民口企业实现创新绩效增长与构建可持续竞争优势的关键是借助关系学习和知识整合能力获取创新资源。以创新生态系统理论为基础,结合军民融合战略背景,实证研究企业间价值共创对创新绩效的影响,以及关系学习、知识整合和数字化转型的作用机制。结果表明,企业间价值共创对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响。此外,军民融合战略背景下,企业关系学习、知识整合在价值共创与企业创新绩效间发挥中介作用,企业数字化转型对价值共创和企业关系学习的关系具有正向调节作用。结论有助于揭示军民融合创新生态系统中企业创新绩效提升的复杂过程机制,为军民融合战略背景下我国民口企业通过价值共创促进创新和实现绩效增长提供理论依据与实践指导。

With the accelerated evolution of the world's military revolution, the deep integration and exchange between civilian technology and high-precision military technology, as well as industries, talents, and research from government, industry, academia and research institutions have become the strategic high ground that all countries must strive for in their military competition.The core of the military-civilian integration strategy is based on the integration and innovation of technology from both military and civilian sides, with standard connections and knowledge sharing as the main body. Guided by the military-civilian integration strategy, the integrated development of national security and economic society can be achieved. In the era of the digital economy, the level of enterprise informatization and digitalization are closely related. In recent years, scholars have paid attention to research on the digital transformation of civilian enterprises for enterprise innovation driven by value co-creation.#br#In light of the strategic backdrop of civil-military integration, this study empirically analyzes the impact of value co-creation among enterprises on innovation performance, and the role mechanism of relationship learning, knowledge integration, and digital transformation in accordance with the theory of innovation ecosystem.There are 318 valid questionnaires obtained from a total of 500 paired survey questionnaires. The research results show that value co-creation among enterprises has a significant positive impact on their innovation performance. In addition, against the strategic backdrop of military-civilian integration, the relationship learning and knowledge integration of enterprises both play a mediating role between value co-creation and enterprise innovation performance.#br#This study aims to address the issue of ecological niche extension by private enterprises and their upstream and downstream counterparts in the military-civilian integration ecosystem, in line with China's military-civilian integration strategy. From an ecosystem perspective, it seeks to implement value co-creation and explore ways to innovate channels of information acquisition for military-civilian enterprises, increase the frequency of dialogue with co-creation partners, enhance transparency of information, control each link of the co-creation process, and ultimately improve enterprise innovation performance while minimizing predictable risks and crises. To achieve these goals, this study provides an overview of the concepts of military-civilian integration ecosystem and ecological niche extension, as well as value co-creation in the context of military-civilian integration. Additionally, it explores innovative ways to expand information acquisition channels between civilian and military enterprises, increase dialogue frequency with co-creation partners, and improve information transparency. Furthermore, it utilizes digital advantages to manage each link of the co-creation process and improve enterprise innovation performance, while minimizing predictable risks and crises.#br#This study enriches the theory of innovation ecosystem and provides an ecosystem perspective on value co-creation that includes multiple stakeholders, including the military and civilian sides. It introduces the strategic background of military-civilian integration and supplements the mechanism research on value co-creation among enterprises in the military-civilian integration innovation ecosystem. Then it conducts a deep analysis of the logical mechanism of value co-creation among enterprises that influences enterprise innovation performance and provides a new framework for subsequent empirical research on value co-creation. Furthermore, it verifies the positive impact of value co-creation on relationship learning, knowledge integration, and enterprise innovation performance with first-hand data, improving empirical research on value co-creation. Following open innovation theory, it explores the connotation of private enterprises participating in the military, enriching the quantitative research on military-civilian integration strategy at the micro level, and revealing the inherent mechanism of how external resources and internal capabilities interact in the military-civilian innovation ecosystem. With the incorporation of digital transformation into the research model, it explores the mechanism of the effect of value co-creation on knowledge coordination from the perspective of value co-creation. and elaborates on the entire process of enterprise co-creation from behavior to results along the path of co-creation-information-integration-performance, providing new ideas and solutions for promoting the collaborative integration of the military-civilian innovation ecosystem and enriching the empirical research on digital transformation. All in all, this study can be used to better channel private enterprises to achieve value co-creation against the backdrop of military-civilian integration.#br#
