Driving and Hindrance:System Dynamics Study of Network Position Affecting Knowledge Transfer |

Abstract This paper analyzes the "double-edged sword" characteristics of network position, and construct a system dynamics model of network position impact knowledge transfer from driving mechanism and hindrance mechanism. The simulation shows that: the knowledge transfer is affected by the influence and hindrance of enterprise network position, When enterprises occupy the high network center degree and low network structure hole at the same time, the synergy effect is the most significant, so the knowledge transfer amount is the largest. The study reveals the influence mechanism of network position on knowledge transfer, and provide references for enterprises to choose appropriate network position.
