1 Study on Collaborative Innovation Mechanism of IndustryUniversityResearch Alliance Dominated by Research Institutes

Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance is a new kind of organization of collaborative innovation of industry, with the development of modern scientific research institutes, scientific research institutes have many different features than what happen in university, such as role, R&D, industrialization and so on. This paper takes Marine monitoring equipment industry alliance as example, which is identified as national alliance. Focus on the action of scientific research institutes in collaborative innovation, study and analyze the characteristics include industrial innovation networks, generic technology research, technology industrialization, and development goal. The study finds that Strategic Alliance led by research institutes widen the scope of the collaborative innovation, especially, industrialization of synergy is the most important of this kind of Strategic Alliance.

7 Social Network of Corruption of R&D Fund: Characteristics, Types and Structure

Because of the separation of managers and users, collective corruption gradually evolved into the mainstream form of corrupt behavior of scientific research funding, often more and more showing the relevant structure and characteristics of social networks, so the embedded carrier and operation path can be used as analytical research The two important variables of the funding corruption network, embedded in the carrier is expressed by the corruption of the network construction and generation of the field, in order to distinguish between scientific research funding corruption in the relationship between different individuals is through public power or private relations, And the operation path is used to distinguish between the main body of the implementation of the process of corruption is direct or indirect, according to these two important variables, can be divided into four different types of scientific research funding corruption network type, that is, public servants selfcorruption network, public organization rentseeking network, scientific researchers selfcorruption network, as well as scientific researchers  intermediary network, these four types of scientific research funding corruption network more comprehensive summary of the current scientific research funding corrupt collusion, according to scientific research funding corruption prevention and control of the relevant countermeasures suggest.

14 Research on Enhancing Mechanism of the Comaker Space Effect: from the View of Community Informatics

Under the encouragement of the public entrepreneurship and innovation,there is a huge surge in the number of comaker space in China.However,many comaker spaces present poor effect.In order to improve the effect and promote the sustainable development of the comaker spaces,this paper builds a theoretical framework of ICT technology interventionthe structure and openness of community spacecommunity knowledge multilevel interactionthe comaker space effect improvement,which is based on the community informatics theory. Under the guidance of the framework,this paper selects three successful comaker spaces, bioclub, entrepreneur's training camp in Peking university and fountown,and uses multiple cases study method to analyze the inner mechanism of effect enhancement to provide some feasible suggestions for the enhancement of comaker spaces effect in China.

21 Study on Theoretical Logic and Practice of Poverty Alleviation with Science and Technology by Farmer Professional Cooperatives

As a scale subject of high organization, farmer professional cooperatives play an irreplaceable role in China's rural scientific and technological extension, poverty alleviation, personnel training and so on. Based on the analysis of the practical significance and challenges of China's rural science and technology poverty alleviation, this paper, firstly, insists that it is the only way to speed up the construction of the cooperative poverty alleviation system; secondly, it analyses the mechanism of poverty alleviation with science and technology by farmer professional cooperatives from the aspect of improving the efficiency of science and technology use of heterogeneous poor farmers, promoting the implementation of the Government's science and technology for poverty alleviation projects, reducing the cost of agricultural science and technology docking transaction and improving the service ability of agricultural science and technology, and explores its practical application. Finally, this paper gives some corresponding advices.

The complex network theory can describe the structural characteristics of the internal structure of the research object by measuring the structural indicators of the social and economic system, as a theory and method of measuring the complex system structure, and reveal the complex relationship between the inner hierarchy and the external economic function. This paper focuses on the competitive state of BeijingTianjinHebei modern manufacturing industry using inputoutput tables based on cocitation approach. Three indicators well suited to reveal the competitive state of the industry sector from three different angles.

36 Research on Influence Mechanism of Regional "Double Creations" Policies on Scientific and Technological Innovation Entrepreneurship

Regional "double creations" policies have important promotion function to scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship. In accordance with influence factors of regional double creations policies on scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship, it is divided into supply promotion policy, environmental impact policy and demand traction policy. Analyze action process of three types of policies on scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship of enterprises, colleges and universities and scientific research institutions; build system dynamics model of influence of regional double creations policies on scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship, and taking practical data of Heilongjiang Province as example, simulate influence factors of these three types of double creations policies. Analyze implementation of the regional double creations policies based on simulation result, provide important reference value for implementation and formulation of other regions' double creations policies.

Therefore, the paper studies the matters of dynamics measure the innovation network in manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of the change speed characteristic, sets up the evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises' innovation network from the dimensions of node attribute, structure property and connection strength attribute, uses the catastrophe progression method for innovation network of manufacturing enterprises from China, does further research on the speed of the innovation network from the perspective of fuzzy reward and punishment, sets up the dynamic comprehensive measure model of the innovation network change speed of the manufacturing enterprises with fuzzy reward and punishment feature, and carries out the research on the change speed of enterprise innovation network based on the time dimension.

51 An Empirical Study on Relationships among R&D Investment, the Preferential Policy of R&D Costs Deduction and Firm Performance in Software Information Industry

Based on the data of 171 high-tech firms which belongs to information industry over the period 2012 to 2015, this paper examines relationships among R&D investment, the preferential policy of R&D costs deduction and firm performance. The results shows that the relationship between the preferential policy of R&D costs deduction and R&D investment is significantly positive, and that the relationship between the preferential policy of R&D costs deduction and firm performance is also significantly positive. The implementation effect of the preferential policy of R&D costs deduction is pretty good, and government should give more preferential policy of R&D costs plus pretax deductions. According to the panel data model, the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance is nonlinear. R&D investment has no significant negative effect to current firm performance, it has significant negative effect to the firstlagged firm performance, and it has no significant positive effect to the secondlagged firm performance. The economic benefits of R&D investment has certain lag. According to quantile regression, R&D investment has the largest positive effect on performance among firms in 50% quantile. And the result of grouping regression shows that the preferential policy of R&D costs plus pretax deduction positively moderated the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance.

59 Analysis of Quality Signal Preference of Enterprises with Different Quality Capabilities

Improving quality ability and transferring quality signal is important to improve product quality and obtain competitive advantages in the new normal.Based on the crosssection data from China Employer Employee Survey (CEES),we made an oprobit model to study the relationship between the quality capability and their acceptance of product quality signals of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that enterprises with high quality strategy tend to choose mandatory standard or market price as the carrier of quality signal transmission.Enterprises with high quality operation ability are more likely to choose voluntary trademark or mandatory standard as the carrier of quality signal transmission.Quality control ability is not significant to enterprises' signal selection tendency.Enterprises with high quality competitive ability do not recognize the effectiveness of any other quality signal except brand.Based on these findings,we propose to increase supervision on the missing or counterfeit of standard information,and to encourage enterprises to carry out third-party certification,and to promote their quality strategic capacity.In the meanwhile,the government should reduce the cost of third-party certification.

74 The Construction of Double Ecological Model on Enterprises' Technological Innovation Efficiency

Based on the research of the enterprises technological innovation efficiency, this paper introduces the ecological process "intakeassimilateproduceutilize" and the concept of energy flow to explain the enterprises technological innovation efficiency. By using fractal theory to divide the enterprise technological innovation ecosystem into two type of ecological system which is inside and outside, and builds the double ecological model which consist of "one chain, two ecosystems and four kinds of relations". The double ecological model reflects the principle of philosophy and management that is balance, circulation and development, combines the analysis routine of the enterprises technological innovation efficiency on view of innovation ecosystem, which constructs the conceptual framework for the relevant theoretical and positive research.

88 An Empirical Research on the Ternary Relationships between Corporate Governance Structure, Dividend Distribution and Corporate Innovative Performance

The Corporate governance is one of the most important part in modern management theories, which directly influence the corporate operating conditions, dividend policy and innovation performance of Chinese listed companies. This paper uses the regression analysis to reveal the interrelationships between corporate governance, dividend policies and innovative performance. The study indicates that the board structure, the proportion of the largest shareholder have a significant positive effect on corporate innovation performance. The higher is the proportion of the largest shareholder, the more is the dividend payment. The listed companies with high proportion of the top ten shareholders prefer to pay more dividends. The dividend payment of listed companies has a non-significant negative impact on innovative performance. Finally from the aspects of perfecting corporate governance and dividend policy, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the enterprise's technology innovation.

The purpose of the enterprise network cooperation is to achieve the overall effect, realize the innovation and pursue benefit maximization. So the key problem in the process of enterprise coordination is to realize the coordination between the groups. The paper analyzes the formation and influence factors of synergy of technology innovation network ; build a collaborative maturity model of technology innovation network containing five levels; and establish a collaborative evaluation index of technology innovation network. Finally, combined with the patent data of global OLED industry, empirical research the maturity model of synergy of technology innovation network. The results show that the technology innovation network formed by the global OLED industry is in the management level of the collaboration maturity model, that is organizational synergy.

101 Analysis on R&D Efficiency of Domestic Robot Enterprises and Related Factors in China

It empirically studies on the innovation efficiency and  influencing factors of 14 Listed Companies in domestic robot industry, with the method of combining super efficiency DEA and Malmquist index and Tobit regression model. It finds out that R&D efficiency of domestic robots show an upward trend, technological progress is very prominent and policy effect is obvious, but there is still much room for improvement; R&D investment and capital intensity never have any significant effect on R&D efficiency, and the scale of business and the ability of financing have significant positive correlation with R&D efficiency. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of industry standards, the integration of industrial chain and the transformation of investment model.

107 The Effect of Hitech Enterprise Incubation Members Relationship Strength and Knowledge Sharing on Alliance Performance

Technology incubation alliance can gather entrepreneurial resources, and improve the success rate of hightech startups. This paper proposes a mediator to clarify the underlying mechanisms of network tie strength on incubation alliance performance: knowledge sharing. Furthermore, it proposes enterprise capacity as a boundary variable to understand its interplay with network ties strength on knowledge sharing. The results show that knowledge sharing mediated the influence of network ties strength on alliance performance. Meanwhile, enterprise capacity is found positively moderate the impact of network ties strength on knowledge sharing. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications of this study are discussed.

118 Knowledge Distance, Knowledge Seeking and Employees' Innovative Behavior: a Moderated Mediation Model

As an important situational variable affecting knowledge sharing, knowledge distance is widespread in the organization among employees. From the perspective of receivers' knowledge sharing, this paper explores the effects of employees' knowledge distance both with their direct supervisors and colleagues on their innovative behavior through the mediating role of knowledge seeking. The moderating effects of colleagues trust and leadermember exchange (LMX) were also explored. Empirical study has illustrated that employees' knowledge distance with direct supervisors and colleagues has a significant negative influence on their innovative behavior, and these relationships were partially mediated by knowledge seeking from superiors and colleagues respectively. Colleagues' trust moderates the effect of knowledge distance with colleagues to knowledge seeking from colleagues, LMX moderates the effect of knowledge distance with supervisors to knowledge seeking from supervisors.

Users' knowledge contribution behavior is the key to promote the development and growth of the social Q&A community.In this paper,we put forward two types of knowledge contribution behaviors in social Q&A community——copyanswering behavior and creativeanswering behavior by using the grounded theory,and constructs the users' knowledge contribution behavior model based on the theory of selfdetermination and the theory of reasoned action,analyzes the influence of community incentive mechanism on the returns of copyanswering behavior and creativeanswering behavior.The results show that external incentive will significantly increase the number of copy-answering behavior,but will reduce the quantity of creativeanswering behavior; however,reducing external incentives and focusing on internal incentives will generate more intrinsic benefits for creativeanswering behavior and increase the quantity of creativeanswering behavior.

Based on China's automobile manufacturing enterprises as the research object, through the empirical research found that transformational leadership dramatically affects the organizational emotional capability, organizational citizenship behavior in the role of transformational leadership on organizational ability of emotions play in the process of mediation get worked up, collectivism orientation in the above mechanisms moderating role, at the same time, organizational emotional capability in the mediation role between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational creativity. This research is under the innovation-driven strategy on organizational emotional capability before the dependent variable and its impact on organizational creativity in the empirical study, will further deepen understanding of the relationship between enterprise leadership style, organizational emotional capability and organizational creativity, and provides important enlightenment to enterprise's management practice.

Humble leadership behavior affects team effectiveness. This paper discusses the influence of the humble leadership behavior on team effectiveness, and deeply and systematically analyzes the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior in the humble leadership behavior and team effectiveness. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the research found a significant positive correlation of humility leadership behavior and team performance: Three dimensions of humble leadership behavior has a significant positive impact on team performance and team commitment.to be a good listener, appreciate others have significant positive influence on team satisfaction. The ability to be a good listener has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational citizenship behavior significantly affect team performance, team satisfaction and team commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior has a mediating effect on team performance, and good at listening and team commitment, has a mediating effect on good at listening and team satisfaction, and team performance in the appreciation of others played the intermediary role.

146 The Impacts of Deeplevel Similarity Perception with Supervisor on the Employee's Innovative Behavior:A Test of Two Mediating Effects

Employees' perception of similarity with their supervisors will affect the employee's own attitudes and behavior. However,the research of the relationship between the deeplevel similarity perception and the employee innovation behavior in China is relatively insufficient. Based on the social identity theory,this paper explore the mechanism of deeplevel similarity perception on the employee's innovative behavior through the investigation of 162 pairs of supervisors and employees. The conclusion shows that the employee's deeplevel similarity perception with their supeivisor has a strong effect on the employee's innovation behavior. The mediating effect of psychological security and the perceived insider status in the main effect was also validated.

The perceived compatibility between individuals and their work groups is becoming an important challenge to team effectiveness, which has attracted the attention of theorists and practitioners. As the construct of persongroup fit, or persontem fit, was expanded from the individual level to group level, grouplevel persongroup fit had become an emerging collective construct. On the basis of revealing the definition, dimensions and measurement, multidimensional construct of persongroup fit, the antecedents and effects of persongroup fit were reviewed in this paper. Then the research design for persongroup fit was established and five directions for future research were pointed out:structure dimensions and measurement of persongroup fit; the antecedents and effects of persongroup fit; multilevel research on persongroup fit; longitudinal research on persongroup fit; Crosscultural comparative study on persongroup fit.
