摘要

中美建交之后便开展科技交流与合作，目前科技合作已成为中美关系的重要组成部分。将中美科技合作划分为“起步与发展－波折－深入发展”3个阶段，总结了不同阶段中美两国科技合作的背景与动机、形式及特点，最后分析了中美双方在合作中的分歧。
