Abstract The technology integration is an important part of the military and civilian integration, and its influencing factors are numerous and complicated. The scientific method is used to clarify the influencing factors and influencing process of military and civilian technology integration. It provides theoretical support for the realization of allfactor, multifield and highefficiency integration of military and civilian development. For the national defense construction as well as economic construction and development, protection of national security, enhance the competitiveness of national defense has important value. In this paper, the military and civilian technology integration system is divided into three subsystems: technology transfer, technological innovation and technical standard. According to the relationship of the three subsystems and the boundary of the military and civilian technology the dynamic model of military and civilian technology fusion system is constructed, this paper take the aerospace industry as an example, the rationality of the model is verified. Through simulation analysis, getting the result that the government policy, the military and the people's concept, the contribution rate of the invention patent to the sales income of the new product and the proportion of the investment in technological innovation are the factors that influences the military and civilian technology integration. And then it reveals the internal relations between the variables and the integration of military and civilian technology. According to the research conclusion, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the integration of military and civilian technology.
