Evaluation on Organicity of China High-tech Industry Innovation Ecosystem |

Abstract With the growing of opening industrial innovation activities and the development of knowledge production mode, the quadruple helix mode has gradually become the mainstream model of industrial collaborative innovation.At present, the analysis and evaluation of industrial innovation ecosystems are mostly based on the perspective of triple helix.In order to reflect the cooperativity of the innovation ecosystem and assess the sustainability of the innovation ecosystem more accurately, the fourth helix reflecting the market acceptance and public demand should be included in the evaluation criteria system.For the purpose of evaluating the overall cooperativity and dynamic sustainable development capability of China high-tech industry from the perspective of quadruple helix, this paper adopts concepts and methods of synergy and ecology to analyzes the organicity of China high-tech industry innovation ecosystem based on the quadruple helix mode.The results show that there are significant regional differences in the cooperativity of the quadruple helix innovation in China high-tech industry.The cooperativity degree is generally low and the fluctuation range is pretty large.The gap of regional sustainable development capability and evolutionary space is still obvious.The innovation kinetic energy of quadruple helix has not been fully exploited.In the future, it is necessary to strengthen guidance and macro-economic regulation.During maintaining the balance of multi-subjects' interests, it is also vital to give full play to the mechanism of the quadruple helix and maximize the positive effects of each innovation helix.
