Abstract Social network theory provides a new perspective and method for the study of talent mobility among organizations.However,there is a lack of in-depth institutional exploration of the content characteristics,formation and impact of the network.In view of this,based on the concept connotation,classification and measurement methods of the enterprise relationship network formed by the flow of talents between organizations,this paper constructs an integration framework including the elements of antecedents,consequences and context factors based on the existing literature.
