摘要为厘清企业家一般人力资本要素与创新机会识别关系，阐释已有的迥异性研究结果，运用问卷调查法，提出并检验了企业家既有知识、乐观程度、创造性思维等一般人力资本要素与创新机会识别间的复杂关系假设。结果显示：就总体样本而言，企业家既有知识、乐观程度、创造性思维等一般人力资本要素与创新机会识别存在显著倒U型关系；就分组样本而言，女性企业家既有知识与创新机会识别间无显著关系，其乐观程度与创新机会识别间存在倒U型关系，其创造性思维与创新机会识别呈显著U型关系；男性企业家乐观程度及创造性思维均与创新机会识别存在显著倒U型关系，其既有知识与创新机会识别间存在显著U型关系。
