摘要

国防工业军民融合水平包括军民融合广度、融合层次、融合深度。构建了国防工业军民融合水平评价指标体系，并通过相关指标权重计算出相应的评价指标值。国防工业军民融合水平受军民融合主体经济效益、军民关系制度安排和军民技术双向转移状况等因素的影响和制约。为了提高国防工业军民融合水平，需提高融合主体的经济效益，完善军民关系制度安排，畅通军民技术双向转移渠道。
