Abstract The background of Transboundary transformation and industrial convergence, the integration of cultural and technological as a technology development model induced development industry, with the promotion of cultural industries, derivatives industry value chain extension and business model innovation.The two practical approaches to the integration of culture and technology are “technicalization of culture” and “culture realization of technology”.This paper analyzes four typical modes of integration of culture and technology:production integration, market integration, resource integration and channel integration,and sums up the key measures in the process of industrial integration innovation.The results show that the development of cultural and scientific integration needs to be supported and promoted from the aspects of policies and regulations, legal regulation, industrial structure and independent innovation.
