Research on the Evaluation of the Stability Level of Regional Strategic Emerging Industry Innovation Ecosystem |

Abstract Evaluating the stability level is an effective way to regulate and guarantee smooth operation of the strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem. Given the performance of the innovation ecosystem stability, the paper builds evaluation index system of stability level of regional strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem from three dimensions of structure, function and benefit. Then weights of indicators are assigned via entropy weights and analytic hierarchy process, and evaluation method of the stability level of strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem is designed based on rules. Finally, strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem in Heilongjiang is taken as an example for empirical research, and optimized tactics for ensuring the stability level of innovation ecosystem are proposed.
