    Developing countries realized the rapid development of its own through the comparative advantage to join international division of labor, but also fell into the trap of the "lowend locking". Based on the perspective of the module to integrate, researched the influence of technical resource advantages and system integration ability. Enterprise technical resources advantages can be divided into technical potential and innovation resources, system integration ability as intermediary variables, the "lowend locking" breakthrough path is the same module integration and heterogeneous module integration. Empirical study results showed that the technical resource advantages has a positive influence on the path choice; System integration capabilities has a positive influence on the path choice; technical resources advantages has a positive influence on system integration ability. Enterprise improved the ability of system integration through the integrated use of technology resources, and to break through the "lowend locking".

    Previous literatures have proved that R&D capabilities are positively correlated to firm's innovation performance. This research discusses the transformation process of The R&D capabilities to innovation performance. We analyze this process based on the perspective of technological integration theory and organizational integration mechanisms theory, and then use combining data of subjective and objective from manufacturing firms in Guangdong province. The results show that technological integration mediating the relation between R&D capabilities and innovation performance. In addition, organizational integration mechanism has three sub-dimensions: coordination capability, systems capability and socialization capability. The coordination capability and socialization capability moderate the relation between R&D capability and technological integration. Meanwhile, socialization capability moderates the relation between technological integration and innovation performance.

    With China's economy entering the"new normal",the IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation is becoming more and more in the field of innovationdriven, giving deep exploration in the theory and practice of collaborative innovation which is conducive to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces. The essence of the IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation is to create the science and technology production relations. The relations is formed under the condition that science and technology become the first productive force which has the duality characteristic, that is, the commonness of content composition and the characteristic of function composition. The content composition should be established through the protection of intellectual property rights to form the synergies and complementary effects and establish the mechanisms for reciprocal contribution and distribution. The function composition should be established by speeding up the industrial innovation by choosing a reasonable mode of IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation mode and allocating innovation chains according to industrial innovation chains. The above discussion further deepens the theory of IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation and also provides corresponding philosophical guidance for the relative practice.

    It constructs a panel data of energysaving and powersaving patents from 1999 to 2013 based on key frequency statistics method from the perspective of patent information and analyzes the influence of energy efficiency label system on technological progress using patent number, the relative output of patents and technical focus and other indexes, explores the inductive effect of product information label on technological innovation from the perspective of energy efficiency labeling system. It finds that, firstly, energy efficiency rate signal is the key for energy efficiency labeling system to induce technological progress; secondly, energy efficiency labeling system has a prominently positive impact on energysaving and electricitysaving patent, which means it has significant inductive effect on technological innovation; thirdly, energy efficiency labeling system not only can improve the ratio of energysaving and electricitysaving as well as the ratio of watersaving patent to all patents, that is, this policy has significant inductive effect on technological innovation; fourthly, energy efficiency labeling system exerts a stronger inductive effect on more innovative patent for invention. Thus, improving the energy efficiency labeling system and promoting product information label are conducive to technological advancement and sustainable development of society.

    With the competition in industry is getting more and more intense,the importance of format innovation is becoming more distinct in retaining competitive advantages.Apparently,different influences on management that result from different forms of format innovation make it difficult for enterprises in decision-makings.However,the existing research fails in clarifying the relationships between innovation formats in industry and enterprises' performance or competitive advantages.Therefore,the paper investigated how format innovation in enterprises influences enterprises' performance,based on a survey study conducted with 296 enterprises in eastern and middle eastern China.The results indicate that both incremental and radical format innovation have notable influences on enterprises' financial performance and competitive advantages.Moreover,incremental format innovation has greater influences compared with radical format innovation.Furthermore,both balance effects and multiplier effects of format innovation in enterprises have notably positive influences on enterprise performance.

    According to the survey of "National Key Science and Technology Resource Survey" and the National Statistical Yearbook from 2011-2014,this paper first describes the Herfindal Index of non-equilibrium of innovation activities of national key scientific and technological resources.Secondly,we use the network DEA to analyze the supporting role of national key scientific and technological resources in regional innovation in China from 2012 to 2014.The result shows that the supporting role of national key scientific and technological resources in regional innovation is generally low,70% of the provinces' innovation achievements transformation ability have yet to be improved.Further calculation of Moran′s I index indicates there is no convergence of supportive efficiency.

    Basic research is the source of scientific and technological innovation. It is particularly important to strengthen basic research for Guangdong and Jiangsu, which are strong economic province and big science and technology province, and are implementing independent innovation strategy and innovation driven development strategy. Based on constructing the evaluation index system of basic research, taking Jiangsu as a reference object, the fundamental research development status quo of Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces were analyzed, and a further study on the basic research ability of two provinces was made by Analytic Hierarch Process. It is concluded that the investment in basic research in Guangdong has been increasing year by year and has achieved good scientific and technological achievements. Enterprises have certain advantages in basic research. With the analysis of the relevant data and indexes from 2000 to 2014 by Analytic Hierarch Process, the level of Guangdong's basic research ability at the provincial level is 82.5 points,but the one at the institution-university level is only 46.5 points in 2014. Compared to Jiangsu(the provincial level is 92.4 points,the institution-university level is 94.2),Guangdong's basic research ability is weak, output is less, the development space of basic research ability of research institutions and universities is larger. While promoting Guangdong universities and research institutions to increase input and output of basic research, and vigorously enhance their basic research capabilities, actively promote "government- industry-university-institute" cooperation in the field of basic research, play a good role of enterprises.

    Shenzhen Virtual University Park (SZVUP) presents a new development mode as the national science parks. It forms a knowledge network which centers the member universities' Shenzhen research institutes industries-focused organization, by no longer limiting to promote the transformations of scientific and technological achievements in university and carrying on the knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing, knowledge production activities. This paper introduces the knowledge perspective and analyzes network relations' characters among the research institutes' knowledge activities in the SZVUP, and summarizes these future development trends.

    In the era of knowledge economy, it is of great significance of constructing learning organization in order to promote the industryuniversityresearch (IUR) cooperation collaboration.By adopting resource dependency theory, this paper starts to analyze the organizational learning connotation issue of IUR alliance.Moreover, the modularity theory is utilized to discuss coordinating mechanism of organization learning.Moving forward, a multicase methodology is taken to compare three IUR alliances of home appliance industry, including their operation mechanism, organizational learning status and existing issues.There are some conclusions drawn after case study including: ①it is reasonable to maintain strategic resource dependency relationship among members of alliance in order to carry out knowledge interaction and knowledge innovation.While modularity could not only help realize "sidebyside" collaborative innovation, but acts as one of effective tool to be the coordinating mechanism for organizational learning;②organizational learning is verified to have positive influence relationship with performance of alliance, also, it acts as one of vital pushing hands for the evolution of alliance.Finally, some key problems of Chinese IUR alliance are discussed following relevant policy suggestions put forward correspondingly.

    According to the mechanism of "political connectionexternal resources R&D investment", combined with the feature of technical decisionmaking preferences, we explore the relationship of the four variables and the composition of the theoretical model by using SEM and choosing the data of listed companies in GEM except financial industry and insurance industry. We make some conclusions: After controlling the impact of some company's characteristics, political connection has the negative effect on R&D investment. But external resources would cover up the negative effect. Meanwhile, technical preference could moderate oppositely the negative effect. And both utilities can't interfere each other. The results of the study reveal the theoretical mechanism of political connection' impact on corporate R & D investment.

    The synergistic effect of internal and external social capital is becoming more and more important for the sustainable development of enterprises, combing this effect on the mechanism of firm capacity and put forward three assumptions. An empirical study of 238 samples shows that the synergistic effect of internal and external social capital has a positive effect on the business ability (market ability and technical ability).When a certain kind of social capital is weaker than another social capital, before the two kinds of social capital are not balanced, strengthening the construction of weak social capital is an effective way to play synergies and enhance the business ability of enterprises. The balance between internal and external social capital and business ability show an inverted U-type relationship, when the balance reaches the middle, the enterprise has the highest capacity. And it discusses the relative equilibrium range.

    Manufacturing companies in the process of transition from the supply of pure product to product service system, not only its supply network becomes more complex, and interorganization relationships of supply networks may lead to the differentiation of supplier behavior, which will ultimately affect the performance of the service oriented manufacturing enterprise. In the context of serviceoriented manufacturing model, with manufacture enterprise and the "embedded" supply network as the research object, this paper has analyzed the impact of service strategy on the relationship embedded of network supply and enterprise performance from the perspective of embeddedness. Research shows that: the level of service orientation and service differentiation which is the two aspects of service strategy has a positive impact on business performance; Supply network embeddedness has significant intermediary role in the relationship of that service strategy effect on enterprise performance.

    Innovation of agricultural enterprises is the key to promoting adjustment of industrial structure. In use of grounded theory, analyzes about 70,000 words ecoinnovation data of ten agricultural enterprises in Yangling district of Shanxi province, investigates operating process of agricultural enterprises ecoinnovation, acquires 131 concepts and 24 categories, and constructs an ecoinnovation model of agricultural enterprises with respect to the basis, value chain, and consequence of ecoinnovation model. The model is built upon analysis of data collected in rigorous surveys, indicates creation of agricultural ecoinnovation in refinement and comprehensiveness of components, and offsets biases toward empirical methods in ecoinnovation research.

    The ownership of intellectual property right is one of the important factors in the success of civilmilitary collaborative innovation.This paper puts forward three kinds of civilmilitary collaborative innovation modes, which are planning leading, planningmarket together and market leading, and analyzes the main problems of intellectual property ownership of civilmilitary collaborative innovation.The intellectual property rights ownership of three kinds of modes should adhere to the "balance of interests, encourage innovation", "pay attention to efficiency, focus on longterm", "economic efficiency first" principle, adopt "legal norm, deal with contract", "incorporation contract", "respect market, contract priority" the thought of system design.At the same time, external environmental protection and incentives should be provided from the aspects of civilmilitary integration strategy, intellectual property protection environment, supporting policies and legal systems.

    The technology integration is an important part of the military and civilian integration, and its influencing factors are numerous and complicated. The scientific method is used to clarify the influencing factors and influencing process of military and civilian technology integration. It provides theoretical support for the realization of allfactor, multifield and highefficiency integration of military and civilian development. For the national defense construction as well as economic construction and development, protection of national security, enhance the competitiveness of national defense has important value. In this paper, the military and civilian technology integration system is divided into three subsystems: technology transfer, technological innovation and technical standard. According to the relationship of the three subsystems and the boundary of the military and civilian technology the dynamic model of military and civilian technology fusion system is constructed, this paper take the aerospace industry as an example, the rationality of the model is verified. Through simulation analysis, getting the result that the government policy, the military and the people's concept, the contribution rate of the invention patent to the sales income of the new product and the proportion of the investment in technological innovation are the factors that influences the military and civilian technology integration. And then it reveals the internal relations between the variables and the integration of military and civilian technology. According to the research conclusion, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the integration of military and civilian technology.

    The study on entrepreneurial traits has witnessed changes from summarizing concepts of entrepreneurial traits to explore effects of entrepreneurial activities. Contents about entrepreneurial traits, actually, involves in multifaceted, and with the deeply research on psychology within the entrepreneurial field, new concepts have caught attentions from scholars, that is dark personality and affect traits. On the basis of mentioned above summing up, this article has made a comparison between dark personalities and affect traits and shared an integration of study concerned about these new aspects. Thereafter, it made a conclusion that entrepreneurial traits are multifaceted, not JanusFaced, and they will not changelessly, there are also some 'extremes' between affective valence and negative valence. Finally, this paper offers some suggestions for future direction, i.e. more microscope, different aspects integrated and contextualization.

    Under the new normal economy,innovation and entrepreneurship have become the main ways to promote economic transformation and upgrading and sustainable growth.University teachers as an important force for social innovation system,their innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors have got strong government support.Taking the guidance and support for offjob entrepreneurship of university teachers by the State Council and local government as research background,this paper applied the theory of planned behavior to analyze the influencing factors of offjob entrepreneurship behavior intention of university teachers from four dimensions,such as individual characteristics,family environment,social culture and policy,and carried out empirical testing through the questionnaire survey.Based on this,it put forward suggestions for promoting the offjob entrepreneurship of university teachers,including:to improve the design of toplevel system,to develop the operation rules for offjob entrepreneurship,to strengthen the selection of business projects and personnel,to intensify the support for entrepreneurial projects and create a good atmosphere of public opinion.

    This paper employs the Grounded Theory to refine the structural dimensions and its interaction model of Crowd Innovation Space (CIS), using the data that includes 23 managers from 22 CIS and performance appraisal policy texts from 14 provinces. From the angels of social cognition, social emotions and social evaluation, this paper elucidates the theoretical model. And based on the grounded theory research conclusion, we construct a development quality evaluation indicator system that contains 6 firstgrade indicators, 19 secondgrade indicators and 54 thirdgrade indicators. We want to scientifically evaluate the development quality of CIS from three scopes of management construction, ability cultivation and brand building. Eventually, this paper provides quite a few suggestions to develop and practice the development quality evaluation index system of CIS in three major areas: guiding principles, construction direction and differential configuration weights.

    In order to meet the lack of theory and measurement methods of organizational crosslevel learning transitions. On this basis of analyzing the transformation and interaction of organizational learning, constructed the knowledge sharing process model of the organizational crosslevel learning, and refined influencing factors of organizational cross  level learning efficiency from the three aspects of knowledge provision, knowledge transfer and knowledge acquisition.Then fusion DEMATEL method and DEA method to construct a comprehensive efficiency evaluation model which can identify the complex networked relationships and reflect preference constraint.Finally, the method proposed by this paper is applied to the case combined with the real enterprise.The application results show that the theory and method above are effective and feasible, it has a certain reference to enhance organizational learning efficiency and create competitive advantage.

    The research on organizational territoriality has been developed for more than ten years, ever since the introduction of the concept into organizational field by Brown et al. in the year of 2005. The topic aims to reveal the underlying relationships among members in the organization, which provides a distinct perspective both for theoretical development and management practice. However, researchers, by far, have not pay much attention to this topic. Based on what have been accomplished in this field, this paper clarifies the existing conceptions and scales of organizational territoriality and summarizes the existing theoretical and empirical studies in the aspects of antecedents and outcomes. Future study should extend the core concept of organizational territoriality, strengthen the localized theoretical constructions, and clarify the important casual variables connecting territoriality in order to explain employee behaviors and guide practice in enterprise management.
