Abstract Based on the theory of social exchange and social cognition, 426employees were used to analyze the influence of ethical leadership on entrepreneurial intention and the mediating role of entrepreneurial selfefficacy and the moderating role of organizational entrepreneurial climate in this mechanism. The research shows that ethical leadership has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial selfefficacy plays a mediating role between ethical leadership and entrepreneurial intention, the intermediary role of entrepreneurial selfefficacy is regulated by the organizational entrepreneurial climate. Finally, put forward some suggestions to the company.
