A Study on the Relationship between Humble Leadership Behavior and Secondary Entrepreneurial Performance from the Perspective of Resource Perspective |

Abstract Humble leadership is a new research hot topic of leadership in recent years. Based on social exchange theory and resourcebased theory, this paper introduces resource integration and resource sharing as a dual intermediary variable, establish a model with organizational legitimacy as a regulating variable. Using SPSS23.0 and AMOS20.0 to carry out regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis statistical test, this paper explores the effect of resource sharing, resource integration and organizational legitimacy on the relationship between humble leadership behavior and secondary entrepreneurial performance. The results show that resource integration and resource sharing play a partial intermediary role between humble leadership behavior and secondary entrepreneurial performance. Organizational legitimacy plays a positive regulatory role between humble leadership behavior and resource integration and resource sharing. Among them, humble leadership behavior plays a more positive role in resource sharing. The humble leadership behavior has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance in the context of secondary entrepreneurship. Finally, the results are discussed and prospected.
