency indicators of science and technology innovation, the evaluation indicator system of science and technology innovation is improved. Then, the DEAMalmquist model is given, to evaluate the changing of the efficiency index of science and technology innovation among different periods, and evaluate temporal and spatial differences of science and technology innovation ability between China and other ten countries in 1991-2014, and ensures the changing of influenced factors of science and technology innovation ability and the decomposition analysis of the efficiency factors. The evaluation results show that, the intensity of science & technology investment, R&D researchers, patent applications, the number of scientific journals, the high tech exports and the efficiency of science and technology innovation are the key influence factor of science and technology innovation ability. The ability index of China's science & technology innovation has increased exponentially in the 23 years, ranking ninth of 11 countries in 1991-1992 to ranking first of 11 countries in 2013-2014, to contribute to technological progress and scientific and technological strength in China. The ability index of science and technology innovation in global ten countries was relatively stable. Japan has seen a relatively large decline after a slight increase, and the other nine countries all presented a small incremental trend.

    With the data of 2009-2015, based on taking the Malmquist index to evaluate the innovation efficiency of IndustryUniversityResearch in six central provinces, the paper uses the gray relational degree to explore the impact of innovation efficiency of IndustryUniversityResearch on the provincial innovation in six central provinces. The study finds that the innovation efficiency of the three subjects of Henan, Anhui and Hunan achieves the growth, and the innovation efficiency of the three subjects of Hubei, Jiangxi and Shanxi doesn't all achieve the growth. The innovation efficiency of the enterprise in Shanxi, Anhui and Hubei has the greatest impact on the provincial innovation, which is the Enterprisedominant type; the innovation efficiency of the university in Hunan has the greatest impact on the provincial innovation, which is the Universitydominant type; the innovation efficiency of the research in Henan and Jiangxi has the greatest impact on the provincial innovation, which is the Researchdominant type. In addition, there is the inconsistency between change situation and the dominant type of innovation efficiency of the three subjects in six central provinces. The results will help the six central provinces to formulate corresponding measures to improve the innovation efficiency of IndustryUniversityResearch, then to promote the development of provincial innovation.

Based on the theory of social exchange theory,this research constructs a moderating mediating model to explore the psychological mechanism of service leadership affecting responsibility behavior.With the help of 322 sets of paired questionnaire,it is found that service leadership is positively related to responsibility behavior; this relationship is mediated by interactional justice; power distance orientation has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between interactional justice and responsibility behavior; and power distance orientation also negative moderates the indirect effect of interactional justice on the relationship between servant leadership and responsibility behavior.This research could provide inspiration and advice for relevant theoretical research and practice of management in public sector.

    Followership Motivation is an important topic in the followership field. So far, few discussions about it can be found. Based on the theory of causalityorientations and PA theory, this study proposes the concept and model followership motivation. And we use qualitative method to explore some measurement items of followership motivation. Then, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis have been carried out, and finally a scale of 2 dimensions including 9 items has been developed. The results show that "Followership Motivation" consists of two firstorder factors, naming "reference regulation" and "relationship orientation", and their measurement items have a good reliability and validity. The results fill and improve existing cognition domain about Followership Motivation,and it is helpful to promote some relative empirical studies. In addition, it is also helpful for leaders going deep into followers.
