Research on Alliance Network Embedding and Innovation Performance from the Perspective of Industry-University-Research collaborative Innovation |

Abstract Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation plays an active role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improving the innovation performance of enterprises.This research based on the theory of social network, from the perspective of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation, using the 371 valid data obtained from the survey of enterprises in the alliance network, we construct a moderated mediation model, using structural equations and hierarchical regression analysis to make an empirical test.The empirical results indicate that collaborative competence can be composed of a second-order four-dimensional variable,which is the co-effect of enterprise with four types of subjects in the Industry-University-Research collaborative Innovation; alliance network embedding positively affects collaborative competence and innovation performance; collaborative competence plays a partial mediating role in the impact of structural embedding and relationship embedding on innovation performance; Furthermore, knowledge rigidity has a negative regulation.The conclusions provide a useful reference for how companies embedded in the network of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation can effectively cooperate with external entities to improve their innovation performance.
