摘要

创业资源要素在创业活动中具有重要作用。依据国家创业生态系统理论，基于2007-2015年全球创业观察报告数据，采用面板数据模型，定量分析国家层面创业活动与系统要素间的关系。回归结果发现：创业系统要素对创业活动产生的作用效果具有明显差异；税收要素对创业活动影响效果最为显著；创业文化同市场条件及基础设施间具有显著交互作用。结合国内外经典研究及模型回归结果，对我国创业生态系统建设提出对策建议。
