| Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of R&D Teams Innovation Performance from the Spiritual Perspective |

Abstract Based on the componential theory of innovation and the theory of creativity investment, the research concentrates on the dynamic mechanism of spiritual factors to the team innovation performance.The statistical analysis of 288 members of 82 R&D teams shows that: Team spiritual leadership has a positive influence on the team innovation performance; Workplace spirituality has part mediation effect between the team spiritual leadership and the team innovation performance; Collectivism spirit positively moderates the relationship of team spiritual leadership and team innovation performance, which strengthens the impact of team spiritual leadership on the team innovation performance; Collectivism spirit also moderates the mediating effect of workplace spirituality between the team spiritual leadership and the team innovation performance, the mediating effect of the workplace spirituality is become stronger as the Collectivism spirit increases.
