Research on Dynamic Interaction Relationship between Different Technological Innovation Approaches and Industrial Structure Upgrading |

Abstract Using the relevant data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2017 and the PVAR model, an empirical study was conducted on the dynamic interaction between independent innovation, cooperative innovation, technology introduction, rationalization of industrial structure and upgrading of industrial structure.The research finds that independent innovation has a negative impact on cooperative innovation and technology introduction in the short term, and positive impact in the long term.Cooperative innovation has a positive impact on independent innovation, and it has a positive impact on technology introduction in the short term and a negative impact in the long term.Technology introduction has a negative impact on independent innovation and cooperative innovation.Independent innovation and cooperative innovation are not conducive to the upgrading of the industrial structure in the short term, but promote the upgrading of the industrial structure in the long term.Technology introduction is always not conducive to the upgrading of the industrial structure.The rationalization of China's industrial structure will have a negative impact on cooperative innovation and technology introduction in the short term, but will have a positive impact on technological innovation in the long term.The upgrading of industrial structure will always have a positive impact.The development of the rationalization of industrial structure and upgrading of industrial structure is inconsistent in the short term, but it is consistent in the long term.Therefore, in order to improve China's technological innovation level and achieve industrial structure upgrading, we should adhere to the technological development path of independent innovation and cooperative innovation.
