Green Development Level Measurement and Spatial Difference Analysis of Yangtze River Economic Belt |

Abstract This paper takes the green development of the Yangtze River economic belt as the research perspective.We have constructed an evaluation index system from four aspects:industrial transformation and upgrading, independent innovation ability, resource utilization efficiency and environmental protection.Using the panel data for 2007-2016 years, we measured the green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt industry.On this basis, we use the spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial distribution and evolution law of green development of industries in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.The results show that the green development index of industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is between-0.4 and 0.37, Shanghai is the best, Sichuan is the worst, and the overall level of green development of industry is gradually decreasing from the downstream to the middle and upper reaches of the region.Spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that the Moran 's index was positively positive and showed positive spatial correlation.In order to promote the green development level of the industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, it is necessary to give full play to the radiation leading role of the downstream areas,Strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the lower reaches and the middle and upper reaches of it.The transformation mode of green undertaking industry in the upper and middle reaches of Yangtze River Economic Belt should be constructed to promote regional common development.
