    The empirical analysis is made to find how income level influence the relationship between financial structure and national technology innovation with data of 85 countries from 1989 to 2011. The results show that financial structure that is more biased towards financial market is more conducive to national technology innovation in higher income countries. This paper explain the results based on the idea of new structure economics: national innovation structure-proportion of independent research and development and imitation.Innovation is not the same for countries at different income levels. Risk characteristics and firm scales are different for firms engaged in independent research and development and those engaged in imitation innovation. Therefore,the proper proportion of financial market and bank credit varies with innovation structure. In this context,innovation structure determines optimal financial structure in the perspective of technology innovation. Thus,there exists a certain financial structure that could improve technology innovation most efficiently for each development stage. This conclusion emphasizes the necessity of considering development stage when analyzing the impact of financial structure on technology innovation. This paper provides new empirical evidence for new structure economics and possesses definite policy implications.

    Tested by the questionnaire of 429 incubatees in Shaanxi and passed by the multiple hierarchical regression analysis,search for Investigation relationship of "incubator control-Flexible Enterprise-Innovation Incubation Performance" from resource flexibility and coordination flexibility,and further study the preprocess impact of incubators advantage on incubatees innovation.The results show that incubator control have inverted U-shaped relationship on coordination flexibility and innovation incubation performance; resource flexibility and coordination flexibility have a positive effects on innovation incubation performance; incubator control not only have the direct influence on innovation incubation performance,but also have the indirect influence on innovation incubation performance by coordination flexibility.

    Entrepreneurial activity has been paid more and more attention because of its extensive economic and social benefits, previous research thought matching is the core problem of the entrepreneurial process. Combined with entrepreneur qualities and mature management system evolution theory, this study put forward the concept of the strength of entrepreneurship management. Then build the conceptual model between the strength of entrepreneurship management, team cooperation and new venture performance. Through analyzing data from 107 pre-test questionnaire and 171 formal questionnaire, the results showed that the strength of entrepreneurship management can be divided into three dimensions of distinctiveness, consistency and consensus. The strength of entrepreneurship management has a significant positive impact on performance of new ventures, the relationship between strength of entrepreneurship management and new venture performance are mediated by team cooperation.

    With the industry "4.0" era of increasing technical complexity ,the demand for enterprise R & D cooperative is increased,R & D partner identification and selection from the perspective of resource matching has been highly concerned .In view of the existing research lack of systematic evaluation model,and the resource matching situation is mainly based on expert subjective judgment,,this paper designed a SIC-Dimension three-dimensional evaluation model composed of complementarity,similarity and integrity indicators,which not only can improve the effectiveness of R & D cooperation partners dentification,but also reduces the complexity and subjectivity of the R & D partner selection process by combining qualitative and quantitative matching analysis.Finally,the application of the evaluation model is illustrated by the technology of industrial robots.The empirical results further validate the value of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation model.

    In the situation of the low efficiency and poor efficiency which existing in the matching process of projects and experts of the scientific and technological project review, the paper proposes an expert intelligent matching model which consists of 2 parts: vector space model and collaborative filtering model. After the feature extraction of each project groups and experts, we generate expert matching list by using vector space model and optimize the matching list using the collaborative filtering model to get a better result. Using the simple data of Guangdong science and technology plan projects and the information of expert database, we design an experiment to test the model and have a good result that the accuracy is 97.6%.

    "The Belt and Road" strategy provides central region of China with new opportunities to transform scientific and technological innovation achievements. In order to formulate and optimize cross-domain technology diffusion policies of the Six Central Provinces, this paper uses social network analysis method and selects patent licensing data recorded by SIPO in 2015 as the sample to analyze network structure characteristics of the overall network, cross-domain patent licensing networks of the Six Central Provinces, patent licensing networks of four National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zones Node Cities, and technical types. The study has shown that the Six Central Provinces are in the transition position from the edge layer to secondary core layer of the overall network, that the regional structure and quantity do not match with the strategic orientation, that leading and radiation effects on technology diffusion of the four National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zones Node Cities are poor, and some other issues. Then the paper puts forward some targeted policy recommendations including to construct the Six Central Provinces Technology Alliance, strengthen poverty alleviation efforts of technology, build cross-domain technology diffusion intermediary bridge by using the regional advantages, optimize technology diffusion assessment and incentive policies of the Innovation Demonstration Zones, give full play to comparative technological advantages, and so on.

    Taking the construction of ecological civilization as the origin, the paper analyzes the industrial structure system of Beijing from the perspective of dissipative structure, aiming at the actual situation of the industrial structure of our country's mega cities. Present that the entropy factors of Beijing include imbalance in industrial structure, the ecological of industrial structure is the evolution of the future. Based on the related theory of ecological city industrial development, it puts forward some suggestions for restructure of ecological industry of China's Mega city, such as development of new industries, cultivating high-tech talents, which can lead city industrial structure to be a new and stable state.

    From the micro perspective on evolution of organizational competence, this dissertation reveals resource integration's influencing mechanism on the evolution path of ambidexterity competence in creative industry zone. Longitudinal case study of M50 shows that resource integration offer resource base for balance development of exploration and exploitation competence,meet their competitive demand for resource. Influenced by the resource integration process, the evolution path of exploitation and exploration competence on policy resource, creative resource and the zone' resource shows character as punctuated equilibrium, concentrated alignment and simultaneous development respectively. New knowledge and competence obtain from exploration activities enrich the content of exploitation activities.

    The intellectual property creation ability of high tech industry is the key factor to determine the level of regional independent innovation and economic competitiveness. Shanxi province high-tech industry intellectual property rights in the implementation of the quality of the double upgrade, but also faced with the key areas of funding, inadequate investment, some indicators of growth slowdown and other issues. Combined with the theory of intellectual property creation and the reality of Shanxi, to construct evaluation index system of level 4 and 21 indicators, using the factor analysis method to compare with other 30 provinces and cities, the comparative analysis is made on the level of intellectual property creation ability. According to the above, the main directions of the development of intellectual property of Shanxi high tech industry are raised.

    With the evolvement of science and technology, more and more innovation activities are conducted by multiple organizations, but consensus on understanding the mechanism of collaboration innovation has not been established yet. This research tries to establish a comprehensive framework by employing and social network theory and introducing multi-dimensional proximity. This research employed a full sample complex network analysis and MRQAP analysis method, using collaboration patent data from 1985 to 2015 in IC industry chain, and found: Geographic proximity, knowledge cumulative proximity, knowledge structure proximity and innovation envioronment proximity are factors affecting collaboration partner selection. With the evolution of IC industry chain, the significance of geographic proximity on facilitating innovation collaboration is declining, and becomes lower than knowledge structure proximity since maturity of industry chain. The significance of knowledge structure proximity shows a U-shape. The significance of knowledge cumulative proximity and innovation environment proximity after the industry chain gets mature shows that the Matthew Effect has occurred within the innovation network.

    The setting of social organization standards would benefit to stimulate the vitality of market players,increase the effective supply of standards as well as improve the competitiveness of products.While when these standards are implemented into high-technology industries,opportunism behaviors of information hiding always take place as patentees of social organization standards grant patents to outsiders.According to the characteristics of patents in the patent pools of social organization standards,it explores the information concealment problems in patent license of this kind of standards in high-technology industry and studies the underlying reasons.Meantime,through cases study and based upon summarizing and comparing the regulation measures taken respectively by domestic and international governments towards the issue of information hiding in patents licensing within social organization standardization in high-technology industries,related suggestions are put forward focusing on Chinese government policies.The aim of this paper is to propel fostering and developing social organization standards in high-technology industries in China as well as to enhance the competitive edge of Chinese high-technology industries so as to achieve a better-quality,more efficient,upgraded economy.

    In facing the coming technology revolution,transformation and upgrading are essential for manufacturing industries.Thus different coping strategies are proposed by each country.In this paper,the most influenced Industry 4.0 propose by Germany and Made-in-China 2025 strategy are compared and analyzed.The targets of both strategies are similar,aiming at future intelligent manufacturing system.While the contents are different depending on the different conditions of each country.Considering industry situation of China,we suggest that automotive industry should be the carrier of China industry revolution.The changing,challenges and opportunities for automotive industry influenced by intelligent manufacture system are discussed.Coping strategies for automotive industry transformation and upgrading are propose.

    This paper studies the influence factors of the convergence of China's equipment manufacturing industry and producer services based on grounded theory and a large number of in-depth interviews base on the perspective of GVC. The aim of this paper is not only revealing the influence factors of the industrial convergence under the GVC system from a deep level perspective, but also revealing the influence mechanism between the factors. This study finds that, the convergence of China's equipment manufacturing industry and producer services is influenced by willingness, ability, environment and resources of industry convergence system, the convergence willingness and convergence ability have directly influence on the convergence ,the convergence environment and convergence resources have indirect influence on the convergence. On this basis, this paper constructs the influence factors model which includes the sub category (12 factors),main category (willingness, ability, environment and resources for industry convergence) and core category (industry convergence).At last, this paper puts forward the development strategies and suggestions for promoting the convergence of China's equipment manufacturing industry and producer services from GVC perspective, such as "constructing the industry convergence platform" and "reducing industry barrier".

    With the rapid development of science and technology, the evolution of industrial technology system has been deepened, and the rise of industrial technology track is more and more important to the technological innovation, and further affects the continuous improvement of innovation performance. This study constructs a theoretical model of the impact of industrial technology track on innovation performance, which is based on mediating variable of the evolution in industrial technology innovation system, to explore the mediating role of the industrial technology system evolution, and according to the survey data, an empirical study on the model is carried out. The results show that the rise of industrial technology track has a significant role in promoting the evolution of industrial technology system, the evolution of the industrial technology system to promote the improvement of innovation performance, the direct impact of the rise of industrial technology track on innovation performance is not significant, need a intermediary role in the evolution of the industrial technology system.

    This paper examines the relationship between the vertical dyad linkage in top management team and corporate innovation from the point of view of the background characteristics of managers, using the data of Chinese listed companies. The results demonstrate that, first, there is no significantly correlation between the vertical dyad linkage of gender and corporate innovation. Second, the vertical dyad linkage of age has a significant negative effect on corporate innovation. Third, the vertical dyad linkage of education has a significant positive effect on the patent for appearance design, the total amount of patent and R&D. Fourth, the vertical dyad linkage of tenure has no effect on the patent, but has a significant negative effect on R&D. Finally, there are significant differences between state-owned and non-state-owned companies when we distinguish the nature of property rights.

    In order to understand the mechanism between general human capital of entrepreneurs and innovative opportunity identification, hypotheses of relationships between prior knowledge,optimistic degree,creativity and innovative opportunities identification are proposed and examined through an empirical method. The findings show that, in the overall samples, prior knowledge,optimistic degree and creativity have significant inverted U-shaped relationships with innovative opportunities identification; And for the female group samples, prior knowledge has no significant relationship with innovative opportunity identification, and optimistic degree has a significant inverted U-shaped relationship with innovative opportunities identification, and creativity has a significant U-shaped relationship with innovative opportunities identification; For the male group samples,optimistic degree and creativity have significant inverted U-shaped relationships with innovative opportunities identification,and prior knowledge has a significant U-shaped relationship with innovative opportunities identification.

    Developing low-carbon economy mostly lies in low carbon technology innovation diffusion which is directly affected by policy instruments and their mix. The paper summarizes the types of policy instrument, their design elements and design features of policy instrument mix in the field of low-carbon technologies, and qualitatively analyzes the impact of major policy instruments, policy instrument mix and their organization on offshore wind power technology innovation and diffusion as the example of German offshore wind power technology. The results show that: Firstly, every instrument have a positive effect on innovation and diffusion of offshore wind power technologies; Secondly, comprehensive policy instrument mix can overcome market failures, system failures and other bottlenecks in the process of offshore wind power technology innovation and diffusion; Thirdly, characteristics of a policy instrument mix plays the role of regulation in the impact of major policy instruments and policy instrument mix on offshore wind power technology innovation and diffusion; Fourthly, characteristics of a policy instrument mix and offshore wind power technology innovation and diffusion are positively correlated; Fifthly, the relationship between reliability, comprehensiveness, consistency is complementary in the impact of them on offshore wind power technology innovation.

    Analyzing from the theories of knowledge stock and transfer, the article proposes the issue of evolution of knowledge stock in knowledge alliance. According to theoretical model, the knowledge stock evolution model based on knowledge alliance is built up. With the case study of Zhengzhou super hard material knowledge alliance, it thinks that evolutional directions of knowledge stock are affected by knowledge transfer frequency, broken degree and resonance. By case discussion, it is founded that the knowledge stock evolution is waved with the effects of three non equilibrium forces. But generally it appears upward trend experiencing four stages evolution along with nonlinear path.

    For the reason that universities returned talent, which is an important part of returnees, plays a major role of Chinese research and development, this article studies universities returned talent as the representative. Through in-depth interviews of twelve returned talents of universities, the key factors, effects and relationships of their repatriation adjustment process are analyzed and extracted by grounded theory. An overall structure is established by 'constructivist interpretation'. Then three new study inferences are proposed and the model framework of repatriation adjustment factors and their effects is built. Research conclusion will help universities returned talents complete repatriation adjustment successfully and achieve career development.

    In order to explore the mechanism of ethnic network on minority college students' entrepreneurial competence, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among ethnic network, minority college students' entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial learning, and the theoretical hypothesis are test by hierarchical regression method. Through the empirical analysis of 745 effective samples of universities in XingJing, it is found that ethnic network has a significant positive impact on the minority college students' entrepreneurial competence. The entrepreneurial learning and its dimensions play a role of part mediating effect between ethnic network and the minority college students' entrepreneurial competence. The entrepreneurial learning and its dimensions play a role of part mediating effect between ethnic network and the minority college students' entrepreneurial competence.

    With the intensification of military technology competition, the improvement of independent innovation capacity and hi-tech weaponries R&D and manufacturing capacity has become increasingly critical to the development of the Science technology and industry for national defense. Based on the research on related theories of regional industry innovation clusters and combined with the empirical research on Danyang national military-civilian integration industry demonstration base, this paper has put forward the indexing system for evaluation on innovation capacity of military-civilian integration hi-tech industry clusters covering industry-university-research cooperation, R&D input, patent quality, knowledge spillover, civil military integration industry efficiency and innovation environment. In addition, this paper has established the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for innovation capacity of military-civilian integration hi-tech industry clusters by adopting subjective weighting method to assign weights according to index characteristics, and applied the model to make empirical evaluation on innovation capacity of major military-civilian integration industry demonstration bases of Jiangsu Province, as well as put forward optimized paths for improvement of innovation capacity against general problems of those bases, with a view to providing local governments with certain decision-making basis.

    At present, the Chinese economy is entering a "new normal", strategies of the Yangtze River economic zones, civil-military integration strategy and innovation-driven development became major national strategies. These strategies integrate the idea of regional coordinated development and the concept of economic construction and national defense construction' integration development. Through the analysis of realistic foundation, difficulties and inner mechanism of the Yangtze River economic zones' civil-military integration collaborative innovation, this article build a four-overall framework of the Yangtze River economic zones' civil-military integration collaborative innovation, and put forward policy suggestions about promoting civil-military integration collaborative innovation of the Yangtze River economic zones.
