The Impact of Venture Capital Firms' Reputation on Their Decision Making
Using data from PE data Database during the period from 2000 to 2015, it explores the role VC firms' reputation plays in their decision making. The empirical results show that the higher reputation of a VC firm, the higher the likelihood it inclines to invest in a highrisk emerging industry. In addition, the higher the reputation of a VC firm, the more likely it adopts strategies to reduce risks it faces, such as the syndication and laterstage investment. The abovementioned empirical results mean that reputation increases double pressure from aspirations for future performance and consistent performance. Further test indicates that, the sector's legitimation will intensify the relation between VC firms' reputation and their investment in the emerging industry.

A Study on the Innovation of Operating Models of Internet ecotechnology Crowd Funding
At present, there are two basic operating models in the Internet ecotechnology crowd funding——equitybased crowd funding model and rewarded crowd funding model. To begin with, this paper summarizes the problems of operating models in the protection of intellectual property, government support, legal norms, credit risks, social cognition and the professionalism of Internet ecotechnology crowd funding platform. In addition, it is based on such problems which are mentioned before, and we combined the paper with the characteristics of the Scitech SMEs and science and technology projects. Moreover, this paper puts forward the intellectual property protection model, the government support model, linkage model and credit enhancement model. Last but not least, it offers a proposal for the construction of the collaborative supervision mechanism of Internet ecotechnology crowd funding on legal supervision, selfsupervision, the internal control of crowd funding platforms, social supervision and government support aspects, and we hope to regulate and promote the operation of Internet ecotechnology crowd funding model, and support the development of technical middle and smallsized enterprises.

Research on the Evolution of UniversityIndustry Collaboration Innovation Network Based on Spatial Perspective in China
Based on the perspective of spatial network tie, this paper researched the evolution of UI collaboration innovation networks in China by using the universityindustry collaborative patent data. With increasingly number of innovation actors, this paper show that the innovation network has been covered in the whole country, however, it tends to be unbalanced for the spatial distribution of regional innovation interaction between innovation center area and non central area. That is increasingly obvious of the path dependence for spatial network tie, and presents the asymmetry phenomenon of technical knowledge transfer, and collaborative innovation activities present innovation center location lock, inefficiency network collaborative innovation effect. On the whole, that shows evolution of network pattern for the UI collaboration gravity core from "single core" to "three nuclear", the national innovation system is increasingly dependent on few central regions, the contradiction will be continued to enlarge between the local radiation effect of the central regional technology knowledge and national interregional balanced development. Therefore, it is necessary to allocation of resources optimize the organizational form of spatial network, promote the effect of spatial synergy innovation, and boost the evolution of national innovation system to the balanced innovation ecosystem.

The Empirical Study of Synergetic Innovation Quadruple Helix based on State Space mode
Based on the triple helix theory, the study built a quadruple helix model of synergy innovation which includes government, industry, university and research institutes, and capital department. The study chooses 6 kind of influence factors by using literature induction. Then, the study uses the synergy degree of synergy innovation as dependent variable. Finally, the study dynamically analyzes the influence direction, influence magnitude and influence trend of these factors by using state space mode. The results shows that, first, Chinese economic factor is promotion with continuous improvement. Second, Chinese technology market size and innovation industry scale are first inhibition after promotion, and the promotion is continuously improving. Third, Chinese product market demand and innovation input are inhibition, and the inhibition is continuously improving. Finally, Chinese innovation output shows the promoting role, and the promotion improves first, and declines after, and stay stable at last. This study also puts forward different policy proposals to promote Chinese synergetic innovation based on the results of dynamic analysis.

Spatialtemporal Coupled Coordination between National Hightech Zones and City Economic Development
Based on the panel data of 54 national hightech zones and their located cities from 2008 to 2014 ,the paper employs the DEA model, entropy method and the coupling and coordinating model to estimate the level of national hightech zones development, city efficiency and their coupling coordination degree. The spatialtemporal dynamics and determinants of the coupling coordination degree are also analyzed. Conclusions are as follows. Firstly, the average coupling degree of national hightech zones and city development has been improved from runningin type to the high type, but the average coordination degree is increasing slowly and still belonging to the medium coordination stage. Secondly, Beijing and other six cities have achieved the high level of coordination development; Mianyang and other four cities belongs to the low level; Harbin and other twentyseven cities have been trapped into the medium stage of coordination development. Lastly, the size, quality and innovation of national hightech zones and the located cities economic efficiency have a positive and significant effect on the coordination degree.

The Study on the Environmental Performance Evaluation of BeijingTianjinHebei Region with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Method
The improvement of resource environment performance index is a core and key issue to resume the ecological environment.This thesis takes advantage of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure and analyze the static as well as the dynamic environmental performance levels during the year 2005-2015 in BeijingTianjinHebei region based on the establishment of an environmental performance evaluation index system.Malmquist Index divides environmental performance into technical efficiency change and Index and technical change index which is applied in this thesis to investigate the relative contributions of these decomposed indexes to the environmental performance measurement.The result is:firstly,both of the costs and gains in BeijingTianjinHebei region to resume the environment increase gradually year by year.Secondly,Beijing and Tianjin cities get higher overall environmental performance levels than Hebei province while the rank from the year 2005 to 2011 is Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,but when it comes to the year from 2012 to 2015,the rank is Tianjin,Beijing and Hebei (except 2013).At last,the reason why Hebei Province lags behind is its lower technical progress rate and total factor productivity.Malmquist Index waves to a certain extent,and the fact is produced by the variation of technical change index.Moreover,this thesis ends up with the strategies and suggestion concerning how to improve the environmental performance level of BeijingTianjinHebei region.

Traditional Industrial Innovation Upgrade Path Driven by Sharing Economy
This study analyzes the "service" characteristics of sharing economy and use the multilevel perspective analysis framework to build the path level of traditional industrial upgrading innovation system in sharing economic environment. It analyzes the elements, functions and characteristics of each hierarchy in the path and discusses the dynamic mechanism of sharing economy which can promote upgrading of traditional industries. It simulates the hierarchical path model of the traditional industrial innovation realization, then verified the model by the example that based on the development of the innovation enterprise in Jiangsu Zhejiang and Shanghai. Then concluded that:sharing economy can drive traditional industry innovation system to realize the virtuous circle of sustainable development path, which based on internal and coordination between different levels;the openness and the regulation of sharing platform is the core content of medium technology domain of social change;establish a new formats for sharing credit system, perfect the institutional constraints, so to optimize promote adjustment between variables and inhibition ratio.

Is There a "Structural Bonus Hypothesis" in China's Hightech Industry?

This paper describes the evolution of the structure of labor force and capital, the factor productivity and its growth rate of China's hightech industry. By using the shiftshare method to deconstruct the growth of factor productivity, this paper examines respectively the structural contribution of crosssector, crossprovincial and crossownership flow of factors to the productivity growth. We find that(i) the crosssector flow of both labor force and capital has produced "structural bonus";(ii) the crossprovincial flow of both labor force and capital has produced "structural negative bonus";(iii) the crossownership flow of labor force has produced weak "structural bonus" while the crossownership flow of capital has produced "structural negative bonus". It enlightens us that administrative intervention should be rationally reduced to facilitate the flow of factors of the hightech industry. We should try to break the regional and ownership financing discrimination and gradually establish a unified hightech industry labor market.

The Impact of Entrepreneurs' Background Characteristics on Technologybased Startups Performance: A Mediated Moderation Model
Based on the innovation input as the mediator and ownership structure as the moderator, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurs' background characteristics and technologybased startups performance.It makes an empirical test above 254 listed companies by multivariate statistical analysis.The results show that:entrepreneurs'age has negative impact on performance and degree, major and functional background have positive effect on performance; innovation input plays a partial intermediary role between entrepreneurs' background characteristics and performance; ownership structure positively moderates the relationship between age and innovation input and negatively moderates the relationship between functional background and innovation input; ownership structure moderates the relationship between age, functional background and performance by regarding innovation input as mediation.

The Mode Construction and Implementation Path of Boundaryspanning Innovation for Entrepreneurial Enterprises
The background of the new normal economy and the proposal of national innovation driven strategy pose challenges and opportunities for startups. The increasing uncertainty of the external environment stimulates the emergence of open innovation. Boundaryspanning innovation, as a form of open innovation, is an effective way for small and micro enterprises to achieve leapfrog development. Successful boundary spanning innovation plays a very active role in industrial transformation and upgrading and national economic development. Based on the boundaryspanning search perspective, this paper uses SPS case study method to collect and analyze the relevant cases, and initially constructs the framework of boundaryspanning innovation of traditional small and micro enterprises. By searching the knowledge resources, science and technology and social relations crossing boundaries, enterprises realize the promotion of combination of boundaryspanning strategy and boundary spanning ability in different dimensions. It is not only an effective mode of enterprise to achieve boundaryspanning innovation, but also the mechanism of continuous innovation of small and micro businesses.

Crossmarket Network Effect and Disruptive Innovation of Platform Type Latecomer Firms in Crossboundary Operation
It is a trend in the Internet age that platformtype companies enter new fields and has disruptive innovation. The paper thinks that the crossboundary innovation behavior of platform enterprises is different from the innovation behavior of traditional enterprises. By establishing mathematical model and empirical analysis.The result shows that: Similar with traditional latecomer firms, installation foundation and network externality of the incumbent enterprise are still crossborder to platformtype latecomer firms' barrie to operation and crossborder innovation; In contrast to traditional latecomer firms,In addition to the market breakthrough strategy, the technical innovation breakthrough strategy also has the impetus to the crossborder operation and crossborder innovation of the platform enterprise; Platform enterprise's largescale user resources,crossmarket network effect and advanced innovation model are helpful to improve the innovation of its crossborder products.

Family Involvement and Entrepreneurial Orientation in Family Firms: Moderating Role of Environment and Operating Difficulty
This paper aims to explore the effect of family involvement on entrepreneurial orientation(EO) of family firms,and to examine the moderating role of environment munificence,institutional environment,and operating difficulty in this relationship using the data of family firms in eight provinces in China.First,we find that family generations,and family culture positively impact EO of family firms.Second,we also find that environmental munificence,and institutional environment intensify the effect of family generations,and family culture on EO of family firms,and operating difficulty intensify the effect of family culture on EO of family firms.This paper extends current understanding about antecedents of EO in family firms.

We have thoroughly investigated and systematically analyzed the Transformation of Science and technology Achievements in China based on field research and indepth interviews with subjects after the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements been amended in 2015. The problems is concentrated on three aspects: the conflict between the new and existing mesolevel polices, lack of implementing microlevel's regulations, and some other difficult problems. We advise issuing mesolevel policies and microlevel's regulations and establishing thirdparty interpretion to promote and improve the relevant system.

Team Conflict, Conflict Alleviating,Cohesiveness, and Team Performance:A Longitudinal Study
The relationship research of "task conflict→relationship conflict→conflict alleviating→cohesiveness→team performance" can improve team conflict management theory development, and can also provide theoretically guidance to how to translate project team, task team or problem solving team's conflict to a kinetic energy increasing team performance in accordance with an integrative viewpoint of absolute view and relative view. Based on a two time point sample data every half-year of 105 teams of national and provincial students' platform for innovation and entrepreneurship training program from 9 universities in Tianjin, this paper uses structural equation models examine the theoretical hypothesis. The results show that relationship conflict has a more direct, positive and significant effect on team cohesiveness than task conflict; "emotion regulation and task network intensity" and "communicating and cooperation" are two effective pathway to alleviate team conflict; cohesiveness is the most direct factor in team composition, structure and process, which can effect team performance.〖JP〗

Research on the Collaborative Innovation Strategy Conception and Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Team Clusters
Combined with multi-agent cooperation objectives, process and performance coordination needed in the innovation and entrepreneurial interaction process, with the analysis view of synergetics to system correlation and state, proposed the theory and methods of entrepreneurial team clusters collaborative strategy evaluation. Integrated related outcomes' research progress to entrepreneurial organization management and multi-team coordination, structured given the elements constitution of entrepreneurial team clusters collaborative strategy from four dimension, respectively are community, environment, opportunities and capacity, on the basis of discussing entrepreneurial team clusters' objectives, capital and efficacy, refined the concept of "innovation strategy coordination degree", which can characterize element system collaborative effectiveness. Effect of Maker Space Support on the Innovation Performance of College Student Makers Team and Its Mechanisms
Maker space is the main carrier of the maker movement,and provides the most direct innovation environment and service for the maker team.First of all,based on organizational support theory,put forward maker space support structure,and divides it into innovation atmosphere and project operation support;secondly,the research examines the effect of maker space support on the innovation performance of makers team,also explores the intervening effect of innovation ability and the moderating effect maker team efficacy on the relationship between innovation ability and innovation performance.The data is collected from 179 maker teams.The results show that the two dimensions of maker space support have strong positive effect on maker team innovation performance;innovation capability plays an intermediary role in the above relationship;maker team efficacy can adjust the relationship between the guest team innovation capacity and innovation performance.

Research on MultiLevel Tacit Features and Evolution Model Construction of Empirical Tacit Knowledge
Knowledge is divided into tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, according to whether it can be accurately expressed. However, the research on the knowledge management is affected and puzzled, for only one criterion in judging the feature of knowledge. To deal with this problem, a novel concept of multilevel tacit features of knowledge is presented in our paper. The only one tacit feature is expanded to three features. Knowledge can be divided more specifically based on three features. And then the tacit knowledge evolution model of two dimensions is proposed. The multiple characteristics of the knowledge evolution process from tacit to explicit are discussed. Finally, we show several cases to validate the feasibility of the proposed models. Satisfactory results are reached for the study.

Study on Dynamic Relationship between IntermediaryFirm Interactions and Absorptive Capabilities in Technological Small Firms
It is desirable to penetrate deep into the dynamic relationship between intermediaryfirm interactions and absorptive capabilities in technological small firms, for the guidance to enhance firms’ absorptive capabilities.Therefore, the paper established a system dynamic model for simulating the relationships between the two via software of Vensim PLE, supported by the theoretical framework how the intermediaryfirm interactions affect on the absorptive capabilities evolution.The results reveal the firm's absorptive capabilities evolution characterized by exponential growth, and intermediaryfirm interactions play a positive action on absorptive capabilities with increasing marginal contribution.The leverage effect of the intermediaryfirm interactions on firm's absorptive capabilities increases, while intermediaryfirm interactions rise to higher hierarchy and level.There is threshold mass when intermediaryfirm interactions leverage firm's absorptive capabilities.
