Abstract Values is the moral evaluation standard of an individual.Different types of value guide differentiated behavior choices.This study explores the internal operating mechanism between entrepreneurial team members multidimensions value consistency and entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of equity allocation fairness.The empirical study of 175 entrepreneurial teams indicates that entrepreneurial team member'sselftranscendence valueconsistency and openness value consistency have positive role in promoting entrepreneurial team's performance .But selfenhancementvalue consistency and conservative value consistency have negative influence on it.The fairness allocation of ownership will enhance the relationship between selftranscendence valueand openness value consistency and entrepreneurial performance, while will weaken the relationship between selfenhancementvalues consistency and entrepreneurial performance.
