Abstract On the basis of science and technology driven and entrepreneurial orientation,scientific and technological entrepreneurship for poverty alleviation has become an effective way for developing countries to alleviate and eliminate poverty and achieve high-quality development.This paper performs a systematic literature review of scientific and technological entrepreneurship for poverty alleviation.First,we define scientific and technological entrepreneurship for the connotation of poverty alleviat from the perspective of three ties that scientific and technological entrepreneurship to poverty alleviation,science and technology to entrepreneurial poverty alleviation,scientific and technological poverty alleviation to entrepreneurship.And then,we expound the significance of scientific and technological entrepreneurship for poverty alleviation in the context of farmers,rural areas and agriculture.Finally,we summarize its tools,refine its various models,analyze its endogenous and exogenous influencing factors and point out the future research direction.
