Can the Title of Talents Increase Career Achievement Motivation |

Abstract Career achievement motivation is the core element of cultivating individual innovation ability and promoting innovation behavior.Whether the title of talents promoted by various national talent funding schemes has an internal incentive function has attracted much attention .According to achievement motivation theory and comprehensive incentive theory, studying the relationship between the title of talents and achievement motivation of scientific and technological talents in China's first-class universities by using the method of propensity score matching.The study found that the achievement motivation of science and technology talents in China's first-class universities is generally high, and the title of talents has a significant promotion effect on the achievement orientation, effort orientation, professional enrichment orientation and social responsibility orientation of scientific and technological talents.Therefore, we should continue to improve the national talent funding plan, handle the relationship between the title of talents and academic assessment, and give full play to the incentive effect of the title of talents on scientific and technological talents.
