摘要

资源有限性制约了中小企业创新能力的提升，通过协同创新突破资源限制成为中小企业创新的新范式。从产业集群视角出发，研究了中小企业协同创新现状，指出中小企业协同创新过程中存在的主要问题.构建了产业集群视角下中小企业协同创新系统，阐述了中小企业协同创新过程，并分别从外部和内部两个方面分析了系统运行机制；最后，以合肥市家电产业集群中小企业协同创新系统构建为例，证实了模型的实践性并提出了相关管理建议。
