Abstract China is in a breakthrough period with wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",all fields and industries, all positions and staff, actively advocate the spirit of "jointly building entrepreneurial creation and conspiring to innovate and create",and deeply analyze the influencing factors and suppressive effects of social capital and innovation driving force, which are the core links and key problems in building high-level scientific research teams and improving organizational performance. This research takes the newly created incubator project team in the science and technology incubator organization (technical business incubator, university science park and public creation space) in the Chinese cultural context as the research object, based on the perspective of relationship commitment and network routine, the logical concept model of "social capital—network routine /relationship commitment—innovation driving force" is constructed, and the multi-layer regression analysis method is used for empirical testing.Research shows that social capital has a inverted U-shaped effect on innovation driving force; network routine and relationship commitment actively and significantly influence innovation driving force, and they play moderating effect in the relationship between social capital and innovation driving force.
