    Based on resource basic theory and dynamic ability theory, this study examines the interaction mechanism of knowledge structure, environmental turbulence and knowledgebased dynamic capability to radical innovation.Through empirical research, the results obtained by using hierarchical regression analysis methods and structural equation model indicate that elemental knowledge and architectural knowledge all can enchance radical innovation; knowledgebased dynamic capabilities mediate the relationship between knowledge structure and radical innovation; environmental turbulence has an inverted Ushaped relationship with radical innovation, and also has a negative effect on the relationship between knowledge structure and radical innovation.The results expand the relationship study between knowledge and radical innovation, and provide a theoretical reference for enterprises to optimize knowledge management to promote innovation activities.

    Based on the synergetic theory,this paper constructed the R&D personnel inputtechnology output composite system from three dimensional:region,department and type.Through the measurement of order and synergetic degree with each dimension of the subsystem and composite system,results shows:each dimension of the R&D personnel inputtechnology output composite subsystem is orderly,but the whole system is not synergetic.The order degree of R&D personnel input is the lowest under the type perspective,the weakness of basic research becomes bottleneck factor.The degree of order of R&D personnel inputtechnology output present a trend of cross development,it shows the hysteresis and scheduling nature of input and output.Finally,supported by the three basic principles of synergetic theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions about the coordinate development of R&D personnel inputtechnology output in the context of supplyside reform.〖JP〗

    How to detect and identify the future trend of emerging technologies with disruptive potential as early as possible is crucial for government R&D strategic planning and enterprises practices.As for avoiding the weakness of using publications and patents to study the development trends of emerging technologies,this paper proposes a method to analyze the development trends of emerging technologies based on socially aware analysis.Firstly,the data mining method based on keywords semantic association and semantic theme analysis is used to extract and analyze the aware information of emerging technologies.Then,the development trends of emerging technologies is analyzed by "visualization" and "knowledge discovery" of emerging technology socially aware.Finally,the perovskite solar cells technology is as a case study to analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.The method used in this paper provide a new perspective to study the development trends of emerging technologies.

    In contrast to the wellknown disruptive innovation theory, Christensen's methodology within developing his theory has not been paid any attention. Contrast the four phases of 30 management masters developing their theories in the Great Minds, this paper found that during the general research steps keeping with the four stages, Christensen has special contributions of his own: After distinguishing the exceptions form the anomalies, adopted the different solutions for the anomalies of different theoretical development stages; Basing on the induction, deduction and theoretical boundary questioning, three different forms of integrating the teaching and researching ware used in the different theory development state; Paid more attention to the research methodology, and used them to guide and strengthen his research actions; While showing the study, explained the reasons of the methodology or assumptions used in his works to enhance the credibility of the results and obtain more abroad effect. These findings can help us to reexamine the disruptive innovation theory from the perspective of research methodology, and also enlighten the researchers to focus on some helpful skills in our innovation activities.

    In order to reveal the question that formation and evolution of innovation network spatial pattern, we analyze the formation mechanism of innovation network spatial pattern based on multi adjacent. And agent theory is used to〖JP〗 design the simulation algorithm and innovation network spatial pattern evolution simulation platform is built based on NetLogo. Through simulation experiments, we find: ①Multiple proximity is more conducive to cooperation of the internal region and external region of innovation network, and cooperation (cross, internal) number of edges is positive correlation to the regional area while negative correlation to the adjacent distance; ②The social proximity or technology proximity is more conducive to innovation network (absolute) spatial agglomeration, meanwhile the agglomeration and the center of regional position are positive; ③ Innovation network spatial patterns presented the dynamic evolution trend that random type to plaque type (or uniform type), the social proximity or technology proximity is more benefit to innovation network (absolute) engender uniform spatial patterns, while geographical proximity or multiple is more advantage to innovation network produce the plaque type spatial pattern; ④Innovation network(spatial pattern) still maintain a powerlaw distribution features under the effect of the geographical factors; ⑤The plaque type spatial pattern of innovation performance is higher than the uniform type, and under the multiple proximity innovative performance of the patch type spatial pattern is highest.

    The low efficiency of social resource allocation caused by the planned economic system provides a starting point for the implementation of balanced innovation for Chinese enterprises. And with the balanced innovation caused by Pareto improved space gradually reduced, the use of nonbalanced innovation to promote the efficiency of resource use jump which has been urgent. In the implementation of the current national innovation strategy, the government can easily invade the boundaries of the social main innovation activities, resulting in the reduction or dissipation of innovation rents. The government's financial support to the innovation activities makes the innovation funds appear soft budget constraints, reduce the innovation efficiency, and increase the risk appetite of the innovation subject, amplify the innovation system risk, easily lead to capture the government behavior which leading to the reverse elimination of innovation. Therefore, it is very important to correctly understand the boundaries and risks of government in innovation activities and to promote China's innovation strategy.

    Agricultural crowdfunding,as a popular model of "Internet+Agriculture",has a great significance to the development of agriculture in China.In order to improve the agricultural crowdfunding projects' performance and increase farmers' income,this paper using the data of zhongchou website,studies the impact of the web page interaction and the sponsor qualification to the performance of agricultural crowdfunding projects.The results show that the number of shares,comments,minimum investment and sponsor qualifications have a significant positive impact to improve the performance of the projects' performance,other factors show some difference because of the different regions.Finally,the conclusions and policy recommendations provide theoretical guidance to promote the development of agriculture,crowdfunding platform and agricultural crowdfunding projects' performance.

    The flow of global innovation resources accelerates global innovation disparities, which provides opportunity for latercomer cities to promote the innovation capacities. This paper analyzes the spatial patterns and mechanism of global knowledge absorption of Shanghai, based on the analysis on patents extracting from United States Patent and Trademark Office. The patents' assignee city is Shanghai while more than one inventors of the patents are located outside of Mainland China. The results reveal that foreign multinational companies are the main actors to import global knowledge to Shanghai via their regional headquarters or regional R&D in Shanghai. Local returnee entrepreneur and state owned enterprises are less important due to their limited ability to manage global innovation resources. Therefore, we propose three suggestions to help Shanghai promote its role in global innovation networks and so to become global innovation center:firstly, innovation institutions and environment should be improved to encourage foreign R&D centers realize the technology commercialization locally; secondly, technologydriven crossborder M&As of private firms should be encouraged; finally, more offshore innovation platforms are needed to provide strong support for Shanghai to become a global center of excellence.

    Transformation, upgrading and sustainable development is strategic goal of Chinese modern agriculture.Based on constructing a theoretical model of total factor network in process of agricultural production, this paper analyzes the relationship between total factor network and integration of technology, agriculture and trade, and then puts forward three integration modes including "company plus farmers", family farm and agricultural ecommerce.The factor integration capabilities of the three modes are comparatively analyzed.Furthermore, by introducing internet technology and sustainable development idea, "internet plus agriculture" development model is raised based on total factor network theory, and four paths are proposed for advancing sustainable development of "internet plus agriculture".Finally, by taking "GXYJ.com" as an example, its total factor network framework and integrative path of technology, agriculture and trade are analyzed, and then the enlightening roles for sustainable development of "internet plus agriculture" are discussed.This study is of great importance for exploring the nature, relationship, law and pathway of agricultural modernization in China.

    In the context of today's Chinese market, the pressures from the decreasing economy compel firms to select proper innovation strategy based on their inherent traits to sustain profits and growth. However, the ongoing institutional transition may not adequately underpin the marketbased exchange of innovation resource, market information and technological knowledge, which necessitate business ties as the effective conduits for firms' resource renewing. Unfortunately, previous research rarely explores the subdimension of managerial business ties, and thus their potential nonlinear functions upon the outcome variables, and their diversified effects on different types of innovation. In this consideration, based on the survey data from 274 China firms, this research formulates a conceptual model of horizontal ties, vertical ties, exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. Our empirical results indicate that: vertical ties have a Ushaped effect on exploitative innovation, but an inverted Ushaped effect on exploratory innovation. In contrast ,horizontal ties have an inverted Ushaped effect on exploitative innovation, but a Ushaped effect on exploratory innovation.

    Based on the relationship between the theory of technological trajectory and servicizing, it is believed that the mechanisms of the effect of technological trajectory on the servicizing of manufacturing enterprises include three kinds: driving mechanism, pulling mechanism and differentiation mechanism. The internal mechanism of manufacturing enterprises’ servicizing is the synergistic mechanism of input servicizing and changing of enterprise boundary driven by technological trajectory and the pulling of user demand, output and policy with the evolution of technological trajectory, it also forms differences of servicizing through technological trajectory. The identification of enterprises’ own technological trajectory is beneficial for manufacturing enterprises to identify the main technological source of their own development, the evolution trajectory of technology and grasp the key mechanism of realizing servicizing.

    combined with the Social Capital Theory and Knowledge Management Theory, this research empirically studies the influence mechanism of external relational capital on the innovation performance based on small and microsized new ventures based on samples of college student entrepreneurship. The results show that:(1) the strength of small and microsized new ventures’ external relationship has inverted U influence on the innovation performance, and the extensive of external relationship has a positive role on innovation performance; (2) there is an inverted U type relationship between relational strength and complementary knowledge integration, while relational strength can promote auxiliary knowledge integration, and the relational extensive can promote both complementary knowledge integration and auxiliary knowledge integration; (3) the dual knowledge integration of complementary and auxiliary play intermediary role between external relational capital and innovation performance. This research can deepen the theoretical understanding of the “paradox of relational capital”, but also provide useful insights for the enterprises’ management practice of knowledge integration.

    Directors' liability insurance (DI) was a hot issue of corporate governance. Based on the Chinese listed companies from 2006 to 2015, the relationships between DI and the corporate innovation and the path of DI to play its function were tested. The results showed there wasn't significant effect on innovation when DI worked as an independent mechanism; But the governance function of DI was activated by the characteristics of the board; The results showed that DI couldn't promote the companies' innovation, and the results supported the opportunism hypothesis.

    Tax policy tools have the behavior of induction, social equity, economic development and other properties inside, making it to be an important means of encouraging environmental innovation, widely favored by the state and local governments. Tax policy tools can be broken down to the environmental tax and tax incentives two core policy tools. Environmental taxes internalize the external costs of pollution, to the enterprise to pass the price pressure signal, forcing it to pay tax, cut or put into environmental innovation choice, is essentially a reverse pressure tool. Tax incentives are a positive incentive to reduce the tax burden of the way the tax receivable will be transferred to innovation in research and development, the polluting enterprises towards the direction of innovation into the environment guide. The two policy subtools, although the mechanism of action is the opposite, but the policy objectives are consistent, through the scientific, fine tax system design, optimize the coordination of policy functions, can play a combination of tools "1 +1> 2" policy effect. At the same time, a combination of tax policy tools and other policy instruments should be used. Only in this way, we can accelerate the construction of resourcesaving, environmentfriendly society, the construction of beautiful China's vision to be achieved as soon as possible.

    This paper draws on a combination of Neoclassical 'market failures', 'system failures' of Innovation Theory and 'transition failures' of Sustainability Transition Research. Based on the empirical cases studies in innovation literatures, the eight failures are explained with the typical problems that hampered renewable energy technologies(RETs)implementation in some European countries and China. The analysis suggests that failures could be prevailing caused by deferent resistances, resulting in slow development and diffusion of RETs in complicated ways. It concludes with five implications of the synthesized failures framework to innovation policy interventions on the sustainable transition of energy system. 

    Today, China is carrying forward its urbanization at a high speed, where cities have been a key factor for pushing ahead sustainable development.In this paper, based on the theory of “the coordinated development of the three pillars”, Fiveyear annual average dynamic growth of urban population, rate of complying limiting concentration of PM2.5 and fiveyear annual average dynamic growth of city GDP were adopted to represent urban social progress, environmental protection and economic development respectively.A technical scheme for urban classified evaluation with “8 types and 4 levels” was established, where the “4 levels” denoted strong, medium, weak and poor sustainability of urban development.The scheme contained an empirical evaluation research on the sustainable development situation of Chinese cities above prefectural level, for which a directory of city development situation for 2013 and 2014 was obtained.According to the result, 90% of cities investigated in these two years were in the situation of weak sustainable development, and severe environmental pollution is a critical barrier universally hindering the development of Chinese cities.Cities in Northeast China are confronted with enormous challenges in sustainable development because of the apparent loss of urban population and the lessmotivated wealth growth.

    Yangtze river economic zone as a "road along the way" along the geographical sense of the connection, the region involved in the province of industrial gradient transfer and industrial transfer to the industry to undertake frequent activities. But the long-term one-way industrial high and low transfer makes the industry within the regional convergence of serious, industrial resource utilization efficiency structural imbalance. In this paper, theefficiency model is used to improve the efficiency model, and the efficiency of the industry in each province (municipalities) is measured by using the panel data of 2006-2015 in the economic zone. The efficiency of regional industrial undertaking and economic growth of the threshold effect, and then to the second and third industry added value as a factor of economic growth due to changes in the value of the threshold changes. It is found that the industrial undertaking efficiency of the provinces (municipalities) in the Yangtze river economic zone is not high as a whole, and there is no linear relationship between the efficiency of the industries in the provinces and their own economic development stages, and the overall trend is declining. The efficiency of industrial transfer in the second and third industries shows that there are accelerated transfer and slowdown in the respective thresholds. That is: the overall efficiency of the secondary industry in the region to slow down, the tertiary industry to undertake the overall efficiency of the accelerated. The relative endogeneity of the two municipalities is relatively obvious.

    Communication technology platform is developing toward lowcost, highefficiency and manytomany light OA mode, which promote the innovation of team member effectively. On the basis of technology acceptance model (TAM) and the innovative behavior theory with the new construct of leader support, statistical analysis drawing on SEM and HLM from 46 research team of colleges and universities examines that leader support plays an important role between communication technology platform use intention and members innovative behavior. The results of study show that:PU and PEOU is highly correlated with the use intention of communication technology platform;use intention is highly correlated with member innovative behavior;team leader support is highly correlated with member innovative behavior and plays a moderating role between use intention and member innovative behavior. Finally, some practical suggestions are proposed.

    As an extrarole behavior that is beneficial to the organization, knowledge worker employability voice is of great significance to technologybased SMEs in China under the new normal to acquire the innovation and competitive advantages. Academic circles discussed the model of dimension construct for the voice from all perspectives, but researches from the perspective of individual intrinsic motivation in employability development are particularly scarce. This paper adopts the exploratory field study by the qualitative research method, and concluded the model of dimension construct for knowledge worker employability voice in technologybased SMEs through the content analysis of data from the field study. The results show that knowledge worker employability voice is of four dimensions, which are the career developing voice, the knowledge and skill developing voice, the profit developing voice, and the affiliative and supporting voice. The initial scale is compiled, and the final scale is modified and concluded through the reliability and validity analysis of data from the questionnaire survey.
