    Through technology-organization-environment framework and IT innovation alignment theory, this paper explores the determinants and mechanisms of organizational adoption on open innovation platform based on Internet, and reveals the adoption and diffusion of open innovation platform among the organizations. With an exploratory single case study approach, it analyzes the determinants that influence the adoption of open innovation platform. The result shows that technology characteristics of open innovation platform (comparative advantages, openness, collaborative innovation, network externalities), organizational context (organizational strategy, top support, innovation culture, organization size) and external environment (policy support, external pressure) directly influence the adoption decision. What's more, it is important to realize the direct effects of alignment between technology and organization, and alignment between technology and external environment to adoption decision. Further, these two alignments have mediating effects on relationships between technology characteristics, organizational context and external environment and OIP adoption.

    Innovation networks system has become one of the hotspots in field of innovation, Technology broker is bridge to achieve the optimal matching between technical requirements and technical inputs in different enterprises or organizations, Interdependent networks integrate the innovation networks, the technology broker networks and the technical service networks as an organic entirety, This article builds the interdependent network robustness cascade failure model about the innovation network which considering the node load,The result shows that the system is robust if the "a" is higher,In the random faiure model,random network' efficiency is better than other two networks; In the priority failure model, the whole network will failure as long as a part of organization node failure,This article provides a new research idea and perspective for designing the innovation network structure,adopting the key innovation node redundancy mechanism which has certain explorated significance and practical value.

    The cluster innovation is an important way to improve the competitiveness and stabilize market position of the cluster. With action plan ofis put forward, the cluster's innovation and development of our country brings out the new trends, such as digital, crossover and extensive, which also puts forward new requirements for the cluster innovation. This paper analyzed the present situation of the cluster development in our country and the new features under the "Internet +" environment of the cluster innovation to reveal the comprehensive value of the integration of "Internet +" and the cluster innovation. Finally, from the perspective of the enterprise, cluster and government, the new strategies of cluster innovation are put forward to provide reference for cluster innovation under the "Internet +" environment.

    The influence of social capital on individual ambidextrous innovation has been paid attention to in the academic field, to clarify the relationship between social capital and individual ambidextrous innovation is critical to enhance the enterprise innovation capability. Based on the three dimensions of social capital for three pairs of components: structure dimension of bonding network and bridging network, relational dimension of generalised trust and particularised trust, ognitive dimension of shared vision and organizational diversity ,explores each pairs of components of social capital differences influence between exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation, analyses the balance function of components to alleviate the facing dilemma of times conflict of individual both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation, builds alignment and adaptability social capital theory architectures both exploitation and exploration, provides theoretical basis for making good use and careful social capital components to upgrade the capacity of employees ambidextrous innovation for managers.

    In the "new normal" period, this paper systematically explores the impact of industrial enterprises' innovation on regional employment levels, and then further reveals the accommodating effect of market-oriented process on the above relationship. It finds that, corporate innovation contributes significantly to enhance regional employment levels, and with the deepening of marketization process, the role played by innovation on employment will be significantly enhanced. Further investigation on firm size and ownership properties shows that, compared to larger and state-owned enterprises, innovation of minor and non-state-owned enterprises exert greater effect on employment levels, and meanwhile marketization process has different accommodating effect on the relation between innovation and regional employment levels significantly. This paper systematically discusses how the micro corporate innovation improve the regional employment level, which provides policy recommendations for the government to improve the market environment and stimulate the corporate innovation investment so that we can have a high level of employment and stability of social order.

    Study on China's top ten cities Industrial Structure and division of labor conditions under the new normal "steady growth, transfer mode, adjust structure" has great theoretical significance and practical value. This paper uses Shift - share analysis, location quotient, related diversification index, China's top ten cities for three major industry groups and 19 industries in the industrial structure and the division of labor were compared. It was found that, under the new normal Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta city group most affected, but the industrial structure still remain stable good. Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning and South Africa, Guanzhong urban agglomeration in the economic downward pressure still maintained a good development momentum, the West Coast, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Chongqing City Group entered the high-speed development stage, industrial structure needs to coordinate, Shandong Peninsula and the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration Industry stagnation, industrial division levels start backwards.

    On the basis of bellows theory, using the space modified gravity model and social network analysis, the study explored the spatial diffusion network structure of R&D in chengdu-chongqing economic zone. The study found that the R&D distribution of chengdu-chongqing economic zone have a remarkable geopolitical proximity, the geographical proximity of north-south line is stronger than east-west line, the spatial diffusion network structure have the "main core-multicenter" feature, regional differentiation of "strong chain" and the "weak link" is obvious, the outdegree and indegree of spatial diffusion have serious polarization, the spatial diffusion direction is not fully compliant with the potential difference of the city economic development level, the cohesion subgroups of the spatial diffusion fit the border of regional economic integration.

    With the continuous generation and development of technology, the correlation among different industries changes continuity and appears some kind of stage characteristics. For the innovation external effect of technology emerging and development, this search analyzes industry correlation development from the cause, process and result of the appearance of industry correlation. The research studies the leading role that technique plays in the industrial correlation system development of the innovation system for the industry association external effect of technical generation and development, in order to disclose the industry correlation development process and law. It puts forward five industry association development stages, expounds the development process. Through the case study of 3D printing related industries, it can find that at the same time of the technological innovation process, the correlation development stage and degree is different among different industries. The position and role in correlation is different among different industry. According to different stages of industry association, we can make industry innovation strategy, and promote the rational evolution of industry correlation.

    Given the strategic significance of Industrial Generic Technology R & D in the new situation of economic transformation and upgrading and the "Dead Valley" effect of Industrial Generic Technology R & D Investment, this paper established a Cobb-Douglas production function Investment Game Model of two types of investment between the government and enterprises.This paper obtained the Nash equilibrium of Generic Technology R & D investment under different circumstances of government budget proportion through solving the optimal response function.This paper also explored the optimal proportion of two types of investment between government and enterprises and verified the validity of the model through a case study.The study found that government investment in Industrial Generic Technology R & D should be more inclined to supply pre-research investment while enterprises investment should be more inclined to supply R & D investment. Meanwhile,the government should adjust its positioning and function according to the different stages of industrial development and take dynamic measures of different supporting ways and intensity to invest in Industrial Generic Technology R & D.

    Based on the data of China's companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share main board and the small and medium-sized enterprise board from 2008 to 2014, this paper conducts an empirical study of financial development whether to ease enterprises R&D financing constraints to promote enterprise R&D investment. To be more important, taking into account size, region, ownership, industry to investigates the differences under the influence of the four factors. The results show that: Financial development can significantly ease the R&D financing constraints faced by enterprises, and this mitigation effect on small scale enterprises and private enterprises is more obvious; Higher level of financial development in the eastern region to a greater extent to promote enterprises R&D investment, while the central and western regions have failed to effectively stimulate the R&D expenditure; Compared with the high-tech industry, non high-tech industry can benefit more from financial development, and the intensity of its investment in R&D is significantly increased.

    Using a corporate-level dataset of Chinese listed companies disclosing the R&D information,based on the perspective of ultimate ownership,this paper studies the impact of ultimate shareholder excess control on corporate R&D investment and the difference of that impact between companies about different types of ownership property.The results show that:the higher the extent of ultimate shareholder excess control,the more serious of the agency problems,and the lower level of R&D investment.Ultimate shareholder excess control is negatively associated with corporate R&D investment.Compared with non-state owned companies,the negative impact of ultimate shareholder excess control on corporate R&D investment in state owned companies is relatively smaller.

    Entrepreneurship and innovation are important to promote the development of the economic,and there is no doubt that the characteristics of entrepreneurs has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the achievement goal orientation theory,this paper discusses the differences on entrepreneurial orientation and new-established enterprise innovation ability of the individuals in different achievement goal types.In this study,we found that individuals with learning goal orientation have higher entrepreneurial orientation than individuals with the performance orientation.Entrepreneurs with learning goal orientation have higher innovation level.Individual with performance-approach goal orientation have higher entrepreneurial orientation than individuals with the performance-avoidance goal orientation.Seeing from the industry,we found avoidance goal orientation entrepreneurs have a lower level of innovation.Those findings suggest that,in future entrepreneurship policy design,in order to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship ,we can consider to lead individuals to form achievement goal that more suitable for entrepreneurial behavior,and choose the appropriate business sector.

    Since the lack of research on the informal system and enterprise innovation investment decision, our paper studies how mercantile culture affects enterprise innovation investment decision, and how corruption affects the influence of mercantile culture on enterprise innovation investment decision. We find that, the listed companies affected stronger by the mercantilist culture has a higher innovation investment level. and this influence occurred mainly in the non state owned enterprises. At the same time, affected by the extrusion effect and the substitution effect of corruption, promotion effect of mercantile culture on enterprise innovation investment is more significant in the region with low levels of corruption.

    The civil-military integration is considered as a contract group activity with the civil and military parties, based on the Principal-Agent theory. The principal-agent relationship composed of a bottom-up authorization chain and a top-down authorization chain is the distinctive feature of the civil-military integration system. There are many problems in the principal-agent relationship, such as a long chain, lengthy administrative levels, high agency cost, unclear principal-agent relationship, asymmetry of information, and so on. To solve the principal-agent problem of civil-military integration To build an effective civil-military integration mechanism, the measures of rationalizing the management system should be implemented as the premise; reducing the level of principal-agent has to be set as the basis; clearing the division of responsibilities of decision-making is supposed to be taken as the key; improving the incentive and restraint mechanism is needed as the foundation. The asymmetry of information and the inconsistency of the goals between the principal and the agent should be reduced as much as possible so as to promote the depth development of the civil-military integration.

    Promoting the construction of innovative city is an important measure for the implementation of innovation driven development strategy in China. On the application of Data Envelopment Analysis, synthetically considering economic output, scientific and technological output and social environmental benefits of innovation, it constructs BCC and CCR model, calculates the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 53 innovative pilot cities, counts and analyzes the input redundancy of non DEA effective cities. Based on the results of the innovation efficiency of innovation-oriented city, it puts forward countermeasures to promote the construction of innovative cities.

    Under the background of "public entrepreneurship, innovation", with the rapid development of various crowd innovation spaces, it has become a very important work to grasp and evaluate the level of science and technology creation project timely. The paper is based on analyzing the influencing factors of science and technology creation project, the evaluation index system is designed based on the three dimensions-innovation, value and feasibility, and the evaluation model of science and technology creation project based on the rule is constructed. And then taking empirical research, correlative strategies are given.     Based on synergetics to build the knowledge governance and social technology ability of the coupling coordination degree evaluation model, and evaluating the coupling coordination degree of knowledge-based enterprises. On this basis, using the cox regression model to analysis the knowledge governance and social technology coupled coordination traceability path. Results showed that the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge governance and social technical ability in medium coupling, low coupling coordination.What's more, absorption ability and knowledge sourcing strategy show remarkable effect to the knowledge management and social technology ability coupling coordination. Research constructs the evaluation system of knowledge governance and social governance ability,and discusses the factors affecting the coupling system of traceability and path, help enterprise knowledge system perfect, promote knowledge innovation performance.

    Cyberspace has became an important innovative place for enterprises and individuals, thus exploring how to promote Knowledge Innovation Behavior sustaining Growth in cyberspace has a strong practical significance.This paper constructs a Knowledge Innovation Ecosystem under cyberspace based on innovation ecosystem analyzing the relationship between different system elements. The choice of behaviors and innovative motivations are studied based on coding towards rough interview data of 75 members belonging to 6 different cases from the type of cyberspace and participative degree of innovative subject. The results indicate that the type of cyberspace and innovation Subject participation degree have an impact on cyberspace knowledge innovation behavior. Further 3 strategies are proposed to promote the knowledge innovation behavior sustaining growth from the perspective of people encouragement and platform environmental governance.

    University is one of the three main bodies of Chinese research and development, but the effectiveness of scientific research activities of the universities is also widely criticized. Based on the classical theory of "externality" and "zero-sum game", a phenomenon named "minimization of ROI" is put forward. It is found that this phenomenon is the important reason for the low transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities. By comparing the characteristics and causes of the low transformation rate, the mechanism of the phenomenon of "minimization of ROI" is analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The phenomenon of "minimization of ROI" can provide a new theoretical perspective for the in-depth understanding and analysis of the problems in the University's scientific research system.

    Base on the Job Characteristics Model, this essay studies the relationship between job characteristics and the work positive pressure of R&D personnel in science and technology enterprises. In the form of a questionnaire survey to obtain sample data, after the statistics analysis, it has been proved that the five factors of Job Characteristics Model of skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback that all have positive direct impact on the work positive pressure, while skill variety is the most significant effect. Autonomy and feedback also shows a more important role. In the end ,the paper puts forward some advice on how to stimulate the work positive pressure of R&D Personnel.
