Abstract In order to study the influencing factors of research innovation of military-civilian integration in Universities in the new era,based on the analysis of expert interviews and field research data,this paper collects data through questionnaire survey method,makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors by using Ordered Logit model,and studies the influence degree of each influencing factor on the development of research innovation of military-civilian integration in universities at this stage.The research shows that factors such as "national strategy for innovation and development of military-civilian integration","collaborative innovation system of military industry,University and research","support for scientific research talents of military-civilian integration","incentive policy for scientific research and innovation of military-civilian integration","intellectual property protection of scientific research achievements of military-civilian integration" have a significant impact on the main problems facing the development of scientific research and innovation of military-civilian integration in China's universities.
