    From Innovation System Paradigm to Innovation Ecosystem Paradigm, innovation theory and corresponding policies have made a big shift. However, the contradictions and challenges between the complexity of innovation environment and the simplicity of up to down policies urge us to turn fora down to up way, which means a micro-cosmic perceptive thinking. After distinguishing micro-innovation system and enterprise-innovation-system, we reclassify the three levels (macro, medium, micro),and gain some theoretical development and innovation governance as well.

    It is one of the prerequisites for case investigator to own and get a good knowledge of the study paths and their steps. The current path for case study arouses controversy in research goal, research type, theoretical assumption, data collecting and analyzing, and research result. Based on applying innovation theory styles to explain, this paper not only sorts three paths including of theory-building oriented, theory-testing oriented and theory-proving oriented out, but also summarizes their 10 research steps including of determining the purpose, composing the literature review, finding research questions and speculating related constructs,(un-)defining theory and hypothesis, determining case study type, framing all the cases and selecting the typical case, collecting and analyzing data, forming/testing theory and hypothesis, conducting triangular measurement and testing validity, comparing relevant literature and getting the research results. Three paths of case study and their 10 research steps can be viewed as a reference for relevant researchers.

    With the innovative application of the intelligent interconnection technology, the development trend of intellectualization, service, and emotion of the product is increasingly obvious. Customer's demand has highly coupled with time, geographical space, and emotional aspects, and this caused the mass emergence of business application scenarios. Hence, the innovation of scenario based business model is more widely used in real business application level, and, at the same time, it has aroused great concern in the academic circles. This paper is based on the new perspective of business model to explore the constituent elements of scenarios and scenarios' value creation and its action mechanism. This paper focuses on value creation and based on this put forward emotional experience, community channel, connection mechanism are scenario latent variables, and demonstrates that scene value is based on the emotional experience of customers' life style and details, and it is also created by the deep connection of customers and enterprise crossover, created in specific consumption situation, or created by customers alone. Once the black box of the value of the scene from the perspective of business model has been opened, the inner mechanism of scenario in value creation can be straightened up. Hope this paper will have some inspiration on existing business model innovation of enterprise.

    Online community is an external platform for enterprise innovation.To explore the innovation motivation of online community members is the key way to stimulate their innovation behavior.Self-determination theory reveals the mechanism of how motivation integration influences human behavior and points out how important external environment has on human's motivation.Using empirical method,this research explores the influence mechanism of online community climate has on members' participating innovation behavior,finding that online community supportive climate promotes members innovation motivation and then promotes members' innovation behavior.And the causality orientation of community members moderates the effect of supportive climate on innovation motivation.

    In the context of the national implementation of innovation-driven strategy, the study of cross-regional collaborative innovation has important practical significance. While the proximity theory is an important research topic of collaborative innovation in industrial cluster and enterprise level, and it also has important theoretical value to explore the influence factors of cross-regional collaborative innovation from the perspective of multi-dimension proximity. From the practical background of cross-regional collaborative innovation, with the help of collaborative innovation theory, it takes the Yangtze River Delta region of Suzhou, Shanghai and Hangzhou's enterprises as an example, through the questionnaire survey and the use of factor analysis to identify the influencing factors of cross-regional collaborative innovation, based on the use of structural equation model for empirical research method. Building the model of the influencing factors of cross-regional collaborative innovation, it finally puts forward some countermeasures to promote cross-regional collaborative innovation.

    National economic and technological development zones (ETDZs) are important carriers for promoting industrialization and export-oriented economy in China. Since there gathered much more manufacturing activities in ETDZs, all the location factors related to the cost of production and transaction may play important roles in their economic performance. Based on the location requirements of manufacturing activities in ETDZs, this paper mainly explores effects of main location factors on the development performance of ETDZs through the factor analysis and multiple regression analysis of panel data of 106 national ETDZs in 2013. It shows that location factors related to transaction cost have more significant impacts on the development of ETDZs, which is not only reflected in the negative correlation between the location factors related to the production cost (such as salary, land price and pollutant charge) and the output value per unit area, but the significant positive correlation between the location factors related to the transaction cost (such as transportation conditions, the status of administration according to law)and the output value per unit area. Therefore, for the sustained and healthy development of ETDZs, the local government should reduce the vicious competition on price of production factors and preferential fiscal and taxation policies and pay more attention to suppressing transaction cost.

    Airport economic comprehensive experimentation area as an important form of economic and technological development zone, the inland area, is a new exploration of the modern industrial system, to seize the commanding heights of breakthrough geographical conditions constraints, tap their own advantage. The application of double difference method is used to evaluate the effect of the experimental area of Zhengzhou port on the regional economy. And the results show that the important impetus to regional economic growth through the airport itself a lot of infrastructure investment, in the short term, in promoting regional integration, other resources have not yet reached the expected effect. On this basis, it is necessary to provide advice on the integration of regional resources and the improvement of regional natural resources in the long term, and provide reference for other provinces to promote regional economic growth.

    The second Asia-Eurasian Continental Bridge is a new channel with a short time, low cost and market competitiveness for Central Asia and Europe. The channel along the bridge will have an important impact on the agglomeration of the manufacturing industry and will give the central and western regions create new economic growth point. In this paper, the three methods of location entropy, space Gini coefficient and E-G index are used to study the impact and extent of agglomeration of industry segments on the provinces of Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu and Xinjiang provinces and the provinces' 34 specific industries in manufacturing industry in order to study the development trend of manufacturing and guide the rational distribution of manufacturing industry. Finally, three important conclusions are drawn.

    The ecological operation of the cluster provides resources and the environment for the growth of enterprises different from traditional clusters. During the process of the ecological operation, cluster's settled object, space structure, population size, management factors and operation mechanism constitute together the dimension of the ecological operation. While a cluster operates in one mode among the extension mode of ecological cleaner production, the collaborative symbiosis mode in network and the production chain extension mode of core enterprises in clusters, the dimension of the ecological operation performs different features as constraints which construct different environment, framework and relation power for the growth of enterprises. Based on these, enterprises from the prime and related industries grow in different status under different operation modes.

    Collaborate innovation has become an important form of technological innovation for enterprises in the industrial clusters. However, it resulting in a huge risk due to the early stage of technology innovation activities, the late output is not determined, and so on. Therefore, how to accurately measure the risk of cooperate innovation in industrial clusters has very important significance to the project research and development decision and the risk control in the implementation. In view of this, the existing technology innovation evaluation index system and measurement method is improved , and put forward a set of method system of collaborate innovation risk measurement for the enterprise in industrial clusters. Firstly, according to the collaborate innovation characteristics of the enterprise in industrial clusters, construct the risk index system, through a nonlinear programming model for optimal solution method, put the combination weighting into the extensional matter-element theory, construct the extensional matter-element model with combination weighting, and measure the risk of collaborate innovation in industrial clusters. Finally, this method is used to make an empirical study on the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry cluster.

    As the policy "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was implemented, applying internet financing platform including internet crowdfunding is becoming an increasingly significant fundraising approach for entrepreneurial team. However, the size, financing scale and chances to success of entrepreneurial projects hosted by females are much smaller than those hosted by male counterparts at the internet crowdfunding platform. Researchers should investigate whether and why female entrepreneurs are restricted by the internet entrepreneurial financing. In the light of the Innovation resource theory, based on 1517 entrepreneurial project′s data collected by internet financing platform, we use PSM and OLS to analyze the effect of both male and female′s strong social relationship and weak social relationship on entrepreneurial financing, and draw a conclusion on the sources of female entrepreneurs′ financing disadvantages. Relevant suggestions are proposed.

    This study explore the effects of innovative capability and relationships among firms as well as the interaction effects between innovative capability and relationships among firms on firms' resource utilizing strategy, also discuss the effects of firms' resource utilizing strategy on firms' performance. The results suggest: ① innovative capability significantly has positive effect on independent resource utilizing strategy; ② relationships among firms significantly have positive effect on integrative resource utilizing strategy; ③ the interaction effects between innovative capability and relationships among firms significantly have positive effect on independent resource utilizing strategy, while there is no significant and positive effect between the interaction effects and integrative resource utilizing strategy; ④ firms' independent resource utilizing strategy significantly has positive effect on performance; ⑤ firms' integrative resource utilizing strategy significantly has positive effect on performance.

    The paper devotes on investigating the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance. It proposes that the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance is inverted U shape. Meanwhile, this relationship is moderated by environment stability and environmental hostility. Based upon a sample of 219 Chinese international firms, findings support that although international entrepreneurial orientation are beneficial, they can weaken a firm's international performance in foreign markets, after a certain point. Environment stability strengthens the inverted U shape and environment hostility weakens the inverted U shape.

    The influencing factors of enterprise innovation has been a hot topic discussed in theory and practice. This study, using survey data from 167 manufacturing enterprises in China, empirically examines the innovation effect of supplier selection and collaboration under different innovation model, and reveals the influence of external key supplier on enterprise innovation and its realization mechanism. The empirical results show that the supplier selection criteria has both "selection effect" and "collaboration effect" on enterprise radical innovation, that is, the supplier selection criterion can directly affect enterprise radical innovation, and also have indirect effects on radical innovation through the influence of supplier collaboration. However, the impact of supplier selection criteria on enterprise incremental innovation mainly depends on the "collaboration effect", through the mediation mechanism of supplier collaboration. Compared with the supplier relationship-focused search strategy, the market-focused search strategy can enhance the supplier selection effect, but this is mainly reflected in the impact on enterprise radical innovation.

    How to use and develop customer resources is a critical issue that needs to be solved by enterprises in the practice of new product development. From the perspective of producer, this study analyses the internal mechanism between customer participation behavior and new product performance in B2B situation, and constructs a mediation model for which the knowledge integration mechanism is taken as a mediating variable between customer participation behavior and new product performance. SPSS18.0 and Amos18.0 are used to conduct reliability and validity analysis for the survey data from eastern coastal enterprises in China and test the hypotheses by conducting linear regression. The empirical research results reveal a mediating effect of knowledge integration mechanism between customer participation behaviors and new product performance.

    To analyze the impacts of government measures on enterprises′ innovation vitality in a particular district and identify the difference between effects of various government measures in different districts have great policy significance for stimulating enterprises′ innovation vitality. Based on the survey data of more than 200 small and medium-sized enterprises, the impacts of four types of fourteen government measures on enterprises′ innovation vitality in H and Y are compared and tested. Results show that the enterprises′ perceptions of government measures in H and Y are similar, but their impacts on enterprises′ innovation vitality are very different. This work reveals that in order to stimulate enterprises′ innovation vitality, it requires local governments to take targeted measures, emphasize the precision idea of the government functions transform, implement process reengineering to support enterprises innovation based on the method of taking targeted measures.

    Based on the theory of psychological ownership, this study establishes and verifies the mechanism model of perceived knowledge ownership - territorial behavior- knowledge innovation (knowledge integration and knowledge innovation),using the data gathered through a survey 58 team leaders and 229 team members' valid samples. The research results show that there are differences in the process mechanism of knowledge innovation. The perceived knowledge ownership has a significant positive impact on the integration of knowledge and has a significant negative impact on knowledge creation. The territorial behavior plays a mediating role between the perceived knowledge ownership and knowledge integration & knowledge creation. Team psychological security moderated the relationships between the perceived knowledge ownership and the territorial behavior. High team psychological security can weaken the positive impact of perceived knowledge ownership on territory behavior, and low team psychological security has the positive impact of the perceived knowledge ownership on the territory behavior. To a certain extent, the team psychological security regulates the intermediary role of the perceived knowledge ownership and knowledge integration & knowledge creation. Team psychological safely, the mediating effect of territorial behavior between knowledge ownership and knowledge awareness integration will be weak. Team psychological safely, the mediating effect of territorial behavior between knowledge ownership and knowledge creation have stronger perception.

    This study based on the social exchange theory, explore the influence of face need to apprentice engagement, and also the mediate effect of mentoring relationship and moderate effect of emotional intelligence. The results show that: both acquisitive face orientation and protective face orientation have positive prediction function on mentoring relationship; the mentoring relationship has positive prediction function on apprentice engagement; Both acquisitive face orientation and protective face orientation have positive prediction function on apprentice engagement; mentor relationship is a partial mediate role between acquisitive face orientation and apprentice engagement, and a completely mediate role between protective face orientation and apprentice engagement.

    Chinese environmental non-governmental organizations have taken up a place in environmental protection business under the background of "green development" having increasingly been a social consensus. Currently, such problems as talents shortage, unreasonable structure, low degree of specialization and others are widespread in Chinese environmental non-governmental organizations. It is a guarantee for sustainable development of the organizations to establish a talents team with a reasonable structure, high professional level and excellent technical ability. The paper has researched Chinese representative environmental non-governmental organizations, strategic significance, main work and causes for the loss of professional talents of Chinese environmental non-governmental organizations as well as the countermeasures and suggestions for training were concluded by qualitative research methods.

    Emerging technology innovation becomes important topic on management field recently. To enrich theory, perspective and methods about emerging technology innovation, this paper reviews the characteristics, theoretical perspective, and key factors of emerging technology innovation, and then structures multi-level integrated model for emerging technology innovation management. Consequently, this paper outlines the research framework and future research direction, which indicate the importance of innovation capabilities, open learning, and dynamic resources management. Further, this study stresses important theoretical basis and implications for emerging technology innovation management in Chinese transitional economy.
