    Based on the data of 165 samples,the paper examines the impact of the network size on resource acquisition of new ventures,and introduce the prior experience as the moderate variable.The research takes an empirical test and finds that there has an inverted U-shaped relationship between the network size and resource acquisition.Further,the different prior experience will play a different role in the moderating process.Specifically,prior entrepreneurial experience enhances the inverted u-shaped relationship between network size and resource acquisition,while the previous industry experience and previous management experience weaken this relationship.These results provide suggestions to managing social network and developing the prior experience of the entrepreneurs.

    In order to deal with the problem of the informal public innovation network interface coupling for public innovation teams in the dynamic organizational change scene, with the help of interface management idea, systematically defined and combed the informal public innovation network system for multi entrepreneurial team from four aspects of resources, prospects, paths and benefits. Refining collaborative content of the effective operation for interface system from five aspects of motivation, feasible region, mode, strategy and risk, and on this basis refine the key content of the emergence mechanism of coupling effectiveness and coupling quality and effect evaluation between different interface subsystems. With the help of ANP method to characterize and determine the contribution of the collaborative innovation interface network to the system collaborative effectiveness in different order parameters "the collaborative degree of the public innovation networks", and introduce the concept of capacity coupling and coupling coefficient model in physics, construct implementation plans for the analysis and evaluation of the operation state coupling degree between multi-subsystems in complex system. For a community-maker-space typical team management practice in Yunnan Province, case application results shows that the proposed method is effective and feasible, can provide some reference for "public innovation" and the micro management of the team cluster.

    Under the "Internet +" situation, 23 "potentially Stimulate variables " were proposed in the virtual incubator system based on the comparative study between virtual business incubator and traditional business incubator through literature research and verification. Then, the paper refered to the stimulus response model in the theory of complex adaptive system, and took the new incubators in Beijing as the research object, and carried out the validity test and the weakness verification. The results show that under the "Internet +" the functions of the Stimulate variables on the virtual incubator system are characterized by six kinds of features such as positive feedback, negative feedback, no feedback (weak feedback), superiority, equivalence and inferiority. In addition, this paper constructed the quadrant chart and put forward different management strategies for different quadrants based on the effectiveness and strength of the Stimulate variables.

    Under the background of internet+, the innovation of serviceoriented enterprises has presented the new characteristics and changes. As a new innovation type, radical service innovation has attracted more and more attention from academia and industry. Behind the seemingly simply radical service innovation process it contains the service innovation ability and the inimitable value cocreation ability, and the value cocreation process is still remain as black boxes. This study adopts the method of case study and grounded theory which combined with the theory of service dominant logic and value cocreation, deeply analyzes the radical service innovation value cocreation process, and builds effective radical service innovation value cocreation implementation mechanism. We hope this study can provide some theoretical support and policy suggestions for radical service innovation strategy.

    Based on the Spatial Spillover Effect, the thesis uses the research framework of traditional Cobb-Douglas production function and Introduces R&D input as a new factor of production. Furthermore, it selects financial support as a moderator variable. At last, this thesis uses the spatial Durbin model coming from Econometrics to do research on the spillover effect of R&D input and regional innovation capacity of 30 provinces in China in the past 9 years. The results shows that R&D input has a positive effect on regional innovation capability and regional innovation capability has obvious spillover effect under the moderating effect of financial support. At the same time, the spillover effect of R&D personnel input has a negative effect on regional innovation capability in financial system development support. On the contrary, the spillover effect of R&D capital input has a positive effect on regional innovation capability in financial system development support.

    In order to solve the dysfunction of underdeveloped regions in industrial innovative ecological system resulted by networked coordinative innovation, this paper explored the solutions for underdeveloped regions to embed into the cloud coordinative innovation (CCI) based on the potential value of its existing innovation resources. Establishing a industryoriented CCI platform with a systematic framework of "multidimensional integration"is the prerequisite for underdeveloped regions to embed into CCI, which strengthens the supporting roles played by innovation organization, innovation mechanism and innovation policy to the integration innovation resource, cloud computing technology. The openness and shareability of CCI platform can expand the ways for underdeveloped region to join in CCI. Underdeveloped regions can gradually embed in a CCI ecological system by following a sequence of "innovation environment embeddinginnovation network embeddinginnovation demand embeddinginnovation project embeddinginnovation ability embedding", and gradually realizes a transformation from a demander of cloud service of innovation resources to a provider.

    Based on the microscopic view of ASEAN subsidiary employees, through PLSSEM statistical method, the author analyzes and examines the influence mechanism and path that the three factorsthe interaction channel, relationship quality and learning willingness between mothersubsidiary companies in China and ASEAN compose on the performance of technology transfer. The results show that, in ChinaASEAN MNCs, the rich and convenient interactive channels have a significant positive impact on the performance of technology transfer, and also have a positive impact on the performance of technology transfer indirectly through the relationship quality and willingness to learn. The relationship quality cannot directly bring about the promotion of technology transfer performance, but indirectly affect the technology transfer performance through the mediating effect of the willingness to learn. Willingness to learn has a significant direct positive effect on technology transfer performance.

    This paper explores why new entrants, instead of incumbents with resource advantages, are leading the electric vehicle industry from business model perspective. We focus on four selected cases, BYD and SAIC from China, and TESLA and GM from the U.S., one new entrant and one incumbent from both countries. Based on interviews, visits and literature research, we find that there are distinctive differences in the business model between new entrants and incumbents, and value propulsion better fit electric vehicle technologies, vertical integration value network, and costrevenue model with low variable cost are critical reasons for new entrants to lead. This paper helps to get a better understanding on two questions. One is how new entrants leverage business model to lead when incumbents have already applied new technologies. The other is what business model helps firms to lead in electric vehicle industry better.

    According to the research method of decoupling theory,based on the industrial dynamic decoupling index and regional industrial agglomeration and diffusion criteria constructed by other scholars,an empirical study on the relocation trend of China's hightech industry in the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions was carried out between 1995 and 2015.Simulation results shows that,with the development of hightech industries,there are obvious industrial agglomeration and industrial diffusion phenomenon in the four regions from 1995 to 2015.In 19952004 the hightech industries gathered to the eastern region obviously,in the period 20052015 they spread out from the eastern region to the central,the western and the northeastern regions.The year of 2004 becomes the watershed of the hightech industrial agglomeration and diffusion.Of particular concern is the hightech industry of northeastern region has entered a period of recession and some industries have emerged the trend of absolute proliferation from 2013.

    Open innovation of an enterprise has a significant impact on the improvement of its innovative performance. On the basis of survey data of manufacturing sector in 2012 ChinaEnterprise Survey from the World Bank, the thesis makes an empirical study on the contributory factors of open innovation. The study shows that:①distributions of open innovation of China's enterprises are uneven in areas and industries; ②some factors have dramatically positive influences on joint research and development, such as competitors, information technology support, data software sharing, product export, product sales area etc; ③some factors have dramatically positive influences on innovation openness of an enterprise, such as work experiences of executives, number of competitors, information technology support, etc.

    The study use the data of 355 firms from second board market to examine how the resources featuresfinancial resource(asset liquidity)and technical resource( the degree of technology accumulation) affect the relationship between R&D investment and innovation performance based on the RBV. First, the result shows that relationship between R&D investment and innovation performance is inversed "U" shape. Second, the result shows that asset liquidity moderate the relationship between R&D investment and innovation performance positively, and play the accelerator role. While, as the organizational inert and path dependency, the technology accumulation moderate the relationship between R&D investment and patent of invention negatively, and play the role of buffer. Asset liquidity and technology accumulation can enhance the threshold value of R&D investment, facilitate the effective transformation of R&D investment. The study discusses the fit between R&D investment and the resources features, reveals the mechanism of the resources features on the process of R&D investment, and provides suggestions for improving innovation performance.

    This paper aims to explore the effect of entrepreneurial orientation(EO) on the growth of family firms, and to examine the moderating role of social emotional wealth(SEW) and institutional environment in this relationship using the data of family firms in eight provinces in China. First, we find that EO has a significantly positive effect on the growth of family firms. Second, the EOgrowth relationship of family firms is contingent on different SEW variables. More specifically, the effect of EO on family firms' growth is positively moderated by family control, but negatively moderated by family succession intention. That is, EO will have a more intense effect on family firms' growth as family control increases or family succession intention decreases. Third, the effect of EO on family firms' growth is positively moderated by institutional environment. That is, EO will have a more intense effect on family firms' growth as institutional environment improves.

    When new enterprises carry out green business strategy, in order to explore medieffect study of NPD organizational environment between transformational leadership and green products innovation this study divide NPD organizational environment into compatibility & importance and resource synergy, build catenation model of transformational leadership——organizational environment of new product development——green product innovation, 219 firms from four cities of China were studied as empirical samples. The results show that transformational leadership can indirectly controlled by two types of innovation through controlling NPD organization environment. when organizations need to develop exploratory green product innovation, transformational leadership can promote the R&D of exploratory green product innovation by strengthening and highlighting the compatibility and importance of NPD organization environments; when organizations need to develop exploitative green product innovation, transformational leadership can promote the R&D of exploitative green product innovation by strengthening and highlighting resource synergy of NPD organization environments.

    Business model and cultural barriers have an important role in the relationship between manufacturing servitization and enterprise performance. But there is a lack of empirical analysis on the path and mechanism of the influence on the relationship. This paper introduce business model(BM) and cultural barriers(CB) as mediator and moderator variables to built a theoretical model which combine servitization strategy,BM, CB, and performance,and analyzes their influence on the relationship between servitization and performance. Data comes from a sample of 157 firms in Henan, Shanghai and Zhejiang Province. Results from variance-based SEM and the PROCESS tool show that BM fully mediates the influence of servitization on performance, and CB negatively conditions this indirect effect.

    This paper explores the impact of specific assets on firm's innovation from perspective of the customer collaborative.we empirically text our model using data from Chinese A share listed firms.we find that the level of specific assets has an inverted Ushaped relationship with firm's R & D investment.As specific assets increases from slight to moderate,firm's R & D investment increases;as specific assets increases from moderate to great, firm's R & D investment declines.Firm's R & D investment and firm's innovation have notable positive correlation.This study contributes to the supply management literature by empirically showing how specific assets affect firm's innovation.These finding also have profound practical implications.

    In this paper, we analyze the effect of structure holes from the perspective of dynamics, exploring the relationship between the various evolution forms and evolution results of structural holes, which is different from the traditional "static structureperformance" paradigm. We aim at providing some effective advice for individuals and organizations when they integrate the network resources to innovate. The samples of the study cover all the invention and utility model patents from 41 hightech sectors in China electronic information and the automotive industry. Based on these 36338 patents data, we build the dynamical collaborative network at the team level. Using negative binomial regression model, we analyze the effect of collaborative networks on enterprises' innovation capacity. The empirical results show that: the number of structural holes that generate and are closed as well as their ratio significantly and positively influence the innovation capability of hightech sectors. Considering time effect, we further get the following conclusions: the number of structural holes generate and closed positively and significantly influence the innovation ability of enterprises, but the effect of the latter weakens over time; like the former, the effect of their ratio can persist within a long period.

    Patent pools are the organic part of national technical transfer system infrastructure, and they are also the important technical resources of high and new technology industry development. With the technological development and diversified of innovation main body, the market values of the core patent portfolio in a patent pool has become the focus of conflicts during licensing. With the focus as the research object, establish a cooperative game model, it is concluded that the economic net added value after licensing for the licensees、the bottom licensing fees of the patent pool and the bottom licensing fees of licensees are the important contacted factors. Based on the advanced experience of international active patent pools, points that lowquantity core patents and low licensing efficiency are the main obstacles for the market values of the core patent portfolio in a patent pool. And then, combined with patent supplying, puts forward three improvement measures to resolve the conflicts such as strengthening the ability of independent innovation、governmentuniversity industry cooperation and human resource construction for patent pools.

    The Responsibility Audit for Technical Innovation Performance(RATIP) is a comprehensive and systematic audit method to evaluate the innovation ability of the leading cadres in the state owned enterprises. RATIP model is of great significance to promote the sustainable development to innovate science and technology, which can effectively change the wrong idea that state owned enterprises only emphasize the short term effect for the technical innovation. The responsibility audit, based on the path dependence theory, divides the technical innovation into two types: explicit performance and implicit performance, which analyzes the key factors, and eventually the analysis outcomes will be as an important foundation to evaluate this innovation performance. The concepts of explicit performance and implicit performance are quite different. As a key audit factor for leading cadres, explicit performance is mainly composed of technology accumulation and external benefits, while implicit performance includes economic and technical benefits. Moreover, explicit performance is an important index to measure the level of technical innovation for state owned enterprises to meet economy and high efficiency. Implicit performance is to measure the direct economic benefits contributed by the technical innovation activity, or the economic outcomes produced by new process and new products of new technology. Above all, both explicit performance and implicit performance build the index system of RATIP for the state owned enterprises.

    Network routines has been considered as the core elements to keep the network Stable and coordinate network orderly operation,but the intrinsic properties such as path dependence,repetitive and stereotyped can cause the curing and rigid of the network.This study synthetically consider the positive and negative effects of network routines on knowledge sharing,and discuss conditional mechanisms whitch can change the effect of network routines.Based on an investigation of 269 companies With high degree of marketization,the results show that:There's a significantly inverted u-shaped curve relationship between network routines and knowledge sharing.In addition,different motives and attitudes of network actors will change the influence of network routines on knowledge sharing.A high level of reflective reframing will strengthen the positive effect of network routines on knowledge sharing,reduce the negative effect of network routines on knowledge sharing.But a high level of perceived loafing will reduce the positive effect of network routines on knowledge sharing,increasing the negative effect of network routines on knowledge sharing.These results offer insights into the mechanisms that can facilitate the sustaining positive effect of network routines in the process of inter-organizational cooperation innovation.

    By linking knowledge-based view with organizational learning and search theory,this study answers the key question of how the external knowledge flow influences new product creativity.The method of multiple regression analysis and Bootstrapping multiple mediation analysis are employed to analyze the questionnaire survey data collected from 264 manufacturing enterprises in China.The results show that technical exchanges have a direct positive effect on new product creativity,and exploratory learning plays an important mediating role between technical exchanges and new product creativity,yet the mediating effect of exploitative learning is not significant.Technology transfer mainly influences new product creativity directly and indirectly through the mediating effect of exploratory learning.Search breadth positively moderates the relationships between technical exchanges and new product creativity,exploratory learning and exploitative learning.Search depth positively moderates the relationships between technology transfer and new product creativity,exploratory learning.This study helps extend the research of new product development from the knowledge-based view,and enrich search theory research by introducing contingent view.

    Providing a new type of trust mechanism, blockchain technology has a strong catalytic effect and may impact disruptively for a variety of social services.This paper systemizes the international organizations and governments' prejudgment and practice on blockchain technology, and analyzes the research paper of blockchain from web of science literature database.This article finds that the research of blockchain technology mainly focuses on privacy protection, smart contract, resource loss, security and scalability.At the same time, there are several issues like theoretical research lags behind the development of practice, many studies focus on Bitcoin environments, the future development direction is not clear.In this regard, the author proposes blockchain technology researchers should expand the content of research, strengthen cooperation with industry and research, concerns about the future application and other recommendations.
