    This paper investigates the effect of limited partners' network position on venture capital firms' network position.Based on the data collected from PE data between 2003 to 2015,we find that limited partners' network centrality has positive influence on venture capital firms' network centrality and tie strength positively moderate the relationship between them.These findings suggest that establishing ties with limited partners in central position and keep it strong can help venture capital firms to obtain central position in syndication network.

    In the context of innovation-driven and knowledge-based economy, innovation district has become an important media of innovation function of urban space system. On the basis of defining the connotation, the innovation district in China can be summarized three types as follows: function as bridge and link in downtown, the reconstruction of rust belt in waterfront and the urbanization coverage in outer suburbs higher education zone. What's more, combine with three exemplary cases, analyzed how to construct different types of innovation district. The paper put forward that the construction of innovative district should attach importance to the integration of innovation function and urban function. The attracting of innovative talents should be diversified, and the leading role of "pillar core" innovation institutions should be played effectively.

    In order to answer the question of how to improve organizational learning through the form of organizational learning.Firstly, systematically combing and analyzing the existing problems of organizational learning-related achievements.Then, the organizational collaborative learning model based on the principle of collaborative mechanism is constructed.On this basis, considering the complex interaction relationship of organization collaborative learning system internal features, a decision making method for integrating and optimizing complex interaction relationships, which exist in organization collaborative learning system is proposed with reference to the decision thought of analytic net-work process (ANP). Finally, the method proposed by this paper is applied to the case combined with the real enterprise. The application results show that the theory and method above are effective and feasible, and the synergetic degree of organizational learning can well reflect the overall result of organizational learning, it has a certain reference to enhance organizational learning ability and create competitive advantage.

    By choosing the latest generation group innovation spaceZhejiang Runway Center and conduct a deeply case study. Through analysis of the characteristics of its incubation model, the study found that the system focuses on the various needs of the incubator process, and provide a variety of resources and service functions, constructs a doublecircle,many factors and whole process entrepreneurial ecosystem which including forms the core ecology layer of "industry + service" double ecosphere,the complete factor layer of multielement network space, and also the outer protection layer by providing professional counseling during the incubation process, thereby enhancing the business incubation rate and success rate.

    As the basic of the national intelligent manufacturing development strategy,the source power of electronic information industry comes from the internal maturity and efficiency of the technology innovation network.In this paper,based on the related literature,it summed up the plate of spatial distribution of China's electronic information industry along Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,Chengdu Chongqing region.And according to the formation mechanism and growth characteristics of the every region,it was corresponded to mature period,quasi-mature period,growth period and entered period of industrial life cycle theory.Then,with patent data,the social network analysis method was used to map the evolution of the technological innovation network in the 5 stages of 2001-2003,2004-2006,2007-2009,2010-2012,2013-2015.The results show that:Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,in the mature period,is the center of universities and scientific research institutes,and a large number of high-tech enterprises have been deriving from it; Pearl River Delta,in the quasi-mature period,makes efficient use trans-regional resources to promote the local enterprise innovation vitality; Yangtze River Delta,in the growth period, is rich in scientific research and innovation resources,and its technological innovation network has strong potential growth; Chengdu-Chongqing region,in the entered period,is lack of local research resources,and relys on technology input from external innovative enterprises.

    Currently, Chinese technological SMEs is facing the double contradictions of the misplacement of financial funds and the absence of stateowned capital. To Wuhan stateowned assets management company as the representative, the new mode of stateowned capital management and operation is meaningful for easing the financing difficulties of technological SMEs. The Wuhan mode will improve the financial funds benefits and the decisionmaking efficiency of financial funds, also makes up for the market failure of social capital. At the same time, it will enlarge the guiding role of stateowned capital and stimulate the market vitality of stateowned capital. The Wuhan practice shows that the rational intervention of stateowned should be the priority of easing the financing difficulties of technological SMEs.

    This paper makes use of panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the western region of China during 2005-2014 years to study the influence of manufacturing industry's participation in global production network on innovation ability in western China.The empirical results show that participation in the global production network has a significant positive impact on the improvement of the manufacturing innovation capability in western China,R&D personnel scale,market freedom and industry concentration can also significantly enhance Chinese western manufacturing innovation capacity,but the impact of R&D investment scale and export intensity on innovation capability is not significant.At the same time,to join the global production network and market freedom of interaction items,further study found.The global production network under the influence of market freedom could hinder the improvement of innovation ability in China's western manufacturing industry,but this effect is not obvious.

    The alternatives of industrial cooperation mode is one of the important problems in the implementation of industrial cooperation.With the continuous development of regional economy,the global value chain is becoming an important aspect of alternatives of industrial cooperation mode.In the perspective of global value chain,follow the logic chain of "location of industrial characteristics-comparison of industrial potential- alternatives of industrial cooperation mode ",this paper proposes the model of the alternatives of industrial cooperation mode,and takes the leading industry of chemical industry and machinery manufacturing industry in Fujian province as the research object,then carries on the empirical research on alternatives of industrial cooperation mode between Fujian and Taiwan.The research results show that: ①in Fujian province for decision of alternatives of industrial cooperation mode between Fujian and Taiwan,the chemical industry needs to upgrade the vertical and horizontal industry; ②mechanical manufacturing industry need the vertical coordination and cooperation mode of industry transfer.This paper is an extension and practical application of the theory of the alternatives of industrial cooperation mode from the perspective of the global value chain,which has a certain reference value for alternatives of industrial cooperation mode in regional economic cooperation.

    This paper tries to analyze this connectivity of focal firm cored industrial cluster technological innovation networks with a totally new method. Based on scrutinizing the formation mechanism of those industrial cluster technological innovation networks, it proposes a new network sample generating method named final product interactive structureproduction networktechnological innovation network threephase method. By investigating some key parameters of three practical focal firm cored industrial cluster technological innovation networks, it generates their network samples with that method, respectively. Then, it analyzes the connectivity of those network samples with the classical models of percolation theory. Several universal rules of focal firm cored industrial cluster technological innovation networks are revealed, including a moderate vertical node connection probability joint with a moderate horizontal one could maintain the lowest degree of the connectivity of this kind of networks, and the connectivity of the subnetwork with the most final products is highest of all when we only consider edges inside those subnetworks, and the lower the connectivity of the whole network is as well as the horizontal node connection probability is, the greater the contribution to the whole network connectivity of those bridge nodes belonging to multiple subnetworks is.

    Under the dual constraints of resources and environment, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry "Internet +" promoted has gradually become the main driving force of economic development, identifying its evolution characteristics and internal mechanism related to transformation of driving way of manufacturing development and the realization of national strategy. Based on Chinese provincial panel data (2003-2014), this paper focus on the influence of "Internet+" on transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and its regional comparison. The result shows that "Internet+" can promote Chinese manufacturing industry to upgrade to more advanced and reasonable degree under the control of FDI, the level of government participation and financial development. The comparison result after dividing the area shows that there are significant regional differences that impact of "Internet+" on Chinese transformation and upgrading, the influence of the central region is the largest, the western region is the second, and the eastern region is the smallest.

    3D printing is facing with the starting point of industrialization in a large scale in China. As a newly emerged fusion technology, the path of 3D printing technology industrialization has its own characteristics. This research explores the mode and path selection of 3D printing technology industrialization from the views of patent information and technological convergence. We refines the influential mechanism on 3D printing technological industrialization by technological convergence based on the definition of fragmented industry raised by Michael Porter and find out the trend and prospect of the its convergence with manufacturing and internet industry. By the method of patent technological convergence measurement, the disproportion of China's 3D printing technological structure and diversity of its technological convergence have been revealed empirically, thus to raise several suggestions on the development of China's 3D printing industry.

    Based on the perspective of ownership heterogeneity, taking the samples of 584 Chinese public listed companies from 2010 to 2015, the paper analyzes the relationship among corporate financialization, executive equity incentive and R&D investment. The results are as following:①proportion of nonmonetary financial assets holding is negatively correlated with R&D investment, suggesting that corporate financialization do curbs R&D investment and executive equity incentive will weaken the negative relationship between corporate financialization and R&D investment; crowdout effect and weakening effect is obvious for investment financial assets, but not obvious for trading financial assets;②compared with nonstateowned enterprises, crowdout effect of nonmonetary financial assets and weakening effect of executive equity incentive are more significant in stateowned enterprises; crowdout effect of investment financial assets is more obvious in stateowned firms, but not significant in nonstateowned enterprises, and executive equity incentive has inhibitory effect on stateowned or nonstateowned firms; regardless of ownership heterogeneity, crowdout effect of trading financial assets and inhibitory effect of executive equity incentive are both inconspicuousness.

    Using threestage DEA model,the research analyzes the innovation efficiency in 30 provinces of largescale manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2015 with the perspective of green growth.The results show that environmental factors and random errors have great influence on the innovation efficiency of Chinese largescale manufacturing enterprises; the overall efficiency of Chinese largescale manufacturing enterprises is not high and the scale efficiency is the main factor restricting the innovation efficiency; the average innovation efficiency in the east area is the highest,while the central area and the west area are relatively low; most provinces' efficiencies exist a certain amount of space.On the basis of empirical research,the paper puts forward to the corresponding ascending path of innovation efficiency in different areas.

    Based on the related data of China emerging industry listed companies, by means of panel threshold regression technique, this thesis conducts empirical study towards technological innovation input's heterogeneous threshold effect on corporate value of enterprises. The research shows that: ①technological innovation investment, human input take the eminent "Nstyle"& inverted "Nstyle" effects on the corporate value of enterprises. And only when the technological innovation investment goes over the certain threshold, together with the moderate human input, the corporate value could be highly promoted;②technological innovation investment has the conditional constraint when promoting the corporate value of enterprises. Under the threshold of investment return, both the technological innovation investment and the human input have the obvious "Ustyle" influence on corporate value. Under the constraint of ownership concentration, the technological innovation investment takes the significant inverted "Nstyle" influence on corporate value, while for human input, the effect is featured by "Ustyle";③under new normal, to continuously intensify the investment on technological innovation, and to continuously improve the enterprises' business profits, as well as to moderately improve the level of technology innovation, human investment and ownership concentration might be the key breakthrough points for triggering the growth of enterprises.

    How do Internationalization of SMEs affect business model of transformation? Can the corporate governance of SMEs effectively solve the agency problem of business model transformation? However,prior research largely ignores the above issues.Based on the resource dependence and corporate governance theory,taking the Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed companies as the research samples and using multiple linear regression method,the article explores the relation between the internationalization strategy,corporate governance and business model transformation.The research showe that:①in the short term,internationalization strategy of SMEs in China have significant inhibitory effect on the business model transformation; with knowledge and resources in the international environment,international depth has positive effect on business model transformation,but not significant;②the executive compensation incentives has negative effect on business model transformation. executive equity incentive has positive effect on business model transformation,but not significant;③supervision mechanism has positive effect on business model transformation;④internationalization strategy and corporate governance strengthen each other,and interaction effect does not existsbetween them.

    In this paper,the SBM-Undesirable model is adopted to measure the innovation efficiency of Chinese provincial high-tech industries,then the system GMM is employed to test how local technology transfer can enhance innovation efficiency of high-tech industries,and explorations are made respectively in the interactions between local technology transfer and foreign technology import or foreign direct investment and in their influence on the innovation efficiency.The results show that local technology transfer not only can directly enhance innovation efficiency of high-tech industries,but can indirectly enhance the efficiency through its complementary effect on foreign technology import.FDI has a substitution effect on local technology transfer and suppresses independent innovation of high-tech industries in China.

    Patent as an incentive innovation system, the problem of the abuse of rights in practice, and then inhibit innovation to some extent. The use of patent right is a reasonable limit to patent right, can break the unfair monopoly of power, thus promote scientific and technological innovation.     In recent years, hightech enterprises are developing rapidly in Hubei Province. However, hightech enterprises still exist some problems with respect to product production cycle, resource constraints and other factors, which hinder their healthy development. Considering innovation input, innovation management, independent research and development ability, and innovation output efficiency, that include a total of 10 indicators, it chooses the hightech enterprises in Hubei province from 2013 to 2015 as a sample. Using the factor analysis method, it conducts a comparative analysis and regional difference analysis on the innovation performance of hightech enterprises in Jianghan plain, Hubei northwest, southwest of Hubei province,southeast of Hubei province and northeast five areas of Hubei province. It is concluded that the economic development of the region provides a good technical innovation condition for the hightech enterprises, and the technological innovation of the hightech enterprises in turn promotes the development of the regional economy. Moreover, this paper provides some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation in Hubei province from the aspects of science and education, independent innovation and government guidance.

    Hightech park is an important part of China's innovative talent training base, whose personnel training model is directly related to the park to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development. The key to the training of talents in hightech park includes four aspects: strategic positioning, human resource management, knowledge management and organizational learning.     In the current China's innovation drive under the background of development strategy, from the perspective of emotional capacity to explore the influence effect of leadership to the enterprise innovation is a new subject of research has important theoretical and practical significance of. Based on the domestic some wellknown automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprise as a case, dominated by grounded theory tool for research, summarizing the transformational leadership style through practice in emotional capacity for mediation, R&D staff of the enterprise innovation behavior and innovation personnel training has a positive effect. This study extends the emotional capacity and researches of the relationship between enterprise innovation, to Chinese enterprises from the perspective of organizational behavior at the same time have certain guiding significance to improve the innovation ability.

    Both large enterprises and many small and medium enterprises are faced with the challenge of improving innovation. As an innovative business model in recent years, crowdsourcing is another extension of cooperative innovation and a higher level of open innovation. The crowdsourcing platform is a network intermediary that connects the crowdsourcing participants and the task publishers. It is mainly used in the fields of government administration, enterprise operation management and software development. The crowdsourcing platform can be classified according to the type of task package, whether it involves innovation or transaction mode.
