Research on the Impact of Knowledge Governance, Organizational Learning and Balanced Strategies on Organizational Creativity |

Abstract Organizational creativity is a prerequisite for organizational creativity and a key factor in maintaining and enhancing competitive advantage. This article builds a moderated mediating model from the perspective of knowledge governance, proposes and validates the effect of knowledge governance model and its interaction on organizational creativity through organizational learning, and examines the moderating effect of innovative culture on the paths. The empirical study has found that formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance can significantly promote organizational creativity, but their interaction has no significant effect on organizational creativity. Then, exploration learning, exploitation learning and balanced learning all have significant positive effects on organizational creativity, and they intermediate the relationship between formal knowledge governance and organizational creativity, the relationship between informal knowledge governance and organizational creativity. Finally, innovative culture only regulates the relationship between knowledge governance and organizational learning.
