A Study on the Relationship among Multimarket Contact,Technology Alliance and Radical Innovation:the Moderating Effects of Technical Capabilities and Network Routines |

Abstract By selecting electronic information enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces for empirical analysis, this paper studies the relationship between multimarket contact and enterprise radical innovation, and discusses the mediating effect of technology alliance formation and the regulating effect of organizational routines and sphere of influence.The results show that:multimarket contact has a positive impact on the formation of technology alliance and radical innovation among competitive enterprises; technology alliance plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between multimarket contact and enterprise radical innovation; Organizational routines and spheres of influence are positively regulating the relationship between multimarket contact and enterprise technology alliance; the more mature the organizational routines owned by enterprises and the greater the asymmetry of their spheres of influence, the stronger the intermediary role of technology alliance between multimarket contact and radical innovation.This paper further enriches the relevant research of multimarket contact, and provides theoretical reference for enterprises to seek sustainable innovative development in response to the constantly changing external environment, which has certain guiding significance.
