Archetype and Policy Analysis of Knowledge Sharing in Technology Innovation Network |

Abstract Because of the crucial role of innovation cooperation during organizations, knowledge sharing mechanism has become the core object on study of technology innovation network. From an overall point of the network and considering each network members, the article has proposed six crucial problems of technology innovation network during the process of knowledge sharing. Then, by using system dynamics theory, system archetypes for each problem were built, each feedback loops were analyzed and specified policy suggestions were proposed in this paper.
