Research on the Lag-effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Employees' Creativity from the Perspective of Borderless Career: a Dual Mediation Model |

Abstract As a new engine of economic growth and social progress, entrepreneurship has gained extensive international consensus. Therefore, governments of the world attach great importance to entrepreneurship education for college students. Entrepreneurship education takes fostering entrepreneurship as the core, which can not only improve the entrepreneurship rate of college students, but also shape their professional concern to meet the quality requirements of innovative talents. This paper focuses on new-generation employees who have received entrepreneurship education in colleges, discussing how entrepreneurship education affects boundaryless career attitudes and creativity of new-generation employees. Based on 266 valid data, this study shows that:entrepreneurship education can significantly improve employees' creativity;the two dimensions of boundaryless career attitudes, both boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility preference mediate the relationship of entrepreneurship education and creativity;boundaryless mindset has a stronger mediating effect than organizational mobility preference. The conclusions further verify the lag effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and provides beneficial enlightenment for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges.
