How to Dance Together? Performance Impact of Interaction between Service Business Model Innovation and Technological Innovation |

Abstract This paper analyzes the performance impact of the interaction between efficient/novelty service business model innovation, and exploitative/exploratory technological innovation on the perspectives of contingency theory and network theory, as well as it exams the network centrality as a mediator. The conclusions have been shown:①The interaction between novelty service business model innovation and exploitative technological innovation can positively enhance firm performance, and the interaction between efficient/novelty service business model innovation and exploratory technology innovation can inhibit firm performance;②Efficient service business model innovation, novelty service business model innovation, exploitative technological innovation, and exploratory technological innovation can significantly enhance firms' network centrality and performance respectively; (3) Network centrality plays a full mediating role on the relationship between service business model innovation and performance.
